台风暴雨应急预案(中英文)

1、ContinplanfortyphoonApprovedby:GeneralManager二O一一年五月一日May052011一、概述Overview深圳市隶属中国广东省，位于东经114，北纬22附近。地处珠江口伶仃洋东侧，北与东莞市和惠州市接壤，南与香港一河之隔，东至大亚湾畔。市域面积2020平方公里，海岸线长229.96公里。境内最高峰为梧桐山国家森林公园主峰，海拔943.7米。深圳属亚热带海洋性气候，年平均气温最22.04C,年平均降水量1948.40毫米。Shenzhen,acitybelongtoGuangdongProvinceat114E,22N,exendstoDayaWant

3、matewithanannualteperature22.40Candannualaveragerainfall1948.40mm.对飓风和台风的预防措施可以有效的起到缩小破坏程度的作用。每个酒店都应尽早成立应急小组，制定应急预案。特别是我们处于亚热带海洋性气候地带，以确保随时应付恶劣的天气。应急小组需要明白热带风暴对所带来的灾难性破坏以及在这种紧迫时刻所采取的措施。预防损失的措施计划中的紧急事件部分将针对如何处理飓风或台风事件提供更好的方案。Thetyphoonpreventionmeasuresplayaneffectiveroleinreducingthedamagecaused.Hot

5、号TyphoonWarningSignals台风预警信号分五级，分别以白色、蓝色、黄色、橙色和红色表示。Thereare5warningsignalsoftyphoon,white、blue、yellow、orangeandred.（一）白色风球预警信号：TyphoonWhiteWarningSignal48小时内可能受热带气旋影响。二）蓝色风球预警信号Theareamaybeaffectedbythetropicalcyclonesin48hours.TyphoonBuleWarningSignal24小时内可能受热带气旋影响，平均风力可达6级以上，或阵风7级以上；或者已经受热带气旋影响，平

37、pthepreventionmeasuresabove,furthermore:为保护生命及财产安全，启动最终紧急预备，了解飓风/台风的中心位置以及其速度。这些信息对我们的紧急预备至关重要。在北半球，风向是逆时针旋转的。Startthefinalemergencypreparationtoprotectlifeandpropertysafety,keepintouchwiththeinformationonthespeedofthetyphoonaswellasthetyphooncenter.Theinformationisveryimportanttoouremergencyprepare

38、dness.Inthenorthernhemisphere,thedirectionofthewindiscounterclockwiserotation.如果飓风/台风中心袭击你所在位置那面20英里以内的地方，那么预计会有洪水和狂风的破坏。Ifthetyphoonconteriswithin20milesawayfromyourlocation,itisexpectedtherewillbefloodingandstorm.如果飓风/台风中心直接越过你所在的位置或是去往北面，那么引发洪水的可能性很小，但风力仍会很强劲。Ifthetyphooncentergoesthroughyourloca

45、dcleaning.如有需要，员工需做好准备支援其他部门。Ifnecessary,staffisrequiredtosupportotherdepartments.餐饮部：(如有必要的话)FoodandBeverage(Ifnecessary)用防水油布和防水封盖将所有的机器和存货遮盖起来。Coverallthemachinesandstockwithtarpaulinsandwaterproofcover.将罐装食品储存在储水容器中。Storethecannedfoodintocontainerwhichcanbeusedtostorewater.将冷冻库和冰箱调至其最冷的设置。不在万不得已
