1、常见磁性材料常见磁性材料一般可分为三类:金属磁粉芯.软磁铁氧体磁芯.非晶纳米晶合金磁芯金属磁粉芯:是一种均匀分布气隙的金属软磁材料。由于具有相对较高的饱和磁通密度,较好的温度稳定性和机械冲击适应性,金属磁粉芯材料是制造电感类器件较为理想的材料。金属磁粉芯有细分为:铁粉芯(包括按慕铁)铁粉磁芯:被广泛应用于直流输出扼流.不同模式输入扼流.功率因数校止电感.连续模式反馈电感、减光线圈扼流及其他发射、射频干扰设备。按基铁磁粉芯:具有许多优异的磁性能、高频高Q、高饱和磁通密度和高可靠性能。主要用于50kHz到500MHz的范用内保持高Q值的感性器件,在无线电和许多通讯领域中被广泛使用。高磁通粉芯高磁通

2、粉芯:具有优异的磁磁性能,功率损耗小,磁通密度髙,缶55C+125C温度范围内使用时,具有耐温、耐湿、抗振等高可靠性:同时,60-160的宽磁导率范围可供选择。是开关电源输出扼流圈、PFC电感及谐振电感的最佳选择,具有高的饱和磁通密度(15000高斯),特別适合在对功率密度要求高的场合工作。铁硅铝粉芯铁硅铝粉芯:具有优异的磁磁性能,功率损耗小,磁通密度髙,在55C+125C温度范围内使用时,具有耐温、耐湿、抗振等高可靠性;同时,60-160的宽磁导率范围可供选择。是开关电源输出扼流圈、PFC电感及谐振电感的最佳选择,具有较好的性能价格比。铁線钳粉芯铁银钳粉芯:具有优异的磁磁性能,功率损耗小,磁

3、通密度髙,在55C+125C温度范围内使用时,具有耐温、耐湿、抗振等高可靠性:同时,60-160的宽磁导率范围可供选择。是开关电源输出扼流圈、PFC电感及谐振电感的最佳选择,具有较小的功率损耗.稳定的温度性能。软磁铁氧体磁芯:由線锌、猛锌材料制成,应用于高频电感、变压器.滤波器等,是无线电中最常用的材料。非晶纳米晶合金磁芯:非晶纳米品合金磁芯:具有高敏感应强度、高磁导率、低铁磁损耗和髙频特性好等优点,比铁氧体、硅钢和坡莫合金等常规软磁材料具有更高的性能价格比,广泛用于现代通讯、电力电子,电磁兼容,传感器等髙新产业以及各种工业磁器件的更新换代,特别适用于电感和变压器产品的小型化、高频化和高效化设

4、计。常见磁材可以依据其表面的涂封颜色或特征来快速识别:(全黄)或(蓝/白)(全蓝)(全灰),(淸漆)(全黑)铁粉心有三种分别涂漆颜色为:(黄/白),(蓝/黄)或(绿/蓝),(灰/黄)按基铁涂漆颜色为髙磁通涂漆颜色为铁镣钳涂漆颜色为铁硅铝涂漆颜色为银锌铁氧体不涂漆的表而粗糙,容易掉粉,颜色发灰猛锌铁氧体不涂漆的表而较平滑,不易掉粉,颜色深非品纳米晶合金多涂有全红,全蓝,全白等颜色,与上述涂封有明显区别。铁氧体磁环磁导率的测算:仁测量磁环的外径D,内径d,环的高度H,单位mm。2、用漆包线穿绕1020圈,绕紧点,不要太松,测量其电感量L,单位为uH,电感量大点测算误差小,电感量小测算误差就会大,请

5、根据实际需要确定穿绕的圈数N。3、将以上数据代入下式计算出大约的磁导率uOu0=2500*L*(D+d)/(D-d)*H*N*N)例如:13X7X5的磁环,绕20圈,测得电感23uH,代入上式计算u0=2500*23*(13+7)/(13-7)*5*20*20)=1150000/12000=95.8测算结果与磁导率100的规格最接近,确定该磁环的U0是100.注意一般U0标称误差有+-10%.对于没有参数的磁环可以首先根据外观特征初步判断是哪种材料,再测算磁导率,就可以确定该磁环的主要规格了。软磁铁氧体0软曉铁氧饰耐料爹数NiZn材料材料初始磁导率W比损耗系数tgd/iu(x10)温度系数(1
