Foreword:Thismanualmainlyinstructsyouonhowtousetheequipmentproperly.Itspurposeistoprolongtheservicelifeanddiminishoperationalfailure,soastoguaranteethecompressedairquality.Italsogivesrelevantinformationontheequipmentforreference.Sopleasereadthemanualc

2、arefullybeforeuse,andtakeoperationandmaintenanceaccordingtotheinstructionsforfearofequipmentbreakdown.II. Functions:Thekeyfunctionofthecooling-typecompressedairfreezedryeristoremovethemoistureofcompressedair.Withacoldmediaheatexchanger(evaporator),itcandropthecompressedairtemperatureto10candcondense

3、themoistureorwaterdropsinthecompressedair.Thenitseparatestheairfromwaterdropswithaseparator.Thenthewaterdropsaredischargedfromthesystembyanautomaticdrainer,whichputsthepre-coolingprocess.Undernormalsituation,thewatercontentoftheprecooledcompressedairisabout0.59g/m3,andthedewateringrateisupto93%.Theu

4、sercanselecttherightmodeloraddfiltersaccordingtotheactualcondition.III. HighEfficiencyfromtheExcellentJiashengDesign:Thelowenergyconsumptionandlowpressuredropsenablethelowestoperatingcost,soitisenergy-efficient.ThelargeGas-to-Gas'heatexchangeranremovehalfoftheheatloadintheair,thustonarrowthecool

5、ingsystemandreducethepowerconsumptiontotheutmost,whichguaranteessufficientcoolingandfreesthedownstreampipelinefromcondensation;Withlargecovering,theevaporatorenablestocooldownthecompressedairevenlytodewpointtemperature.Themulti-channeldesignofthecoolantcanmakethebestuseoftheavailablecoolingcapacitya

6、ndfreetheevaporatorfromfrost.IV. ColdMediaSystemFlow:Compressedbythecold-mediacompressor,thecoldmediawillturnintohigh-pressureandhigh-temperaturegas.Afterradiatedbytheair-coolingcondenser,itwillbecondensedtoliquefaction.Andthenthemoistureandimpurityareremovedfromitspipelinewithadryfilter.Andthentheh

7、igh-pressureliquidcoldmediawillgothroughthecapillarythrottlebeforeturningintolow-pressureandlow-temperatureliquidtoentertheevaporator.Thenitabsorbstheheatfromthecompressedair,andisgasifiedintothelow-temperaturegaseouscoldmedia,andflowsbacktothecompressorthroughtheliquid-gasseparator,whichputstherefr

InstallationInstructions:Location1.1 Chooseacoolanddraughtyplaceasthebestlocationforinstallation.1.2 Installationofthemachinestheambienttemperatureislimitedto351.3 Donotinstallitoutdoors,inadampanddustyplace,orinacorrosiveandpollutedplace.1.4 Thelocationshallbeonemeterawayfr

12、han6.0kgf/cm2inwinters).3.5 Verifythatthecoolingwaterintakeisundernormalpressureandhumidity.(Hydraulicpressure:24kgf/cm2,watertemperature:max.35C)°3.6 Verifythattheexhaustrateoftheaircompressormatchestheprocessingcapacityofthefreezedryer.DuringOperation3.7 Turnonthepower,andthedryerwillbegintow

13、ork.3.8 Verifythatthedryerisundernormalworkingvoltage.(Seelabel.)3.9 Verifythatthecoolingwaterintake/outtakeisundernormaltemperaturedifference.(510°C)3.10 Verifythatthecoolersfanmotorisrunningwell.3.11 Aftertenminutesofrunning,letthecompressedairinthedryer.(Startuptheaircompressororopenthevalve

14、sslowlyandclosetheairbypassvalve.)3.12 Checkwhetherthereisairleakage.3.13 Verifythattheintakecompressedairtemperatureisnormal.(Hightemperature:WCD<80,Lowtemperature:WADN0)3.14 Verifythattheintakecompressedairisundernormalpressure.(Seelabel.)3.15 Verifythatthepassagewayofthedryerisundernormaltempe

15、raturedifference.(Temperaturedifference:1030C)°。3.16 Verifythatthecoldmediaisundernormalhigh/lowpressure.(Highpressureunderzeroload:13.515.5kgf/cm2,Lowpressure:3.64.0kgf/cm2)。3.17 Ifthewater-coolingmodelisunderabnormalhighpressure,pleaseadjustthewater-regulatingvalveatthecoolingwaterentrance.(C

18、ay(Standardhydraulicpressure:24kgf/cm2,intakewatertemperature:below35C.04.3 Forthewater-coolingmodel,pleasecleanthewaterfiltereverythreemonthsorwhenthehighpressureofthecoldmediaisover17kgf/cm2.Ifthepressureofthecoldmediaisstilloffstandard,pleasecleanthecondenserandthefrontcooler.4.4 Openthedrainagev
