BRIEF方案说明The

green

areas

within

this

development

are

about

multifunctional

‘rooms’

as

courtyard

gardens;

spaces,

or

voids

between

the

buildings.

This

willcreatea

woodsyatmosphereandcanconfercertainprivacybetweenthebuildingsdespitetheircloseproximitytooneanother.The

gardens

are

natural;

a

‘transplanted’

patch

of

authentic

landscape

of

natural

vegetation,

grasses,

wild

flowers

and

scattered

stands

of

trees.

Theground

is

undulated

to

reinforce

the

sense

of

a

natural

landscape

with

the

necessary

access

paths

to

enhance

a

contrast

between

the

natural

and

thearchitectural.在这开发项目以内的绿色区域是有着不同功能的空间，作为庭院花园，绿地，或在大楼之间的空间。这将创造绿色青菘的气氛并且能在大楼之间提供隐私，不管这些大楼有多靠近。花园是自然的;一块布满了“移植”

will

be

preserved

planted

wild

the

culture

heritage

Theforesttreescomefroma

simplepaletteandcreatea

woodsyeffect,bothduringthedayandnightwiththeuseofspeciallighting.入口在随处种植的稠密与高耸的林木下有苔藓，蕨纲植物的地被，溅落的水花与水气渺渺成为当接近这开发项目入口景点。梯田式的自然草坪,满山片野的树和野花覆盖着的车道形成一处自然的景观。不论白天或晚上在灯光的照映下简单调色的树叢感觉上像青菘的森林效果。从台阶式的地形流下的一幕水帘流入底下布满野花的水池成为一处自然的背景。EastCoastPhase4ConceptDesign¾MainRoadThe

The

landscape

treatment

of

this

park

will

help

the

users

instantly

identifythis

as

the

main

road.

Sunlight

and

shade

filtering

through

the

trees

will

be

part

of

the

atmosphere

of

this

avenue.

Low

stonewalls

acting

both

as

retainingwalls

for

the

gardens

and

terracing

will

vertically

undulate

in

form,

appearing

and

disappearing

again

and

again

through

the

trees

from

the

ground.Walkways

can

follow

the

edge

of

the

street

and

then

branch

off

into

the

terraced

courtyards

as

boardwalks

or

nature

trails.

Reflection

ponds

reflect

thetreesattimesduringthejourneyofthispark.主干道主干道路可作为此开发项目的绿带和“脊骨”。这条绿带的风景处理将帮助使用者辨认这条道路作为主要的干道。柔和的阳光和通过树叶的过滤与阴影，投影在这条干道上，将是这条大街的气氛。高低起伏，乍影乍现低矮的私人花园和进入每户人家的垂直梯田式的石墙,联续不断的出现并且一次又一次通过树叢从地面消失。车道旁的人行道能跟森林的木栈道衔接或分叉到梯田式的庭院有或者自分叉到然的小石径。当你穿过林中的小石径能看到树木在林中的池溏倒映。¾
