1、.:.;选购指南 第一部分:确定负载的大小选定气缸的缸径尺寸:运用的紧缩空气的压力确定动作的方向运用推力或拉力计算公式:气缸推力F0=0.25pD2P 气缸拉力F0=0.25pD2-d2P式中:D-气缸活塞直径cm d-气缸活塞杆直径cm P-气缸的任务压力kgf/cm2 F0-气缸的实际推拉力kgf上述出力计算适用于气缸速度50-500mm/s的范围内气缸以上下垂直方式安装运用,向上的推力约为实际计算推力的50%气缸横向程度运用时,思索惯性要素,实践出力与实际出力根本相等为了防止用户选用时的有关的计算,下附双作用气缸输出力换算表,用户可根据负载,任务压力,动作方向从表格中选择适宜的缸径尺寸。

4、选定气缸的行程:确定任务的挪动间隔 ,思索工况可选择满行程或预留行程。当行程超越样本引荐的最长行程时,要思索活塞杆的刚度,可以选择支撑导向或选择特殊气缸。选定气缸缓冲方式:根据需求选择缓冲方式“无缓冲气缸,固定缓冲气缸,可调缓冲气缸选择光滑方式:有油光滑气缸,无油光滑气缸。选择气缸系列:根据以上条件,从样本中选择适当的系列。选择气缸安装方式:根据不同的用途和安装需求,选用适当的安装方式。下表为我公司消费气缸的主要安装方式,请用户根据选定的气缸系列和安装的需求详细选择安装方式。分类/classification表示图形/sketch map有关阐明/Relevant elucidation根本型

10、installing type固定卡式Fixing card type绑带式 Bandage type固定卡式Fixing card type固定卡式Fixing card type第二部分:阀的选用选择阀的类型:对于自动控制,远间隔 控制及复杂控制过程选用电控阀在人力操作方便的情况下,可选用手动阀或脚踏阀采用机械推进换向的场所可选用机控阀易燃,易爆,潮湿等环境下,尽量选用气控阀阀的通径的选择根据控制的执行元件种类的不同或运用领域和场所的不同选用适宜的阀种类。控制双作用气缸采用四通或五通阀,控制单作用气缸采用三通阀,控制各种流体的流通转换采用两通或三通阀。气动技术是以紧缩空气为任务介质进展能量

11、与信号转递的技术,即空压机将空气紧缩并储存能量,用以驱动执行元件如气缸。因气体的流速很快, 所以气缸能获得高速直线或旋转运动,普通情况下,气缸活塞最大速度可达1m/s,实践运用要选择最正确速度50-500mm/s,而不是最大速度,最正确速度是最经济的,相反最大速度工况会使磨损加剧,将减少气缸和衔接件的寿命,也添加了能量耗费。引荐换向阀与气缸的选配如下表所示:气缸内径Bore101620253240506380100125160200250320400换向阀通径Valvesaperture4*6*8*10*12*15*20*25*阀的其他选择及相关资料阀的气口用字母表示,对应的功能如下:A,B-

17、 the two interface of the cylinder at the same time, which side with the power supply, which side is the spool function position见样本/See the sample第三部分:空气组合元件的选择及运用根据管路通径,流量大小,调压范围及过滤精度等技术性能等参数选择系统所需的空气组合元件。空气过滤器的过滤精度有5mm,10mm,25mm,50mm,75mm五种,可根据空气的质量要求选用适宜的产品,无特殊情况,引荐选用25mm。在运用减压阀时,尽量防止运用调压范围的下限值,按

18、运用压力的要求选择适宜的减压阀。安装顺序:从气源的流入端开场,依次衔接空气过滤器,减压阀,油雾器,元件壳体上的箭头方向为气流方向,不可反接。空气过滤器,油雾器必需竖直安装并使带有罩杯侧朝下。油雾器一旦逆流,会呵斥内部零件损坏和发生危险,故应防止发生。安装衔接时,防止将密封胶带,铁锈等杂质混入管路内。运用与维护缸开箱安装前应检查元件在运输过程中能否有损坏,衔接螺栓能否松动,阀类元件检查电磁头能否有损坏,并去除维护帽及防护油后按运用阐明书的要求安装运用。任务介质要运用清洁枯燥的紧缩空气,并将配管内充分吹净,以防杂质带入系统内引起缸阀动作不良,需求光滑的,要在配管系统中加油雾器,建议运用的光滑油IS

19、OVG32。通常活塞杆只能接受轴向载荷,安装时要坚持负载与活塞杆的轴线一致,假设行程较长,活塞杆应加适当的支撑,防止活塞杆的下垂和弯曲。气缸安装终了后,按额定任务压力空载运转3-5次,无异常景象,然后衔接负载运转。带缓冲性能的气缸假设在运输中可调缓冲螺钉松动,可在试运转中调理缓冲至最小,逐渐松开缓冲螺钉至称心效果,以免产生过大冲击损坏气缸。气缸运用时应留意不要使活塞杆外表损伤,防止杆端密封件损伤,气缸漏气,环境条件恶劣时,建议加防尘套或防护罩。电磁阀安装运用时,要留意电磁头的控制电压AC220V AC110V AC36V DC24V DC12V,允许电压动摇-15-10%。电磁阀运用手动旋钮操

20、作时必需确保在不供电形状,以防损坏电磁阀。系统正常运转后,要定期检查空气过滤器,油雾器的任务情况,及时放水加油。缸,阀长期不用时,要留意最小任务频度1次/30天。要定期向中间摆动轴或尾座轴联接的安装件加注光滑油。要经常检查各种气动元件的运转情况,检查衔接紧固螺钉能否松动,元件的密封处能否损坏泄露景象,发现问题及时处置。维护保养时,务必事前封锁气源,并将管路系统中的紧缩空气排空后,方可进展维修作业,以防事故的发生。元件检修完成重新装配时,必需将零部件清洗干净,不能将杂质等带入内部。如有不尽之处,有任何技术问题,请拨打技术效力热线he guide of choosing

Choose the air combinat

Installation order: Beginning from the afflux of the gas source, link the air filt

Air filter and oil fog machine must be vertical installed and make the side with the cup downwards.6. The oil fog machine once against the current

You should check the components whether have damage in transport process before mounting, whether the conju

Use clean and dry compressed air as work media, and clean the arrangement pipe to prevent the impurity into the system to cause the cylinder or valve acting badly, add oil fog machine in pipe arrangement while needing the lubricate, the suggestion usage of the lubricant is ISOVG32.3. Usually the cylinder rod can bear the axial load only,to keep the load and the cylinder rod in line while installing
