• Managecontractorstoensuretheirdeliveryofproductontime.
• Keepappropriaterecordsthatindicatewhichproductionpeoplewereusedforeachcombinationofprojectandlanguage.
• NotifytheOperationsCoordinatorandClientManagersofanyforeseenissuesthatcouldaffecttimelinesorbudgets.
