16、 cultivate, we only love this occupation from the heart, never complaining called tired, let me learn to understand, as a primary school teacher, I房企员工满意度调查报告:36%员工反映房企存在变相降薪、裁员现象12月26日,由中国房地产业协会指导,易居中国克而瑞信息集团、房教中国、地产人网联合举办的“2015中国房地产人力资源高峰论坛”在上海星河湾酒店隆重举行。此次高峰论坛发布了“2015年房企员工满意度调查报告”,此次调研成果来源于地产人网于20
17、15年5月4日启动向83家典型房企发放员工满意度调查问卷,于2015年10月31日截止并收回。报告显示,房地产企业员工的收入及福利满意度普遍较低,平均分值分别为6.12和6.45。不满意的员工占到2-3成,占比相对较大,满意的员工也绝大多数处于勉强满意的范畴。另外,目前房企在办公环境的营造方面基本能够满足员工的需求,但心理层面的舒适度明显落后于物理层面,调研中85%的房企员工表示工作有压力。3成以上的员工表示看不到升迁的机会,缺乏积极进取的原动力。调研对象整体满意度情况员工满意度不高 47%考虑跳槽问题根据调研数据显示,房地产企业的员工处于相对满意区间的占92%,处于不满意区间的占8%。其中,
18、6分满意度的勾选率最高,占到4成,其次为8分,占21%。就样本而言,整体满意度的平均分值为7.13,处于一般水平,说明目前房地产企业的员工对于自身工作现状相对满意,但满意度水平不高,存在较大的提升空间。从员工跳槽倾向的调研发现,考虑跳槽的员工接近半数,47%的员工都有在考虑跳槽问题,仅19%的员工明确表示不跳槽。目前多数房企处于转型阶段,更多机会涌现使得人才在机遇方面有更多选择,同时对于企业方更需关注员工流失率,留人机制有待进一步完善,如何提高员工满意度、留住人才值得引起各类房企的思考。调研对象工资满意度情况薪酬涨幅不及预期 15%员工4-10年未涨工资从调研数据来看,房地产企业员工的收入及福
19、利满意度普遍较低,平均分值分别为6.12和6.45。不满意的员工占比均超过2成,满意的员工也绝大多数处于勉强满意的范畴。短期的原因在于房地产市场行情的影响,2014年开始,行业进入深度调整期,不复“黄金十年”的辉煌,房企营销问题增多,去化速度放缓,因而业绩上涨乏力,而且利润率走低,众多房企尤其是小型房企面临前所未有的挑战,在业绩下滑的情况下员工薪酬、福利难以达到预期;长期深层次的原因则在于薪资涨幅不尽如人意,就调研的员工中近15%表示在当前公司工作超4年甚至10年以上,而薪资从未有所上涨。员工对企业内部升迁机会的判断情况86%员工以公司为傲 3成员工看不到升迁机会从调研数据来看,目前员工普遍对当前所在的公司抱有自豪感,86%的员工以公司为傲,同时绝大多数员工认为当前所从事的工作有意义并具有挑战性,其中认为工作有意义的员工高达96%,觉得工作富有挑战性的员工占到91%。虽然如此,但同样就调研数据而言,目前房地产企业就职的员工对工作的职业发展存在疑虑,受惑于公司内部晋升通道受阻,职业发展前景不清晰的问题。3成以上的员工表示看不到升迁的机会,缺乏积极进取的原动力。而这一现象发生的原因在于目前企业的晋升机制不够完善有待提高。房企组织员工培训频率9成以上房企组织专业培训 仅涉及34%员工根据调查发现,各类房企虽已开始关注员工的培训,90%以上的房企也会组织专业培训,但每年都组织员工培
