D3–ZFRequirements采埃孚要求Markingafterpreviouscomplaint投诉后标记D3„Subsequentdeliveriesfromwarehouseandworkinprogresswhichhavebeensubjectedto100%testingduetoapreviousfaultmustbemarkedwiththeformF11„Identificationofcertifiedmaterialaftercomplaint“untilithasbeenproventhatthefaulthasbeenremedied.EachindividualcontainermustbeclearlyidentifiedwithFormF11.ThetypeofmarkingontheindividualpartneedstobeagreedwiththeZFreceivingplant.“(QR83,2011,p.14)客户投诉后,供应商仓库库存品和在制品需经过100%的检测才能发货至ZF,此类货物应当用表F11“投诉后认证的识别”进行标记,直至错误被证明已经得到纠正。每个包装箱都应当用F11表标示。单个零件上的标记方法应取得ZF工厂的同意。The8DProcess8D程序
