2、tching Numerical Method of the Radio Resource Management (RRM) Strategy in TD-SCDMA, and the Testing of Its Simulated Systems,” which received rapt attention and high remarks from all the experts in Computer and Telecommunications who attended the meeting. That woman was I. At present, TD-SCDMA, W-C

3、DMA, and CDMA 2000 are considered the main technological standards in the third generation of the worlds technological development in mobile telecommunications. And the design of a switching computation method for the RRM Strategy is a key element and technological crux for the TD-SCDMA technology.

4、In retrospection, I found that it was my great enthusiasm for mobile telecommunications, and my persistent pursuit of accuracy and perfection that have helped me win accolades from colleagues and experts. In China, since the TD-SCDMA uses a smart antenna, it makes a demand for a finer research on th

5、e computation method for the RRM Strategy, in areas such as PC, DCA, and HC. To me, a new starter in the company, it was a real challenge. Since the research team was new, it lacked engineering data and practical experience, although the equipment of the lab was quite advanced. It was only after muc

6、h library research, thinking, and consultation with experts did I find a RRM computation method suitable for a smart antenna. Because a smart antenna has its advantages of a more accurate VE locating and reduced searching areas, this computation method effectively lowers the complexity of the switch

7、ing process and its failure rate. During the time when I worked for the project, I often stayed up several days in a roll to perfect a lab test. But I also derived an enormous sense of satisfaction and fulfillment after overcoming obstacles, which more than compensated the pains and difficulties tha

8、t I had to go through. The rapid development of mobile telecommunication technology places a high demand on professionals working in this field. To a certain extent, it has to be a labor of love. My keen interest in mobile telecommunications emanated from the concept of “personal communication.” Dur

9、ing my undergraduate years at the Northwest University of Industry, I spent much of my spare time browsing over professional publications and journals, to keep myself abreast of current developments. The concept of “personal communication” I encountered during this process impressed me immensely. A

10、system of “personal communication” is one that allows the user to communicate at anytime, anyplace, to anyone, and in any way. It painted such a beautiful of picture of a future society that I became fully convinced that it is a subject well worth my lifelong pursuit. This was why I chose Mobile Tel

11、ecommunications as my area of specialization in the graduate program. As a graduate student, I completed several research projects independently and successfully, including, for instance, “Turbo Code and the Application of Its Coding Concept.” In short frame conditions, the Turbo Code, with its impr

12、oved application in engineering, seems to have a bright future in real-time voice-data service (Please see the attached article). After completing my graduate degree, I entered Datang Group, a pioneer in Chinas software development. Here I did software design for the switch control template used at

13、the RNC equipment for the TD-SCDMA system, and developed a switching computation method for the RRM Strategy. I went through the entire process of software design for the switch control template for the RNC equipment, from topic analysis to the project outline and then to actual program writing. The

14、 present development of telecommunication technology indicates that the smart antenna, software radio, and the transmission technology of subline 下行 high-speed subdivided exchange data (下行高速分组交换数据传输技术) are key technologies for todays mobile telecommunications. Software radio, in particular, has attr

15、acted much public attention. The use of DSP and software to solve the problem of wireless interfaces of diverse standards on a public hardware platform has become a major issue pursued by many professionals in our field. I too hope to make my own contribution to the technological development in this

16、 area. In the next few years, the traditional concept of using chips to build wireless equipment for mobile telecommunication will be seriously challenged. In recent years, the technologies and standards of the third generation of mobile telecommunication have been rapidly updated. Software radio, I

17、 believe, will be the future of our trade. My desire to know more about computer engineering prompted me to rise above my present conditions. The United States, as technological superpower, have first-rate teaching faculty and research facilities in the world. Its ideological openness and tolerance

18、make a sharp contrast to Chinese culture, which tends to value tradition rather than innovation. Wireless telecommunication may be said to be one of the newest research areas, and it is new concepts and new vision that give life to the industry. I believe that in the fine research environment in the

19、 United States, I will be able to make “shortcuts” in attaining my academic and career goals. I would like to apply for admission to the Center for Wireless Telecommunications of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. As the most prestigious research institute in Wireless Telecommunica

20、tions, the Center has a large number of famed scholars and professionals dedicated to the theoretic research of Wireless Telecommunications. Meanwhile, it maintains close contact with the telecommunication industry, and in this way can test the theory in practical experimentation, which in turn prom

21、otes theoretic research. It is an ideal place for me to fully develop my research potential. I look forward to finding a teaching position at college level in China after completing my graduate education, which will allow me to continue my research work in Wireless Telecommunications. I will impart

22、my theoretic and practical knowledge to my students, and hope that this will benefit Chinas wireless telecommunication industry, and society at large. 26、 female students in rural China with my tutor from my high school and that was a very good experience as it not only made me realise how traditional cultural influence could remain unchanged in some of those rural areas in China and also the way parents and children interacting。 I always have wonder

27、ed why for many Chinese students just like me, hundreds of them fail to choose what they really want to student and do as a career。 Chinese parents are definitely having strange influences on their kids decision making in terms of education and career or in the worst cases; the parents decided what

28、their kids should do solely。 My mother believes that I should go for Finance studies, while I clearly know that my interest has never been in the Mathematical formula and numbers, I always find the diversities of societies, people, beliefs, cultures and the way people interacting together very fasci

29、nating。 So, during this summer, my thoughts kept returning on why I worked so unsuccessfully towards studying finance and economics as my mother expected? And how can I truly become my own master by progressing a BA that I really like to engage more research and enrich myself with? How did all the c

30、ultural and beliefs affecting the way we acting the roles in the community? In which way an individual could actually build up and refine hisher identities? In pursuing a Sociology degree, I seek answers to these questions。 A thorough examination of the Sociology behind human behaves could reveal th

31、e beliefs, values and identities; it enables us to exam and understand ourselves better。 While knowledge of Sociology will certainly benefit the social services providing, I also maintain a passion for Culture Studies for that same reason。 Cultural behaviour study appeals to me because it tells us w

32、hy we act in a certain way under a cultural atmosphere。 Also for being in the UK for 3 years, the knowledge about the outside world has given me a unique and balanced perspective to examine the reality of Chinese society too。 In this historical epoch in which China is becoming closely integrated int

33、o the international community and playing an influence role in the world arena, I wish to gain insights into our society in its socioculture aspects and to study how Chinese culture can respond to the globalization process。 By combining these thoughts into a good BA in Sociology degree programme, I

34、can pursue my professional goal of doing education and community service work for the government and perhaps focusing in promote public welfare。 My experience in the past in social practices has not only equipped me with an intellectual foundation for my future studies but has also supplied me with

The Investment Portfolio Theory of Markowitz, the capital asset pricing model of the Sharp, Option Pricing Model of Black-Scholes and “Binomial” model of Cox can best reflect the critical positi

42、on of the two subjects. I am glad to choose mathematics and applied mathematics. Three years study had deepened my understanding of them, especially of mathematical modeling. (It still occurs to me when I went to attend the class of _ department given by Professor Jiang qiyuan in Tsinghua University

43、 for the first time. “1 kilogram of flour added with 1 kilogram of stuffing can make 100 dumplings, but what if the stuffing is more than 1 kilogram?” He used a very simple, vivid and interesting example which aroused my interest and led me into the mathematical modeling world. The first time I kiss

44、ed the mathematical modeling was in the summer vacation of 2022, when I got a good opportunity to attend the mathematical modeling training organized by our school. Seasoned mathematics teachers told me what on earth the mathematical modeling is through some existing examples, in which the one about

45、 SARS impressed me most. In 2022, SARS broke out and shrouded rapidly to the whole world, which imperiled our economic development and peoples living. Therefore, study on its spreading regularity and building the mathematical modeling for predicting and controlling its extension had become the “Arch

Two weeks training has presented me with a kind of passion and calm thinking much more than just those classical mathematical models. As the patron saint of our human-beings, the existence of Mathematics a

Then, when SARS ran riot, when we are suffering from the pain of AIDS, what can I do as a mathematics and mathematical modeling lover who loves life so much? Pocketed with this passion and thinking, I tasted to use mathematica

48、l modeling into practice and solve the practical problems by attending the National College Mathematical Modeling Contest with the other two schoolmates on behalf of our college. It required us to evaluate the water quality of Changjiang River according to the data, through which we had to analyze t

49、he water pollution in every region and predict the trend of it in the future. Finally we had to bring out the plan against it. It was really a challenge for us towards flood of data and estimations as long as 17 pages. We tried almost a whole day only to filter those data and take the evaluations in

50、to comprehensive account. Pulling down various models we had built before, we were so defeated that we wanted to give up many times. However, we finally found the satisfactory model thanks to our encouragement to each other which armed us with full strength to go further.We managed to evaluate the w

51、ater quality by Composite index model, which could not only represent the evaluation factors, but also reflect the main impacts of the contaminations to the water pollution. We predicted the future water pollution through multiple linear regressions fitting and brought out the plan against it by bui

52、lding linear optimization model. Finally, we got the second prize in Beijing for our thesis. Three days and nights modeling experience had cooled our passion and gave us even more calm thinking instead. The creation of the mathematical modeling, along with the successful solution to the problems thr

53、ough it lied on the solid mathematics foundation, strong modeling ability, accumulation of the knowledge on different fields, unique creative ideas and creativity. The experience from this contest further aroused my interest in mathematics. I began to pay more attention to its application as well as

54、 learning the theories. In addition, I tried to catch every opportunity to take part in the practical mathematical modeling. My efforts finally rewarded when I was in the first term as a junior. I had a chance to participate in the 3-day electrician mathematical modeling practiceclassifying the spor

55、ts programs for a big sports meeting. Being familiar with the Graph Theory, I immediately found the way to solve the problems by seeking the best Hamilton circuit line. Facing the nearly 8.7 billion data files with different orders much more than that on the National Mathematical Modeling Contest, I

56、 spent a long time on Algorithm without any perfect result. I wasnt defeated towards this case, but so excited instead that I could have such a chance to challenge and improve myself. Looking up dozens of files, I finally made a perfect end of the practice by using the Genetic Algorithm into full ac

57、count. It needs both a successful model and an effective arithmetic to solve these problems. , which largely shortened the operation time and improved the operation result. I learnt a lot from this practice. I came to know that to build successful mathematics modeling that can effectively solve the

58、practical problems, we must take the operation cost Summarizing my failures in the mathematical modeling electrician practice and proceeding from my interest in this field, I began to think of collaborating on the “Mathematical Modeling Saloon” with several students from mathematics and computer dep

59、artments, taking the Computer Algorithms and mathematical modeling as the two themes of the book. Every Tuesday afternoon, we would organized those students interested in this field to study and exchange the ideas and arithmetic by imparting experience, sharing what we learnt, pondering together and

60、 discussing with each other. Both the traditional transportation & storage problems and the modern Stimulated Annealing Arithmetic (SAA), Ant Algorithm have ever been the topic of our discussion, from which I have learnt many thinking styles and methods to the problems from the students both in math
