1、综合智能交通电子信息系统综合智能交通电子信息系统标准化工作总结标准化工作总结 在我国智能交通电子系统飞速发展，国家正在规划和逐步建立我国综合智能运输体系的今天，综合分析我国公路、铁路、航空、水运以及城市交通智能化的共性需求，根据我国智能交通电子信息系统的技术应用现状，以企业为主体，产、学、研、用紧密结合，在学习和借鉴国外先进技术和有关工作经验的基础上，以我为主，在产品开发的同时，自主制订适合我国综合运输体系发展需要的综合电子信息系统体系技术规范和相关产品标准，规范、引导和推动我国综合智能运输电子信息系统和产品的产业化发展，建立有序的智能交通电子系统和产品市场，有效地保护民族企业，实现国家利益最

4、准化工作组标准化工作总结汇报：1、收集整理标准化体系2、制定相关行业标准3、推动产业发展综合智能交通电子信息系统标准化工作组遵循以下原则： （1）、积极采用国外先进标准，紧跟ETC国际标准的情况和发展趋势，把国际标准和国外先进标准同我国现行标准进行对比，选出符合国情的ETC相关技术标准并进行采用。（2）、把国内外的科技成果用标准的形式固定下来，按标准组织科研、生产，在生产中推广应用。 （3）、充分考虑我国经济发展的水平和承受能力，合理规划我国电子车牌和不停车收费系统的发展。 （4）、根据智能交通系统对DSRC提出的要求，考虑被动式ETC系统向主动式的平稳过渡，为智能交通系统提供高速短程通信链路

5、。 （5）、考虑开放性和兼容性，制定的标准必须有众多的厂商支持，而且各厂商之间的卡和读写设备相互兼容。 （6）、为适应高速公路联网收费的要求，ETC设备的接口应符合高速公路联网收费的有关规定和标准，并且支持车载单元（OBU）使用双片式IC卡。（7）、为满足车籍管理等方面的需要，合理制定电子车牌的存储格式和通信协议。（8）、与公安部、交通部、建设部等有关部门大力协作，共同完成本标准的制定工作，确保标准的实用性。 综合智能交通电子信息系统标准化工作组ETC方面的应用标准：国标标准化组织（ISO）标准：ISO/TR 14813运输信息和控制系统ISO/TR 14904 1997道路运输和智能交通自动
