4、(s) Responsible 人员责任The general safety requirements must be adhered by all employees, visitors, contractors and vendor.全体员工、访客、合约厂商和货主均须遵守此一般安全需知1. No smoking except in designated area.除了指定区域外,不可于工作区域内吸烟2. Smoking is only allowed during tea-break or lunch/ dinner time.请于休息时间或午晚餐时间吸烟3. No littering a

5、nd loitering around restricted area.请勿于工作区域乱丢垃圾及闲荡4. Do not eat at work place except at canteen or luncheon room.请在茶水间或用餐区用餐5. No packet drink outside canteen or at luncheon room, building compound and work place.勿在茶水间、用餐区外及工作区域内喝罐装饮料6. No alcohol and drugs at work place.上班不可饮酒7. any person present

6、in or passing through an area shall observe the rules of that area.任何于工作区域的人皆应遵守该区域的法规8. Running and horseplay are prohibited.不可于工作时间嘻笑怒骂和跑闹。9. Hold handrail on stairways.跑行楼梯时,请手扶栏杆Page 1 of 3310. To provide an environment in which employees work safely and to prevent any damages to property. 为提供员工一个安全的工作环境及避免任何财产受损。2. Protect the en

It shall be the duty of the employer to ensure; so far as is practicable, the safety, health and welfare at work of all his/ her employees. 确保员工在作业上的安全卫生及工作 福利是雇主的责任。2

To cooperate with his employer or any other person in the discharge of any duty or requirement imposed on the employer or that person by this Act or any regulation made thereunder.与雇主或负责在法律上具有履行义务之负责或负责该相关法律的人合作。3. To wear or use at all times any protective equipment or clothing provided by the em

10、ployer for the purpose of preventing risks to his safety & health instituted by or under his Act or any regulation made thereunder. 任何时侯皆穿着雇主提供之保护设备或 服装以避免任何违返法令之危害发生。4. To comply with any instruction or measure on occupational safety and health instituted by or under this Act or any regulation

Environmental, Health & Safety Officer is responsible环璄,健康及安全管理员应负责5.1 To conduct safety induction to all new employees when report to work.安全简介给 所有新进员工5.2 To conduct safety awareness to all employees at least once a year.一年一次实施安 全需知课程给所有员工5.3 To review in

12、 house rules every year.一年一次检视仓库安全守则Procedure 流程1 Electricity Safety 电器安全1.1 Proper plug top and connection.适当的插入和连接1.2 No damages cable and extension cord or twin cable. 电源线及延长线不可有损坏1.3 Only authorized persons shall make repairs to or work on electrical apparatus.只有授权的人可以维修或操作电子仪器1.4 Keep equipment

13、 and hands dry when working with or near electrical apparatus.当工作时及靠近电子设备时,保持设备和手的干燥1.5 All equipment that has exposed metal parts and operates at a voltage that presents a shock hazards must be securely grounded before use.所有设备金属 及操作电压等具高危险物品时必须妥善确保安全。1.6 All electrical wire must be considered live

14、 until proven that they are not.所有 电源金属线必须有用除非它们不能使用。1.7 Overloading of electrical circuits is not allowed.电源不得超载1.8 Do not bypass safety device provided. 不可跨越安全设备装置1.9 Electrical panel must not be blocked at all time.电路板不可上锁1.10 Extension cords can only be used temporary and must not be used for pe

15、rmanent wiring.延长线只能暂时使用不可长期使用1.11 Keep electrical cords out of passageway or where they can be damaged.电源 线应远离人行道或其他具危险的地区1.12 Electrical machinery that is deactivated for maintenance purpose shall be tagged and locked.电子机械在维修时应妥善的标示及上锁。1.13 Appropriate instrument and tools shall be available for e

16、lectrical work and are properly maintained and tested. 当实施电工时有适当工具与设备,并该设备有 委善的维护与经测试1.14 Use proper plug and socket connection.使用适当插头及插座1.15 Before working on electrical circuits ensures that the power is off and properly locked and tagged.当维修或处理电子回路时,请确保电源是关的并有上锁 和标示”施工中”1.16 Cut off the power sup

17、ply and calls for help immediately in the event of electrical shock.停电时,请立即切断电源并打电话寻求协助。2 Fire Prevention 火灾预防2.1 Do not obstruct staircase and free access. Ensure these areas are free from obstruction. 不可有物品阻碍出入口及楼梯,请确保这些地方是净空的。2.2 Do not place goods or object to obstruct the fire fighting equipmen

Always keep a clear access to the fire fighting equipment.不要于货物及任何物品阻碍灭 火器材。请保持灭火器材周围净空。3 PME(Power Mobile Equipment-电力移动式设备)3.1 Only authorized or licensed personnel are allowed to operate power mobile equipment.唯有授权者或具有执照者允许操作电力移动操作仪器3.2 Supervisors must check all PME at the beginning of the sh

19、ift.在使用电力移动式 机械前, 主管必须检查所有设备3.3 Do not operate PME without checking it ahead. Conduct routine check on the PME.在未检查电力设备前,请勿操作。并为这些电力设备实施例行检查。3.4 PME must be parked properly in the designated area when not in use. 当不使 用电力移动式设备时,必须于指定区域停放妥当3.5 Do not speed or drive without consideration for others. Al

20、ways drive at a safe speed.不可超速,或心不在焉的驾车,随时保持安全行车速度。3.6 Do not drive forward if the load in front obstructs your view.当前方有货物挡在 你视线范围时,不可以往前开。3.7 Do not speed when you arrive at a corner, exit or near any person. Give warning horn and slow down your machine.当行经转弯、出口或有人靠近时,不 可加速,必须呜按喇只及放慢你的行驶速度3.8 Do

21、not allow anyone to pillion ride on your forklift, stacker or PME. .Stern disciplinary action will be taken against this violation that may tantamount to termination of service.不允许任何人骑坐在你的堆高机、升降机或任何电力移动机 器。所有违反规章者将终止契约以示严惩。3.9 Drive carefully and do not allow anyone to walk underneath the forks when

22、 operating fork-lift or stacker. Always keep the fork low at height.当堆高机或升 降机操作时,请小心驾驶并不允许任何人在其底下经过。在高处作业时,随时保持叉座的 水平。3.10 Always maintain clear and free operations area for better machine movement.随时保持清洁和操作区域净空以便让车辆移动。3.11 Shut down the power, apply break and remove the key to inactive PME. Do not

23、leave PME unattended.关闭电源,手拉手煞车及将钥匙取走,不可在没人在电力 移动式设备时离开4 Housekeeping 清洁4.1 Do not keep unwanted items in your working areas. Dispose all unwanted items regularly in a proper waste container.不需要的东西不要放工作区域,定期 丢弃所有不要的物品于垃圾筒内。4.2 Do not place things haphazardly in the operations area. Always maintain g

24、ood housekeeping by removing obstacles that are in the ways of blocking operations.不要把物品杂乱地放在操作区内,随时清扫工作区域的垃圾以维护良好的工 作环境4.3 Do not throw food wrappers, containers or plastic bags in an irresponsible manner. Dispose these food wrappers, containers or plastic into proper rubbish bins. Food, drinks &am

25、p; handphones are not allowed into the warehouse except those being authorized.不要任意丢弃纸屑、塑料袋。将这些垃圾丢弃在垃圾 桶内,未经授权,不得在仓库食用食物、饮料及手机。4.4 Do not throw working tools in the operations area. Return them after use.不 可任意摆放工作器材,应将归回原位。4.5 Do not keep your personal items in an unsafe place. Always store your per

26、sonal items in your goods near wall opening or blind corner without displaying proper caution signs or notices.不要将个人物品放在不安全之处,随时 将个人物品放在靠近自己附近的墙边或可放心的角落边。4.6 Good housekeeping practices shall be maintained at all time (5S).时时维护环 境清洁4.7 Canteen 茶水间使用完后a. Clean up your area (table) after your meal/ te

27、a break. 用餐后请清理桌面b. Push in chair after use. 将椅子归回原位c. Dispose of unwanted items into dust bins provided.将不要的物品放至垃圾箱内d. Close doors after access to canteen.使用后关闭茶水间e. Do not switch ON or OFF air-condition不要自行关闭或开启冷气5 Material Storage 货物存放5.1 Seek approval from DESC person-in-charge before performing

28、 material storage.在操作储物前请获得DESC内负责的人核准。5.2 Do not place unnecessary items other than materials on lifter platform at loading bay.在起货和卸货时,除了货品,不要摆放不必要的物品。5.3 No sharp object protruding and blocking emergency exit, doorway/ staircase area, switch panel or emergency equipment.不可在逃生出口,门的走道、楼梯出 入口、电源开关处、

29、紧急设备前摆放任何阻碍物及尖锐的物品。6 Lifting Materials 提货时6.1 Examine the load and surrounding area.检查卸货区及周遭区域。6.2 Do not lift material exceeding 25kg alone (use lifting equipment).不可提举超过25公司的货物。6.3 Bend knees when lifting a load. 当卸货时要弯膝6.4 Look forward to keep back straight. 往前看并保持背挺直6.5 Position the load close t

30、o the body. 卸货时货靠近身体靠近的姿势6.6 Maintain a firm grip on the load. 紧扶货物6.7 Use smooth, controlled movements. 使用顺畅可控制的移动方式。6.8 Keep arms in front of body.保持手臂在身体前方。6.9 Turn feet in direction of movement and do not twist.转弯时,脚往前进的方向, 不要扭伤。Refer SOP for Manual Material Handling.参考提举货物操作流程。7 Material Storag

31、e 物料贮存7.1 Store materials at designated location. 贮存货物于指定区域。7.2 Do not use damage or broken pallets.不要使用毁损或破损的栈板。7.3 Do not place materials out of pallet.物品放置一定要在栈板底下。7.4 Ensure no sharp object protruding out from materials or pallet.确认没有尖物突 出于物料或栈板7.5 Materials/ boxes should be stack-up properly an

32、d firm.物料/箱子应适当的堆栈 和放稳7.6 Do not store unwrap materials/ boxes on racks. 不要将未捆好的物料/及箱子放置 在料架上。7.7 Do not remove materials/ boxes in between after stack-up on racks.不要移动 料架/箱子在堆栈时或堆栈后。7.8 Do not block emergency exit, emergency equipment, staircase, electrical panel, switch room and driveway area.不要挡住

33、逃生出口、楼梯、变电箱、电源 室及通道。7.9 When storing empty pallets, do not store more than 12 pallets high. 当储存 空栈板时,储存高度不可高于12个栈板高。7.10 Do not place unnecessary items others than materials on dock levels.除了物 料,料架上不放置不需要的物品。7.11 Do not overload racks and dock levels.料架及码头柙板不可超载。7.12 Pallets with cartons must be shr

34、ink-wrapped when place on the racking system from tier 3 and above.当物料放置于料架系统3层高以上时,栈板上的纸 箱一定要用胶膜捆好。8 Vehicle Safety 车辆安全8.1 Exercise extra caution while driving; Drive with care, good judgement and responsibility. 行驶时须额外谨慎,小心驾驶,正确的判断和守责任。8.2 Do not speed (speed limit 10 km/h).不可超速(时速限制每小时10公里)8.3 P

35、ark at allocated car park, and do not park at handicapped parking lot or blocking fire-fighting equipment. 车辆使用完毕,应停于停车区域,请勿停在残障停 车位或阻碍消防设施。8.4 Reckless and dangerous driving is prohibited.不允许粗心及危险的驾车8.5 Watch out for pedestrian and give way to pedestrian (stop) at pedestrian crossing.注意行人,当行人经过使,让行

36、人优先行走。9 Waste Generated 废弃物收集9.1 Do not dispose use oil or chemical to drain or ground. 不要将油料或化学药剂倒 至水管或地面上。9.2 Dispose according to prepare requirement/ methods.依规定办法依序处理废弃物9.3 If temporary storage is required, it should be stored at proper location with DESC approval only. 若有需要临时储柜,经过主管请示核准后放在妥善的位

37、置。9.4 Collect the waste generated, contact with customer and get the approval from customer for next disposal procedure. 废弃物收集固定时间后,通知客户并得 到允许以利下一废弃物标准流程进行作业。10 Work At Height 高处作业10.1 Use proper scaffolding; ladder or lifter equipment should be in good condition.使用良好的脚架,楼梯辅助设备10.2 Use safety belt &

46、accessing the VNA aisle except for driving VNA.当行经堆高机走道时,请戴安全帽1.12 Wear safety boots when entering the warehouse.进入仓库请穿安全鞋1.13 Do not walk along the VNA aisle if there is any PME moving along the same aisle.若有任何机器设备在走道上行走时,禁止行人走该走道2 Attire 服装2.1 Proper attire - no short pants, slippers and bare bodi

47、es. Long pant, cover shoes, safety shoes, T-shirt shall be required and tuck in. 请勿穿短裤, 拖鞋和打赤膞。请长裤、包鞋、安全鞋、衬衫并塞入2.2 Do not wear slipper or improper footwear in operations area. All operations staff must wear safety boots provided by company.不要在操作区域 穿拖鞋或不合适的鞋在。所有仓储员工应穿着公司提供的安全鞋2.3 Tuck in T-shirt when

48、 operating Power Driven Conveyor.操作自动传输带 时,T恤要塞入裤子内。2.4 Display your identification card in a proper manner. Always obey and comply with the premise rules and regulations. 不违返任何法则及说明,时时遵守工作规则和规定。3 Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) 个人防护设备3.1 Use proper PPE for the job requ

50、irement.使用适当的个人防护设备3.2 Safety shoes for foot protection. 穿着安全鞋以保护脚的安全3.3 Ear plug/ ear muff for high noise protection. 在高噪音工作区,载耳机以保护耳朵3.4 Safety helmet for protevction of falling objects.载安全帽以避免任何物体掉落4 Personal Protective Equipment 保护设备4.1 Safety shoes for foot protection. 安全鞋以保护鞋4.2 Earplug for ea

51、r protection from high noise. 当在吵杂环境时,耳塞以保护耳朵4.3 Safety helmet for head protection from falling objects. 安全帽以保护头部4.4 Use proper personal protective equipment base on job requirement. 应依工作 需求, 使用适当个人防护设备Visitor Safety Requirement 访客安全须知Objective 目的To prevent or minimise accident by taking appropriate

The host/ coordinator is responsible for the safety of visitor(s).公司须对访客担负安全的责任2. The host/ coordinator must brief the visitor(s) on DESC visito

53、rs safety requirement and other relevant safety procedures related to the job safety. 公司必须简介DESC访客安全须知并告知其他相关作业安全规范。3. Visitor(s) are required to adhere to DESC safety requirements.访客必须遵守DESC安全 规范4. Visitor committed two safety violations will be barred from entering DESC premises or escorted out of

54、 the premises immediately. 访客若违反安全规章二次,将被立即请出 DESC公司或仓库。Note: Safety violations committed twice will be regarded as a major safety violation.注意:二次安全条例违反是违反主要的安全行为Procedure 程序1. Attire 仪容Proper attire - no short pants, slippers and bare bodies. Long pant, cover shoes, safety shoes, T-shirt shall be r

55、equired and tuck in. 适当的仪容:不穿短裤、拖鞋和打赤膊。长裤、包鞋、安全鞋、T-恤衬衫并塞入裤头方是标准服 装。2. Housekeeping环境清洁2.1. iscard all unwanted items at a proper location. 将废弃物放置在妥当的地方。 housekeeping practices shall be maintained at all time (5S). 维持环境清洁 茶水间a. Do not switch ON or OFF air-condition. 不要随意开或关闭冷气Inspection Rule for Staff leave warehouse 员工离仓检查规定目的: 为确保客户资产遗失及货物安全的工作环境。Objective: To ensure a working place in which Cargoes safely and to prevent any lost to property.对象: 该流程适用于所有离开英运物流公司所属仓库(央仓)之人员与车辆(政府机关人员除外)。Scope: This procedure covers overall DESC employee, besides, any personnel and vehicles exit from DESC warehouse (government personnel excluded).流程 Procedure-于正常上班时段离开之人员与车辆
