1、船舶维保程序The procedure of ship maintenance目的 Purpose为确保公司所管理船舶和设备得到良好有效的维护管理，防止其丧失 安全与环境保护的功能要求，确保船舶和设备处于适航和作业状态， 防止将不符合规定要求的船舶投入海上作业，特制定本程序。The procedure is formulated to ensure the effective maintenance and management of ships and equipments without losing the functions of safety and environmental pr

7、、考评等工作；-Organizes the inspection and appraisal of equipment management, etc;一负责组织、建立、监督和修订公司的船舶PMS；-Be responsible for organizing, establishing, monitoring and revising of companys ship PMS;一负责审核并组织船舶提出的零配件采办申请；-Be responsible for auditing and dealing with the procurement of ship spare parts一负责根据船舶的

13、ment maintenance, making operational procedures for equipment to meet relevant requirement and normal operation.船舶和设备的检查与维护Inspection and maintenance about ships and equipments6.2.1 FPSO管理部应根据船舶的实际情况，组织制定船舶设备预防性维护保养 系统(即PMS)项目明细，应至少包括以下部分：船体及上层建筑的钢 结构；主机和辅机及管系和阀门；重油单元系统；压载水系统和设备； 锅炉及系统；空压机及系统；锚泊和系泊设

14、备；舵机、雷达及GMDSS系 统等助航通讯设备；安全、救生、消防和防污设备；货泵及系统；货泵 舱通风系统；液货舱洒水降温系统；液货舱呼吸阀及系统；液货舱液位 测量和报警装置；油路速闭阀系统；风油应急切断设备；固定式co2灭 火系统；固定式甲板泡沫灭火系统；油水分离器；船舶检测报警系统以 及其它非连续使用或备用的船舶关键性设备和技术系统，如应急发电机、 救生艇、消防泵、应急消防泵等应急设备和系统。Based on the actual situation of the ship ,the FPSO Management Department should organize the details

16、ressor and systems; anchoring and mooring equipment; steering gear, radar systems, navigational aids, and GMDSS communications equipment; safety, rescue, fire and pollution control equipment ; cargo pumps and systems; cargo pump compartment ventilation system; liquid cargo tank sprinkler cooling sys

17、tems; breathing valve and the tank system; tank liquid level measurement and alarm devices; asphalt fast-closing valve system; wind cut off the oil emergency response equipment; fixed CO2 fire-extinguishing systems; fixed deck foam fire-extinguishing systems; oil-water separators; ship detection and

18、 alarm system as well as other non-continuous use or alternate ship critical equipment and technology systems, such as emergency generators, lifeboat, fire pumps, emergency fire pump and other emergency equipment and systems.船舶维保程序The procedure of ship maintenance6.2.2船舶的设备维护人员应根据PMS要求，按期对设备进行检查、试验、

19、测 量、维修、保养、修理等工作，并对设备维护保养过程中发现的问题应 进行及时有效的处理。The ships equipment maintenance personnel should inspect, test, measure, repair and maintain the equipment on the basis of PMS requirements, and any problem found in the process should be dealt with promptly and effectively.6.2.3船舶应按照船舶备件管理须知对船舶和设备维护保养所需的备
