校务公开工作自查报告范文_1校务公开工作自查报告自XX年2月份以来,我校在上级教育主管部门,教育工会的指导下结合学校内部管理体制改革,进一步加强学校民主管理建设,在积极开展校务公开工作,推进学校民主管理方面进行了有益的探索和实践。加强了学校党政廉政建设和教师队伍的凝聚力,做到依法治教,以德治校,根据上级精神和要求,现就我校的校务公开工作的自查情况汇报如下:学校成立了以党支部书记,校长王明兴为组长,以校委会成员韩克剑、周小魏、郑和平、叶建克、叶中奎、徐哲为组员的校务公开工作领导小组,和以工会主席郑和平为组长,陈大为、张照旭为组员的督查小组。不定期地就师生关注的重大问题召开会议。讨论协商解决办法,如学校食堂改建工程、管理方式、节约学校成本支出等,制定《校务公开实施方案》。在较健全的机制保障下,充分听取广大教职工的意见,及时修改制定并经全体教师讨论通过了一些规章制度,以适应时代的发展,做到与时俱进。如《教师德能勤绩量化考核方案》、《教师考勤制度》,校务公开内容经监督小组审核签字后公示,并尽可能做到定期与不定期公示相结合。根据教育局有关文件和学校校务公开实施方案的规定。凡事关师生,群众
