1、钢管总成SteelPipeAssemblyStrongerHydraulic苏强格液压 #StrongerHydraulic苏强格液压卡套接头概述iteTypeFittingsInstructions卡套式管接头由三部分组成:接头体、卡套、螺母。当卡套和螺母在钢管上插入接头体后,旋紧螺母时,卡套前端外侧与接头体锥面贴合,内刃均匀地咬入无缝钢管,形成有效密封。见图:卡套装在管子上Cuttingringbitethetube钢管总成SteelPipeAssemblyStrongerHydraulic苏强格液压 #StrongerHydraulic苏强格液压钢管总成SteelPipeAssembly

2、StrongerHydraulic苏强格液压 #StrongerHydraulic苏强格液压24。锥的W型柱端按DIN3861的标准。卡套采用双刃卡套。通常情况接头体和螺母表面镀锌处理。接头适用的工作压力最高可达63MPa,无缝钢管外径最大为42mm.Bitetypefittingconsistsofthreeparts:body,cuttingringandnut.Whentighteningnut,cuttingringisdrivenforwardonthetubethenbitethetubewiththeedgeofcuttingring,thisishowsealingisachi

4、ons安装Assembly锯下合适长度的无缝钢管,去除端口处毛刺。管子端面耍与轴线垂宜,角度公差不大于0.5,如管子需要折弯,则从管子端面至弯曲位部的苴线段长度不能少丁三倍螺母长度。钢管总成SteelPipeAssemblyStrongerHydraulic苏强格液压 StrongerHydraulic苏强格液压Cutthetubeatrightangleandde_burrinsideandoutsideoftubeend.Minimumstraightlengthoftubefromthestartingpointoftubebendtothetubeendmaybenotless3tim

5、esheightofthenut.把螺母和卡套套在无缝钢管上。注意螺母和卡套的方向,如右图所示,不耍装反了。Setanutandcuttingringonthetube.Makesurethecuttingringandnutsarefacingthefittingasthepictureshownatrightside在预装配接头体螺纹和卡套上涂上润滑汕,把管子插入接头体,(管子一定要插到底)扳手旋转螺母。Lubricatethepre-assemblyfittingbodythreadsandcuttingring.Inserttubeendintofittingbodyuntilitis

6、firmlyseatedonbottom(fittingshoulder)andtightenthenutbywrench.拧紧螺母直至卡套卡住管子,这个转折点可以通过拧紧力矩的增加感受到(压力点)Tightennutuntilferrulegripstubewhichisfeltbyanoticeableincreaseintorque(Increaseinforce).达到压力点后,再将压紧螺母拧紧1/2圈。Tightennut1/2ofaturnafterincreaseinforce.钢管总成SteelPipeAssemblyStrongerHydraulic苏强格液压 #Strong

7、erHydraulic苏强格液压钢管总成SteelPipeAssemblyStrongerHydraulic苏强格液压 StrongerHydraulic苏强格液压6.将预装配接头体拆下,检验卡套刃边的咲入情况,可见的突起带必须填满卡套端面的空间。卡套可以稍旋转,但不能轴向推移。Disassemblythepre-assemblyfittingbody,checkpenetrationofcuttingedge.Avisibleringofmaterialshouldfillthespaceinfrontofthecuttingringendface.Cuttingringmayrotateo

8、ntube,butshouldnotbeaxialdisplacement.7.最终安装,将实际安装的接头体的罗纹涂上润滑汕、压紧螺母之配合拧至可感受到的拧紧力增加为止,接着再拧紧1/2圈安装完毕。Lubricatethefittingbodytobesubsequentlyinstallednutuntilanoticeableincreaseinforceisrequired.Tightennutby1/2ofaturnbeyondthispointforfinalassembly.重复安装Reassembly所有的卡套接头都可以多次重装,但是保证零件无损坏且清洁。Fittingcanbe

9、usedmanytimes.Toensurethis,partmustbecleanandfreeofdefect.把管子插入接头体直至卡套贴紧接头体内锥面,用手拧紧螺母。Insertthetubeintofittingbodyuntilcuttingringseatsfirmlyinthefittingandhand-tightenthenut.用扳手拧紧螺母,直至力矩急剧增大,再拧紧1/4至1/2圈即可。Tightenthenutwithawrenchbyholdingthefittingbodywithabackwrenchuntilasharpriseintorqueisfelt.Fu

10、rthertightenthenut1/4to1/2turn.检査Checkingupthebitecondition可拆下管子检查装配是否合乎耍求:卡套端面的管子上应该有均匀的轻微凸起。卡套不能前后移动,但允许有轻微转动。Allbitetypefittingmustbedisassembledpriortoservicetocheckupifsmallridgeinsidethetubeiscompletelyformedaroundfrontedgeofcuttingring.Otherwisetightenslightlymoretohaveit.Cuttingringmayrotate

11、onthetubebutshouldnotbeaxialdisplacement,thatdoesntmeanwronginstallation.Thecuttingringshallberefittedoncethenutisretightened.泄漏原因Leakagereason管子没有插到底。Whenthetubeisnotfullybottomed螺母没有拧紧。Whenthenutisnottightenedenough.管子外表刮伤或管子不圆。Whenthetubeisofscratchesoroval.管子太硬。Whenthetubeisextremelyhard钢管尺寸.公差以

20、Hydraulic苏强格液压- -钢管的布置RoutingofTubeLines安装布置硬管管路时,注意事项:Routingoftubelinesshouldpayattentiontothefollowing:管子长度耍短,管径耍合适,流速过高会损失能量。ThelengthoftubeshouldbeshortandtubeO.D.shouldbesuitable,theenergywilllossifthevelocityistoolarge两固定点之间的连接,应避免紧拉,需要有一个松弯部分,如图以便丁装卸,也不会因热胀冷缩而造成严重的拉应力。Thetubeconnectionshould

21、avoidstrain;itisgoodthathaveabendingpart.SeepicturePicture1管子的弯管半径应尽可能大,其最小弯管半径约为硬管外径的2.5倍。管端处应留出直管部分,其距离为管接头螺母高度的二倍以上。见图2。Thetubebendingradiusisaslargeaspossible.Themin.bendingradiusisabout2.5timesoftheO.D.Thetubeendshouldbestraightandthespacingisabove2timesofthetubenutSeepicture2.图2Picture2硬管的主要失效

22、型式为机械振动引起的疲劳失效,因此当管路较长时,需耍管夹支撑,不仅可以缓冲振动,还可以减少噪音。在有弯管的管路中,在弯管的二端宜管段处要加支撑管夹固定,在与软管连接时,应在硬管端加管夹支撑。管夹间距推荐如图三以及表仁Themajorityoftubelinefailureisfatiguefailurewhichduetomechanicalvibration.WhenthetubelineisIonger,wecanusetubeclampstosupportthesystemProperclampingofthetubecanreducesystemnoise.Recommendedtub
