5、; principle of work3、1: Fire safety 、antistatic structureFire safety structure: Installs the fire safety sealing ring in between ball and seat ,After the seat burning loss, the medium and the spring will push the seat support rings fire safety sealing ring to the ball, then forms the metal to metal

6、structure, so as to ensure the safety of the system and conform to API 607/API 6FA.Anti-static structure: Installs the anti-static spring in between the stem and the ball. 7、per cover and the screw can fix the stem, even in the valve cavitys pressure abnormal rising situation, also can guarantee the stem can not blow out by the medium. 3、3 Double block and drain structure: When the valve is closed, the seat of the upstream and downstream can block the fluid, The valves

8、cavitys contamination can be drain.3、4 Self-pressure relief: the medium lumen would press the valve seat backwards through its own thrust force to realize self pressure relief for the safety of the body if some abnormal pressure-rise should happen caused by the gasification of the liquid medium deta

9、ined in the valve pocket from temperature rise. 4 Product structure diagram5 Maintenance, Installation and Using5.1 The valve can be installed anywhere, but it must be easy to maintain, repair and operate.5.2 Before installing, should check the products marks whether to meet the field operating requ

10、irements.5.3 Before installing, should check the valves inner cavity and seal surface. Dont allow any dirt .should meet the installation requirements. 5.4 Before installing should check the valve in the process of open or closed ,whether there is the phenomenon of jamming、if the bolt nut is loosenin

11、g、whether the packing is pressed etc. 5.5 The valve should be stored in the dry and well ventilated room, should be blocked at both ends of the passage and the valve should be totally open, dont allow to stack.5.6 For the long time storages valves ,should be regular inspected , cleared the dirt and

12、spreaded the anti-corrosive grease on the machined surface.5.7 In the pipeline system operation, the valve only can open or close, dont allow to make the adjustment to use. 6 Possible Malfunction& its solutionPossibleMalfunctionCause & analysis SolutionStem unhandy turning1. Over tight of th
