住建局依法行政工作报告总结根据《人民政府####年依法行政工作重点及责任分工方案》,结合我局工作实际,现将####年一季度依法行政工作推进情况汇报如下:一、加强推进依法行政管理工作为切实加强依法行政工作,我局成立推进依法行政工作领导小组,领导小组以局长为组长,党组书记、副局长为副组长,各股室负责人为成员。组长总体负责全局推进依法行政工作,副组长实施监督管理工作,各股室结合业务实际具体负责相关法律法规的学习宣传和依法行政事务。二、推进依法行政事项结合我局工作实际,我局积极推进依法行政相关事务。(一)以我局各相关股室为基本单位,清理相关法律条款,并重点掌握主要行政事务办理流程,务必做到行政工作执行有法可依、有法必依、执法必严、违法必究。(二)加强法制建设与法制监督并行实施。一是加强规划执法,特别是规划区范围内,积极落实城乡规划建设监察执法,加强违法违规建筑的督查力度。二是加强项目管理,严格招投标相关法律法规,加强招投标监管,积极落实项目备案制度。(三)结合工作实际,采取以会找训或专题学习的方式加强住系统相关法律法规学习。利用通讯、网络加强与上级部门、兄弟单位、临兄弟单位交led
