2、.使用现代工具:能够针对环境设计的复杂问题,开发、选择与使用恰当艺术技术手段、现代信息工具和资源,包括对环境设计复杂问题的预测与实践,并能够理解其局限性。6.设计与社会:能够基于环境设计相关背景知识进行合理分析,评价环境设计和创作实践中复杂问题解决方案对社会、健康、安全、法律、文化、美好(审美)、生活品质的影响,并理解应承担的责任。10.沟通:能够就复杂环境设计问题与业界同行及社会公众进行有效沟通和交流,包括制作设计文本、撰写设计和创作说明、陈述发言、清晰表达或回应指令。并具备一定的国际视野,能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通和交流。课程目标完成课程后,学生将具备以下能力:(1)通过对建筑学基本知识的

3、学习,使学生对建筑设计的概念,内容、设计原理、设计方法、程序等有初步的理解。1、2(2)循序渐进的设计理论体系和专业基础知识,初步的建筑规范、概念和理论(建筑空间、环境、功能等),初步学习在亚热带气候条件下、城市环境中建筑设计的基本技术方法。1、2、6(3)进行初步、系统的空间设计思维和专业现代基本工具使用技能的训练,完成设计图纸、撰写设计说明、陈述汇报的全过程。1、2、5、10课程简介本课程通过对建筑学基本知识的学习,使学生对建筑设计的概念,内容、设计原理、设计方法、程序等有初步的理解。同时能对建筑学与其它学科的形成系统联系。课程以小型居住建筑设计为主要教学内容,要求掌握居住建筑的功能特征、

4、各组成部分、流线组织,结合岭南地区气候特点,以及城市人文环境,创造良好的室内外空间环境。教学内容与学时分配课程思政1学时设计师行业认同,介绍职业道德和社会责任。2、开题 3学时3、实地调研及场地分析 4学时4、案例分析 8学时5、草图阶段 12学时(1)根据讲课与参考书目,把握各个功能要素、划分功能分区。(2)仔细分析用地所处的环境,合理安排展览馆的各个入口、流线与校园干道相衔接。 (3)总平面设计要充分考虑与校园肌理的协调,注意建筑的图底关系。(4)注意建筑空间序列的节奏与参观序列相协调;结合庭院,注意建筑的采光、通风,并进一步学习绿色建筑的处理手法。(5)控制建筑的造型、随进度深入至细节。

5、(6)初步控制建筑的层数、高度、面积。6、 修正图阶段 16学时(1)根据草图阶段所遇到的问题,进行全面的修改、深入。(2)协调平面布局、流线组织、内外空间、立面造型、结构布置间的矛盾。(3)逐步深入完善方案,具体推敲主要房间的面积尺寸、比例,门窗大小、位置。(4)对细部进行深入设计。(5)修正图的比例宜与正图的比例一致。(6)注明主要经济指标。7、 正图阶段: 16学时(1)对修正图做综合调整进入正图的绘制阶段。(2)图面绘制深度参考建筑设计方案阶段的图纸深度要求,图面表达应符合建筑图纸制图统一标准的要求。(3)表现图的绘制应注意:黑白表现要注意素描关系,色彩表现要注意冷暖关系。8、 评图

6、4学时根据需要,进行12次的外出社会调研实验教学(包括上机学时、实验学时、实践学时)无教学方法课程教学以课堂教学、课外作业、综合讨论、网络以及授课教师的科研项目于积累等共同实施。考核方式本课程考核形式、考核内容、课程目标、成绩比例为:(1)平时作业和课堂表现(占总成绩的20%)内容和形式为前期调研和过程草图草模;考查学生是否能做到建筑创意设计,图文并茂,论述清晰,作业态度认真;课程目标1、2(2)结课成绩(占总成绩的80%)结课正图正模采用建筑和景观综合设计方式,考试内容考查建筑和景观整体设计能力,包括立意清晰、合理,具有一定的创新性,成果内容齐全,图纸绘制符合制图规范,效果图表达准确、比例正

18、ign methods and procedure of architectural design. At the same time, they can form a systematic interconnection between architecture and other disciplines. The main content of this course is small residential building, the students are required to master the functional characteristics, components an
