No: WA-009适用范围和目的为了实现仓储产品的质量,开展计划、组织、控制、协调的仓储
15、活动。一方面必 须保护供应商的产品能保质保量地转移给用户,满足供应商的要求;另一方面按 用户要求完成商品的送交任务,满足用户的要求。以经济的手段,向用户提供满 足要求的质量服务。仓库质量管理1.仓储质量的内容1)储存物资的质量货物在仓储和转移过程中应该得到保护,使货物的质量在仓储活动中,能够 被有效地维持,最后实现对用户的质量保证。对用户的质量保证不仅依赖于 生产,而且也依赖于仓储物流。2)服务质量仓储的质量目标,也就是其服务质量,即满足用户要求。仓储服务质量的具体衡量指标,主要是:时间、本钱、数量和质量。3)仓储工作质量工作质量指的是仓储各环节、各工种、各岗位具体工作的质量。为实现总的 服务
16、质量,以质量指标形式确定下来那么为工作质量指标。仓储的工作质量可归纳为以下内容:a)货物损坏、变质、挥发等影响商品质量因素的控制及管理;b)货物丧失、错发、报损等影响商品数量因素的控制及管理;c)货物维护、保养;d)货物入库验收及出库检查,商品入库、出库计划管理,计划完成及兑现的 控制:e)商品标签、标示货位、账目管理,建立并遵守正常的规章制度;f)库存量的控制;g)质量本钱的管理及控制;h)库房工作环境的控制;i)工作标准化管理;j)设备正常运转、完好程度的管理;k)在工作过程中的服务满意度。4)运输工作质量优良的工作质量对于物流质量的保证程度,受制于物流技术水平、管理水平、 技术装备。在整个仓储过程中,必须事前控制仓储质量,预防仓储造成的不 良品。所以,必须对影响仓储质量的因素进行有效控制。在仓储过程中,这些因素可归纳为以下6方面:g)人的因素:包括人的知识结构、能力结构、技术熟练程度、质量意识、责 任心等反映人的素质的各项因素。h)体制的因素:包括领导方式、组织结构、工作制度等。设备因素:包括物流各项装备的技术水平、设备能力、设备适用性、维 修保养状况及设备配套性等。j)工艺方法因素:包括仓储流程、设备组合及配置、工艺操作等。k)计量与测试因素:包括计量、测试、检查手段及方法等。I)环境因素:包括仓储设施规模、水平、湿度、温度、粉尘、照明、噪声等 卫生条件。2.仓
