14、用何种方式考核由教务处根据不同的要求来确定），其中考试主要采取统一命题，统一考试时间，统一批改试卷。学生的学期总成绩由三部分组成：平时成绩、期中成绩、期末成绩，各部分成绩占的比例一般为10%、30%、60%；如果没有进行期中考试，则学期总成绩由平时成绩和期末成绩两部分构成，它们所占比例分别为30%、70%，学生的成绩评定采用百分制。采用考查方式时，则由所在班的任课教师决定具体的考核方式。可以采用单独命题，撰写论文，回答问题等多种方式进行考核，学生成绩的评定一般采取百分制或五级制（优、良、中、及格、不及格）。八、教材及参考书教材： 1黄志成等著，全纳教育-关注所有学生的学习和参与 上海教育出版社 20022牛芳菊著， 全纳课堂的有效教学-满足不同需求的方案、课程及活动 中国轻工业出版社 2002参考书：1.
