15、活动。一方面必 须保护供应商的产品能保质保量地转移给用户，满足供应商的要求；另一方面按 用户要求完成商品的送交任务，满足用户的要求。以经济的手段，向用户提供满 足要求的质量服务。仓库质量管理1.仓储质量的内容1）储存物资的质量货物在仓储和转移过程中应该得到保护，使货物的质量在仓储活动中，能够 被有效地维持，最后实现对用户的质量保证。对用户的质量保证不仅依赖于 生产，而且也依赖于仓储物流。2）服务质量仓储的质量目标，也就是其服务质量，即满足用户要求。仓储服务质量的具体衡量指标，主要是：时间、本钱、数量和质量。3）仓储工作质量工作质量指的是仓储各环节、各工种、各岗位具体工作的质量。为实现总的 服务

16、质量，以质量指标形式确定下来那么为工作质量指标。仓储的工作质量可归纳为以下内容：a）货物损坏、变质、挥发等影响商品质量因素的控制及管理；b）货物丧失、错发、报损等影响商品数量因素的控制及管理；c）货物维护、保养；d）货物入库验收及出库检查，商品入库、出库计划管理，计划完成及兑现的 控制：e）商品标签、标示货位、账目管理，建立并遵守正常的规章制度；f）库存量的控制；g）质量本钱的管理及控制；h）库房工作环境的控制；i）工作标准化管理；j）设备正常运转、完好程度的管理；k）在工作过程中的服务满意度。4）运输工作质量优良的工作质量对于物流质量的保证程度，受制于物流技术水平、管理水平、 技术装备。在整个仓储过程中，必须事前控制仓储质量，预防仓储造成的不 良品。所以，必须对影响仓储质量的因素进行有效控制。在仓储过程中，这些因素可归纳为以下6方面：g）人的因素：包括人的知识结构、能力结构、技术熟练程度、质量意识、责 任心等反映人的素质的各项因素。h）体制的因素：包括领导方式、组织结构、工作制度等。设备因素：包括物流各项装备的技术水平、设备能力、设备适用性、维 修保养状况及设备配套性等。j）工艺方法因素：包括仓储流程、设备组合及配置、工艺操作等。k）计量与测试因素：包括计量、测试、检查手段及方法等。I）环境因素：包括仓储设施规模、水平、湿度、温度、粉尘、照明、噪声等 卫生条件。2.仓
