前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T25052—2010《连续热浸镀层钢板和钢带尺寸、外形、重量及允许偏差》,与
GB/T25052—2010文件相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)删除了范围中的注释(2010年版的第1章);
b)增加了术语和定义(见第3章);
c)更改了宽钢带、钢板及纵切钢带的尺寸精度分类,将“高级”改为“较高”(见4.2、表2~
表9,2010年版的3.1、表1~表9);
d)增加了产品形态所对应的尺寸和不平度精度分类(见表1);
e)增加了对宽钢带、钢板及纵切钢带的公称宽度上限的要求(见5.1.2);
f)增加了对钢板的公称长度上下限的要求(见5.1.3);
g)增加了对宽钢带、钢板及纵切钢带推荐的公称尺寸的要求(见5.2);
h)更改了对宽钢带、钢板及纵切钢带的厚度允许偏差的要求(见表2~表5,2010年版的表1~
表4);
i)更改了对最小屈服强度数值小于260MPa、公称厚度数值3.0mm~6.5mm钢板的不平度的要
求(见表9,2010年版的表8和表9);
j)更改了对最小屈服强度数值不小于360MPa钢板的不平度的要求(见表9,2010年版的4.4.3);
k)更改了纵切钢带镰刀弯的要求(见7.2,2010年版的4.5);
l)增加了对钢板镰刀弯的要求(见7.2);
m)增加了对宽钢带及纵切钢带塔形的要求(见7.4);
n)删除了对钢板切斜的要求(见2010年版的4.6);
o)更改了对宽钢带、钢板及纵切钢带尺寸及外形的测量要求(见第8章,2010年版的第6章);
p)更改了镀层公称厚度的计算公式(见9.3,2010年版的5.2.1);
q)增加了镀层密度的要求(见9.4)。

本文件规定了连续热浸镀层钢板和钢带的分类和代号、尺寸、尺寸允许偏差、外形、尺寸及外形的
测量、重量和数值修约。
本文件适用于公称厚度不大于6.5mm的连续热浸镀层宽钢带及其剪切钢板(以下简称
