8、进度情 况随时调动,保证生产进度。各工序施工期主要劳动力安排:(不包括其他副助工)、垫层及防水施工:混凝土工15名、防水工25名、降水工2名、木工10名、抹灰工(瓦工)18名。、基础底板施工:钢筋工 50名、木工40名、混凝土工25 名、降水4名、水电工12名。、地下结构施工:钢筋工 80名、木工120名、混凝土工30名、水电工25名。、外墙防水施工:防水工25名、抹灰工15名。3.4.2 施工区段划分根据现场实际情况,目前已开工的有 B-1#楼、B-2#楼、B-3#楼和B-7#楼,由于B-11#楼不具备施工重要条件,暂时不考虑。地下室主体施工共分四个子单位工程,分别为B-1#、2#、3#、7

20、施工一回填土。3.7 测量放线3.7.1 测量控制根据青岛市测绘院提供的每幢建筑物的四角坐标点,找出与建筑物相关的联系,分别在建筑物外侧引出每幢建筑物的纵向和横向两条主控线, 经复测合格后作为主控线进行保护。用经纬仪在主控点测出主控线的垂线,量等距离得附控二点。由此四点组成方格形,通过测角、量距、平差、调整后成测量控制网。3.7.2 轴线的投测± 0.00 以下的轴线投测用经纬仪,每层上投测的纵、横线各不少于 2 条,经角度、距离校核无误后放出其他轴线和细部线。地下部分测量控制网见下图:test,10 energy-saving pr oje cts.Second,we should

33、al3.8 、施工现场平面布置详见总体现场施工平面布置图。四、分项工程施工4.1、 防水工程4.1.1、 、管理机构组织为确保本工程地下工程的使用功能是一个非常重要的内容,防水工程的质量是本工程施工进行重点管理和控制的关键内容,是本工程质量控制的重点之一,在施工中必须加以严格监控与管理,我们将组织强有力的施工管理组织体系,进行施工过程的全程监控,进行跟踪检查、指导,各个施工过程严控验收程序,项目部安排主管防水施工的量管理一名,配备专业监督员二名进行全天候监控。4.1.2、 技术准备:熟悉各施工部位的防水做法,施工工艺,有针对性的组织施工班组进行施工技术交底,对防水施工的施工部位、采用材料、施工

44、ntwater balance4.1.4、 劳动力准备组织有相应专业防水施工的班组,进行地下室防水施工,各防水 施工人员必须持有专业上岗证,操作证,本工程共组织专业防水施工 人员25名,降水工4名,安全、质量检查员各一名。4.1.5、 材料选用:地下室外墙及底板:3厚SBS防水卷材。桩顶:水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料。水平施工缝:3X400止水钢板4.1.6、 施工工艺:、 SBS防水卷材施工工艺施工前要首先检查施工面层的质量和干燥程度并加以清扫,符合 要求后方可进行。(1)基层处理剂的涂刷施工时先将已配制好基层处理剂搅拌均匀。基层处理剂涂刷后在当天铺完防水层,可先涂好全部基层处 理

52、)防水层施工完毕,要进行检查,不得有鼓泡、皱折、脱落和大的起壳现象,做到面层平整、美观、实用才能起到好的防水效果,保证工程应有的防水寿命。(6)卷材防水施工注意事项:雨天严禁进行卷材施工。卷材防水层的找平层应符合质量要求,达到规定干燥程度。在拐角、桩头处卷材搭接、收头等节点部位,必须仔细铺平、贴紧、压实、 收头牢靠符合设计要求和防水工程技术规范等有关规定,在桩周圈、阴阳角处等部位,应加铺卷材附加层(附加层宽度不得小于200MM)。卷材铺贴时应避免过分拉紧和皱折,基层与卷材之间排气要充分,要向横向两侧排气后方可用辊子压平粘实,不允许有翘边、脱层现象。(7)施工完毕后,必须24小时蓄水试验合格后,
