17、heyarehopingtomakeitintothebest8inthecomingintercollegiatetournament.Ilikemycollege.Ihavealreadymadesomegoodfriendsandwereenjoyingourschoollife.CopingwithStressinCollegeCollegelifecanbeverystressful.Sometimesparents,facultyandotherstendtoidealizetheircollegeexperienceandrememberitasthatidyllictimewh
18、entheyhadfewworriesorresponsibilities.Tostudentscurrentlyattendingcollege,however,theprocessisoftenstressfulandfrustrating.Thecompetitionforgrades,theneedtoperform,relationships,careerchoice,andmanyotheraspectsofthecollegeenvironmentcausestress.Butbeforecondemningstressoutright,weneedtounderstandtha

21、inmanyforms.Somesymptomsonlyimpactthepersonwhoisdirectlyexperiencingstress,whileothersymptomsmayhaveanimpactonourrelationshipswithothers.Althoughsomestressreactionsarepartofdeeperandmoreseriousemotionalproblems,manyarenot,andcanbehandledwithrelativelysimplecounselingandstress-managementtechniques.De
