17、因身体原因 或在中国境内曾有非法工作 /犯罪行为等因素无法办理居留许可的，甲 方唯有解除合约。While coming to China to begin employment, Party B must bring their original highest university diploma, original teaching certificate and original police background check as requested by the Foreign Expert Bureau.Failure to bring these original documen

18、ts or rejection by Government Bureaus for any reason will prevent Party A from being able to apply resident permit for Party B and willresult in early termination of the employment relationship.
