3、污水污泥进行充氧和混合。 1、液面更新:由于叶轮的喷水及吸水作用,污水快速上下循环,不断地进行液面更新,缺氧的污水大面积与空气接触,从而高效高速地吸氧。2、水跃:在叶轮叶片的强力推进作用下,水呈水幕状自轮缘喷出,形成水跃,裹进大量空气,空气中的氧气迅速溶于水中。3、负压区吸氧:污水快速流经叶轮内部的导流锥顶时,产生负压区,从引气孔中吸入空气,进一步提高了充氧量,并降低了能耗。4、由于叶轮的喷水、吸水及旋转作用,水呈螺旋线状上下循环运动,对污水污泥进行充分混合,好氧菌及时获得了大量氧气,加速污水进行生化作用,从而达到了快速高效净化污水的效果。The submerged aerator uses

Renewal of water surface: As the water is sucked into and ejected from the aerator, an efficient vertical circulation is created. This circulation brings oxygen-lacking wastewater from the bottom to the to

5、p, continuously renewing the water surface. The large surface area results in fast and efficient oxygenation of the wastewater.2. Water jump: Under the powerful pushing force of the impeller, water sprays from the flange in the form of water curtain and forms water jump which absorbs large amounts o

6、f oxygen from the air.3. Low pressure area: A negative pressure area is produced when the wastewater is flowing through the cone-shaped guide duct inside the impeller. Air is absorbed from the air intake. So the aeration efficiency is further enhanced, while the power consumption is reduced.4. The s

7、uction, spraying and spinning action of the aerator creates a helical circulation within the tank. Water at the bottom is constantly brought up to the surface and exposed to the air. Wastewater and sludge are mixed thoroughly. Aerobic bacteria have a plentiful supply of oxygen, thus speeding up the

8、bio-chemical reaction and the purification of the wastewater.三、结构及特点 Construction and CharacteristicsPE泵型高强度表面曝气机由电动机、联轴器、减速箱、叶轮升降装置、泵型叶轮等部分组成(见图1、图2)。1、泵型叶轮:具有动力效率高、充氧量大、提升力强、调动水量大、结构简单、处理效果显著等特点。2、减速箱:卧式采用螺旋锥齿轮、圆柱斜齿轮二级传动,立式采用圆柱斜齿轮三级传动,齿轮为硬齿面,精度高,具有传动平稳、噪音低、机械效率高、运转可靠等特点。设计使用寿命超过10年。3、叶轮升降装置:卧式装于减速

9、箱侧面,可在额定范围内,随意调节叶轮浸没深度,从而调节充氧量。立式为平板式,通过螺杆调节升降平台,调节叶轮浸没深度。4、电动机:采用Y户外型全封闭三相异步电动机,效率高,运转可靠。5、调速装置:变频调速装置,对电机进行无级调速,从而节约能耗。6、更详细的说明请阅读设备的随机技术资料。Main components of the PE pump type high intensity surface aerator include: electric motor, shaft coupling, gearbox, impeller lifting mechanism, pump type imp

10、eller, etc. (See Figure 1 and Figure 2)1. Pump type impeller: Has the characteristics of high motivity, and oxygenation rate. 2. Gearbox: Two-stage transmission made up of spiral cone-shaped gear and columned bevel gear is used for the horizontal gearbox. Three-stage transmission made up of columned

11、 bevel gear is used for the vertical gearbox. All gears have hard gear face and high precision. The gearbox has the characteristics of stable transmission, low noise, high mechanical efficiency and reliable operation with designed service life of more than ten years.3. Impeller Lifting Mechanism: It

12、 is installed on the side faces of the gearbox for the horizontal type. Immersion depth of the impeller can be changed in order to adjust the oxygenation rate within a rated range. For the vertical type, flat style lifting mechanism is used. The immersion depth of the impeller can be changed by adju

13、sting the lifting platform with a screw rod.4. Electric Motor: Y series outdoor sealed 3-phase AC motor. Energy efficient and reliable.5. Speed regulating device: Frequency conversion device is used for the stepless adjustment of the motor speed. This method is very energy efficient.6. For more deta

20、区)内径以5.38倍叶轮直径为宜,水深不超过3.5倍叶轮直径为宜。叶轮线速度为35m/s。若叶轮下置导流筒(上口位置应在叶轮进水口高度之间),池深可至5m以上,最多深至7m。曝气池(曝气区)内设置导流筒可使混合更完全,从而降低叶轮线速以提高处理效果。5、叶轮浸没度以叶轮上平板埋入水平面下2060mm为宜,过深会降低充氧量,过浅则易脱水。在培菌阶段可加深浸没度(100mm以上),加快转速以保证完全混合能力及降低充氧量。6、污水进水管不宜设置在池底中央,以设置在池壁水表面下为好,防止污水短路。1. Flow baffle should be installed on the inside wall of separated-built round aeration tank to prevent the impeller from losing contact with water due to the water rotating too quickly.2. The distance between the foundation girder and the water surface should

22、be greater than 0.7 m. 3. The aerator is suitable for incorporate-built and separately-built accelerated aeration tank. No poles or water baffles should be within the aeration area.4. The diameter of the aeration tank should be 5.38 times the impeller diameter. Water depth should be no more than 3.5

23、 times the impeller diameter. Impeller linear velocity should be between 35 m/s. If flow guide tubes are installed (top opening should be at the same height as the water intake of the aerator), aeration tank can be 5 m deep, but no more than 7 m. The use of flow guide tubes can improve the mixing of

24、 the wastewater thereby lowing the required impeller linear velocity and improving the effectiveness of the aerator.5. The impeller normally should be submerged 2060mm under the water surface, too deep and the oxygenation rate will decrease, too shallow and there will be too little contact with the

25、water. During the bacteria culture period, the submerged depth can be increased (above 100 mm) and the rotation increased to ensure the thorough mixing of the wastewater and lowering the oxygenation rate.6. Water inlet of the aeration tank should not be in the center of the tank, because of the possibility of sewage short-circuit.
