While the motor oil level should cover the height of 2/3 oil window.查看泵的电机端的油封润滑油位： 用以润滑油封的油杯处不应断油，油位不应低于 1/3 油杯高度；Check the lubricating oil level of motor oil seal. Do not cut off the oil at the oil cupt is used to lubricate the oil seal. T

A/0售）1.3检查、更换润滑油 Check and change the lubricating oil每月Monthly检查真空泵的轴承箱润滑油的油位及油质情况，当发现油质明显变色、变稀、 等情况，应立即换油；Check lubricating oil leave and quality in bearing box of the vacuum pump. Change the oil at once when the conditions li

19、ke obvious discoloration, dilution and emulsification occur.按 泵说明要求，初次运行泵润滑油更换时间是 500h；后面运行的泵润滑油更换时间为 2000h，考虑现场是不停长期运转的恶劣工况，更换泵油的时间应视实际油的情况提前；According to the manual of roots pump, the cycle period to change lubricating oil at therunning of the pump is 500h. Then 2000h thereafter. Considering the l

20、ong term poor working condition at site, the cycle period to change pump oil should depend on the actual condition of the oil.换油时，查看油位，齿轮箱侧油位应以浸没 45个全齿高度为宜；电机侧油位应以浸没 2/3 油窗高度为宜；用以润滑油封的油杯处不应断油，油位不应低于 1/3 油杯高度；Check the oil leave when fueling up. The oil leave of the gear box should cover the height o

21、f 45 full gears. While the motor oil level should cover the height of 2/3 oil window. Do not cut off the oil at the oil cupt is used to lubricate the oil seal. 22、电机检修Motor repair每月Monthly清擦电 ，清除和擦去机壳外部尘垢，测量绝缘电阻；Wipe out the electric motor, clean the dust from the s. Test the insulation检查各固定部分螺栓、螺母和接地线：检查接地螺栓，检查端盖、轴承内外盖紧固螺栓，检查接地线连接及安装情况；Check the bolt, nut and ground wire of each fixing section. Check the grounding bolt, end cover andFM/QP06-04R. A/0售）fixing

No cleaning will cause increasing voltage and load, or high voltage protection. 2.必须定期检查整个系统中是否有泄漏现象，发现泄露要及时解决c
