1、高压二氧化碳气体灭火使用说明CO2 fire extinguishing system一、简 介I. Introduction原苏联在50年代就开始帮助我国在工程建设中使用二氧化碳灭火系统,1977年国产二氧化碳自动灭火系统通过国家鉴定。自此,我国二氧化碳自动灭火技术开始快速发展,如今二氧化碳自动灭火系统在国内不论在产品生产还是在产品应用方面都属于非常成熟的一种灭火技术。Since 1950s, with the help of former Soviet Union, China has begun to use CO2 fire extinguishing systems in engin
2、eering construction. In 1977, domestically made automatic CO2 fire extinguishing systems passed national verification, since then, the technology of CO2 fire extinguishing systems in China has rapidly developed. Nowadays, no matter in production or in application, this fire fighting technique has be
3、come very mature in China.二氧化碳是一种不导电、惰性、低毒性、灭火后不留污染物良好的灭火剂,且来源广泛、生产容易、价格低廉。二氧化碳灭火主要是窒息作用,并有少量的冷却降温作用。广泛应用于电厂、电站、轧机、印刷机、浸渍油槽、造漆、制药等易发生火灾的重要部位的消防保护,以及计算机房、图书馆、档案馆、珍品库、电讯中心等场所。CO2 is a non-conductive, inert and low-toxicity extinguishing agent, without any pollutants left after fire suppression, which
4、is widely sourced, easily produced, inexpensive. 7、n for individual areas or multiple areas. 本系统具有自动灭火,应急电气手动灭火、现场机械开启灭火三种方式供用户自行选择。This system provides three options for users: automatic fire extinguishing, electrically emergency manual fire extinguishing, on-site mechanically initiated fire extinguishing.本系统经国家固定灭火系统和耐火建筑构件质量监督检验中心的检测合格,符合国标GB1666

13、torage Container Safety Release Device (MPa)7.0±0.357.0±0.35Time Delay of System Startup (s)3030二、系统组成及工作原理II. System Configuration and Working Principles2.1系统组成:二氧化碳气体灭火系统应用于全淹没系统和局部淹没系统,按组成方式不同又可分为组合分配系统和单元独立系统。组合分配系统(combined distribution systems)即用一套气体灭火剂储存装置通过管网的选择分配,保护两个或两个以上防护区的灭火系统
14、。如果是用一套灭火剂贮存装置单独保护一个防护区,就称为单元独立系统。2.1 System Configuration: CO2 fire extinguishing systems are applicable to total flooding systems and local flooding systems, and divided into combined distribution systems and unit-independent systems by configuration method. A combined distribution system refers t
15、o a fire extinguishing system using one gas extinguishing agent storage device to protect two or more protection areas in the manner of distribution through pipe network. If one gas extinguishing agent storage device is used for a separate protection area only, it is called unit-independent system.2
16、.2控制方式:2.2 Control Modes:本系统主要有自动、手动、机械应急手动和紧急启动/停止四种控制方式,控制过程参见控制流程图: This system is provided with auto mode, manual mode, mechanically emergency manual mode and emergency start/stop mode. 18、up Fire ExtinguishingDischarge DisplayElectrically Manual ModeProtection Area for Evacuation(1)自动控制方式:灭火控制系统可以配置感烟火灾探测器、感温火灾探测器、火焰探测器或其它种类探测器,控制器本身有“自动”和“手动”控制方式选择功能,当选择成“自动”方式时,控制器处于自动控制状态。(1) Automatic Control Mode: The fire control system can be equipped with smoke fire detectors, heat fire detec
19、tors, flame detectors, or other types of detectors, and the controller itself has “automatic” and “manual” control modes for selection. When in “auto” mode, the controller is in automatic control status.自动控制方式时,当同一个保护区内只有一种探测器检测到火灾迹象时,控制系统发出火警声和光信号,通知有异常情况发生,而不启动灭火装置释放灭火剂。如工作人员确认火灾确实发生,确需启动灭火装置灭火时,可
20、按下“紧急启动按钮”,即可启动灭火装置实施灭火;当有两种探测器同时检测到火灾迹象时,控制系统发出声音信号,通知有火灾发生,有关人员应立即撤离现场,并发出联动指令,关闭风机、防火阀等联动设备,经过030s延时后,控制器发出灭火信号,电动开启氮气驱动装置,驱动气体会打开对应的二氧化碳灭火瓶组实施灭火;如在控制器延时过程中发现并不需要启动灭火装置,此时可按下保护区外的或控制器操作面板上的“紧急停止按扭”,即可终止控制灭火指令的发出。Under the automatic control mode, when only one type of detector detects fire in a pr
21、otection area, the control system will send out fire alarm sound and a light signal notifying unusual circumstance, without initiating the extinguishing agent release device. If the staff confirm a fire does occur which requires the fire extinguishing device, please press the “emergency start button
22、” to start the fire extinguishing device; when there are two types of detectors simultaneously detect signs of fire, the control system will send out a sound signal notifying the fire, and relevant personnel should immediately evacuate from the site and issue an linkage command to turn off fans, fir
23、e dampers and other devices linked, and after a time delay of 0 30s, the controller will send out a fire extinguishing signal, upon which, the motor will start the nitrogen driving device to use the driving gas to open CO2 extinguishing agent bottle group; if, during the time delay, the fire extingu
24、ishing is found not needed, please press the “emergency stop button” outside the protection area or on the controller panel to stop the command.(2)手动控制方式:当选择成“手动”控制方式时,灭火控制器处于手动控制状态。无论那类探测器检测到火情或误报警,控制器只发出火灾声光报警信号,而不启动灭火装置,需经人员观察后确认火灾已发生,方可按下保护区外或控制器操作面板上的“紧急启动按钮”,即可启动灭火装置实施灭火。无论装置处于自动或手动状态,按下任何紧急启动
25、按扭,都可启动灭火装置实施灭火。同时控制器立即进入灭火报警状态。(2) Manual Control Mode: Under the manual control mode, the fire controller will be manual operated. No mater which type of detector detects a fire or makes any false alarm, the controller will send out an acousto-optic fire alarm signal only, rather than starting the
26、 fire extinguishing device, and do not pressure the “emergency start button” outside the protection area or on the controller panel to implement fire extinguishing until the fire is confirmed by the staff. Regardless of the control mode, the fire extinguishing device can be initiated by pressing any
27、 emergency start button, and the controller will enter into the fire alarm status immediately.(3)应急机械启动工作方式:用于控制器失效时,当职守人员确认火灾已经发生,应立即通知现场所有人员撤离现场,并停止一切有可能影响灭火效果的设备,在确定所有人员撤离现场后,方可按以下步骤实施应急机械启动:拔掉氮气驱动装置电磁铁手动柄上的保险销,用力向下拍击手动柄,氮气即可释放,氮气会按事先设置好的路径打开灭火剂储存瓶组是防灭火剂。(3) Emergency Mechanical Mode: This mode i
28、s applied at the controller failure. When the person on duty confirms a fire has occurred, he/she shall immediately notify all personnel on site to evacuate and turn off all equipment that may affect fire extinguishing. After all personnel evacuate from the site, take the following steps to make an
29、emergency mechanical start: Pull the safety pin out from the electromagnet manual handle of the nitrogen driving device, and then firmly slap down the manual handle to release the nitrogen which will open the extinguishing agent storage bottles to release extinguishing agent as preset.三、系统主要部件III. 30、ain System Components系统主要组件有:储气钢瓶、容器阀、单向阀、选择阀、驱动装置、集流管、金属软管、喷嘴、压力反馈装置、控制盘、系统的管路附件、灭火剂输送管路附件和储气瓶支架等。The system mainly contains: steel gas bottles, container valves, check valves, selector valves, header pipes, metal hoses, nozzles, pressure feedback devices, control panels, system pipeline fittings,
31、extinguishing agent pipeline fittings and gas bottle racks.3.1 灭火剂储存钢瓶3.1 Extinguishing Agent Storage Bottles 灭火剂储存钢瓶由高压无缝钢瓶、瓶头阀(含安全阀)、虹吸管、气驱动装置组成。充装介质为CO2充装压力为5.17MPa。Every extinguishing agent bottle is made of a high-pressure seamless bottle, a bottle valve (with safety valve), a siphon tube, and

50、24V,1.5A,电磁铁动作从而开启氮气瓶头阀,驱动气体通过低压软管(即驱动气体管路)打开相应的选择阀和灭火剂瓶头阀,释放灭火剂Purpose: The nitrogen driving device consists of a nitrogen bottle, an electromagnet, a safety valve, an operating handle, a pressure gauge, etc., used to store initiating gas to provide gas pressure for opening the container valve and
51、selector valve. It is filled with nitrogen at a pressure of 46.0MPa. In the case of a fire, the controller will send out an electrical signal of DC24V, 1.5A, upon which, the electromagnet will acts and open the bottle valve. The driving gas will flow through the low-pressure hose to open the appropr
52、iate selector valve and extinguishing agent bottle valve, releasing extinguishing agent.在紧急状态下,由工作人员拔掉氮气驱动装置电磁铁手动柄上的保险销,用力向下拍击手动柄,氮气即可释放,氮气会按事先设置好的路径打开灭火剂储存瓶组释放灭火剂。In the state of emergency, the staff shall pull the safety pin out from the electromagnet manual handle of the nitrogen driving device,

Repair and Maintenance 1、二氧化碳系统是一种高效的灭火装置,自动化程度高,密封性能要求严。为了确保工作的可靠性,应按规定建立完善的系统检查和维护保养制度,制定操作规程。对系统应定期检查并做好记录,检查员签名。1.
