10、费用的确认均以传真为依据，双方按约定的接待标准和日程安排为游客提供服务，如甲方操作失误造成游客行程延误、更改、取消所产生的经济损失由甲方承担，除人力不可抗拒因素外，如乙方未 按约定的标准和日程向游客提供服务，应当为游客提供补偿服务或将低于服务标准的费用差额退还甲方（或在甲 方许可的情况下直接退还给游客）The mutual consent to leaves country the team traveling schedule expense confirmation take the facsimile as the basis , both sides provides the serv

17、e party of the first part's visitor。六、投诉处理 Dispose of complaint:双方对出境团队（或散客 ）提出的投诉，应相互配合 ，调查核实，如投诉属实，根据投诉内容的责任范围，由责 任方承担相应的责任，做出解释道歉，并根据相关法律规定合理赔偿客人损失.如乙方在接待中出现严重服务质量或信誉问题，甲方有权向乙方提出，责成乙方整改，直接取消与乙方的合作，并可根据实际受损情况，要求乙方赔偿损失。Both sides to leave country the suit which the team (or individual tourist )

22、y and the voluntary positive prevention , ceases the accident hidden danger.八、结算团款/Clearing form:双方同意按 机票、签证款全额以及地接款80%以(现金/公司成对支票/汇款)在出团前支付.地接费用20%以(现金/公司城对支票/汇款)作为尾款在团队返回之后支付方式结算团款,乙方应在团队出发前将团队账单传真给甲方，甲方应在收到帐单后两个工作日内予以确认(传真/扫描件)，并在团队出发前按约定支付团款。如甲方未能按期结算团款，则乙方有权利拒绝接待甲方客人.尾款在团队返回后(15)个工作日之内结清。超过时间没有
