Introduction to the Text The “ Sandwich Generation” refers to those people who provide care for both their parents and their won children, often holding a job in the United States and Canada. T

Like slices of meat in the sandwich, people in this group often feel ”squeezed” as their children and aging parents compete for their time, resources and personal energy. That is why
