10、,并依托公园的景物,给学生们介绍hill、lake、flower、tree、boat、grass等主要重点词汇。在授课过程中,对于教师自身,有很多感悟点。 主要针对学生们的真实反应与授课理想的差距进行对比,做以下几个方面的反思:在学情方面,班级学情差异没有分析到位。班级与班级之间的学情是不一样的。就这次课堂而论,同样的教学设计与流程,在不同的几个班进行相同的授课流程,有的班授课效果好,学生能够给出相应的目标语言输出,而有的班授课效果次之,归结于没有差异对待学情不同的班级,一概而论,导致授课效果不理想。在学生活动方面,学生活动现场有凌乱感,活动精神没有给学生沟通说明到位。在授课过程中,穿插有三种不同的学生活动,对于活动的说明,老师发出的指令不够简洁、清晰、明了,导致活动过程有凌乱表现。还没有充分调动起学生的参与活动积极性,有的孩子没有有效地参与到学习活动中去。在教师提问,学生展示方面,没有做到均匀的把展示机会在全班分布。在进行语言输出展示的时候,学生普遍都比较积极,展示机会没有以均匀分布,没有落实到小组均匀分布,没有进行自我展示的孩子,心理出现了一定
