游泳池溺水及安全处理预案

1、游泳池应急处理预案、负责内容 Properties为了提高酒店室内泳池的平安生产工作，并且有效预防及时控制和消除突发平安事 故及其危害，指导和标准各类突发事件的应急处理工作，最大程度的减少突发事件 对游客健康造成的危害，保障客人身心健康与生命平安，制定以下应急预案。In order to enhance the security producti on work of the in door swim ming pool, effectively preve nt in time, con trol efficie ntly, as well as elim in ate the securi

To en sure the safety and security of the guests.二、步骤 Procedure一试用范围(Applicable Scope)本预案试用于突然发生，造成或者可能造成客人身心健康一般和严重损害的平安事 故。Applicable for in cide nt happe ned abruptly which brings or

7、)一溺水处理(drow ning han dli ngs)步骤：1发生事故后，救生员、效劳员必须在第一时间到达现场，迅速将溺水者救起。、team members must arrived in the first time. Rescued the drowning guy immediately.2、救生员、效劳员第一时间通知健身房经理及上级领导立即与医务室、医院联系派救护 车，要说清楚地点、发生事故的情况并提出要求。2. Lifeguard and team members must inform the health cen ter man ager as well as the lea

Do remember speaking clearly about the place、case and set the requirements here.3、 救生员立即启动CPR评估溺水程度，根据情况做CPR操作。如需送医院救治救生员 必须跟随。3. Besides cooperate with the hotel and gover nment departme nt survey.2在泄漏液体的流动前端，抛洒 Ensorb 超强吸附剂，并用扫帚等工具翻动搅拌，液体逐渐变成粘稠直至固体，油品和化学品毒性大大降低；(2) In the front of the liquid flow, throwing Ensorb super adsorbent, using brooms or other tools to agitate, make sure the liquid became sticky until

Then oil and chemical toxicity can be greatly reduced.3同时快速取出吸附条，依次相连将漏油或化学品围拦阻住，以防进一步扩散污染大 面积环境；(3) Meanwhile take out the adsorption quickly, put them connected in turn to let the oil leakage or chemicals blocked in case of the further spread pollution.4取出吸附垫，放置到围住的油面和化学品液体外表上，依靠吸附垫的超强吸附力对

12、油和化学品进行快速吸收，以减少大量油污和化学品长时间的暴露在工作环境中，产生挥 发而引起危险；(4) Take out the adsorption pad; put it on the surface of the oil and chemicals. Oil and chemicals can be easily absorbed by the super adsorption force.5取出擦拭纸，将吸附垫、吸附条粗吸收处理后残留油污进行最后完全吸收处理；(5) Take out the wipe paper, completely absorb the residual oil.6

13、最后，取出防化垃圾袋，将所有用过吸附片、吸附条、粘稠的液体或固体及其它杂 质，一起清理到垃圾袋里，扎好袋口，贴上有害废物标签。标签中必须注明有害废物的名 称、产生区域和产生日期，放到泄漏应急处理桶有毒物质密封桶套装内运走，交由专 业的废弃物处理公司来处理。(6) Finally, take out the chemical garbage bags , put all used adsorption slice, slips , all the sticky liquid together with solid and other impurities cleaned up to the ga

14、rbage bag.二抽筋处理 (cramps processing)1、客人出现抽筋后救生员第一时间赶到现场，如果客人在水中迅速将其捞起。1. Lifeguard must arrive in the first time. If the guests still in the water, we must pick him/her up rapidly.2、安抚客人，救生员视抽筋部位进行反向牵拉并对肌肉进行按摩，缓解痉挛带来反响 并通知医务室做进一步处理。2. Console the guest. For the apparent cramps parts, lifeguard can g

15、ives a backward pull, and massages the muscle .Relieve the reaction brings from spasm and notify the infirmary for further processing3、效劳员维持现场秩序，并对客人心理进行安抚。3. Team members must maintain the scene order, and appease the guest.4、客人抽筋恢复后，如果还想下水游泳救生员要给与一些自救建议。4. After the guest recover, if he/she wants

Lifeguard and team members must arrive in the first time after the guests ask for help.2、提示客人保持冷静，防止慌张。2. Keep the guests stay calm, avoid fluster.3、救生员或效劳员立即进行

17、处理并同时通知上级领导。3. Lifeguard or team members must handle things immediately meanwhile inform superior leadership.4、如叮咬较为严重，联系医务室或医院进行处理。4. Notify the supervisor leadership immediately, meanwhile contact to the clinic or hospital.3、视情况而定，如果感到伤势过重应立即启动CPR进行评估，在医生未到来时不要 随意搬动、处理
