1、 鄂尔多斯盆地镇泾油田HH73P18井钻井工程设计中国石油化工股份有限公司华北分公司二零一一年十一月鄂尔多斯盆地镇泾油田HH73P18井钻井工程设计设计单位:华北分公司工程技术研究院设计人: 初审人: 审 批 单 位:华北分公司审核人:审批人:中国石油化工股份有限公司华北分公司二零一一年十一月设 计 审 批 意 见原则上同意该单井设计。同时提出以下意见和要求,请一并执行。1. 本井施工斜导眼,导眼回填要求侧钻点以下有效水泥塞不低于50米。本井回填部分井段可用215.9mm井眼及常规钻具组合加快作业进度,同时对回填部分斜导眼的轨迹符合率不做严格要求。2. 导眼回填注水泥浆井段:侧钻点以下150米

2、,侧钻点以上100米。水泥候凝时间不得小于24小时,保证承压,保证侧钻成功。3. 本井上部井段存在井漏情况,施工单位提前参考邻井资料,做好堵漏措施,准备好堵漏材料及时予以堵漏,堵漏结束做承压试验。堵漏要做到早发现早处理,不留后患;4. 钻井定向作业和井眼轨迹控制由定向技术服务方负责,钻井队要搞好配合。实钻过程中,钻具组合、钻井参数及钻头类型可根据实际情况进行调整,确保井身质量和井眼轨迹符合设计要求。5. 钻井队要保证“三级”净化设备工况良好,以确保钻井液固相含量得到有效控制。正常钻进期间,要密切注视振动筛岩屑返出情况。6. 固井要求:本井技术套管兼用油层套管,固井前出现漏失要求堵漏成功并承压合

3、格后再进行固井作业,保证固井质量。设计要求全封固,替浆时控制好排量,防止因激动压力过大造成井漏;在固井施工前调整好井内泥浆性能,同时必须对水泥浆性能进行现场校核试验,确保水泥浆性能达到设计要求;7. 现场监督加强对施工质量的控制和日报、井史等资料的日常检查,发现问题及时提出整改,确保资料完整、准确、详尽。钻井队完井后一周内上交电子文档;8. 技术套管下深执行工程设计要求;三开注意清除水泥环,保证施工顺利。9. 本井安装套管头,钻井队做好送井材料计划及井口安装、试压工作;二开前井口设备试压执行设计要求,用固井车上井试压;三开前套管、井口、节流压井管汇整体试压15MPa,15分钟压降小于0.5MP

7、。HH97井钻至980米时井口返出大量白色颗粒,泥浆比重上涨,泥HH36P37浆性能变化厉害,完钻电测显示盐层位置在980-1050米。本井钻进中,准备好相关钻井液材料,防止井内漏失,防止钻遇盐膏层给泥浆造成影响。2.地质概况2.1 钻井性质:评价井(水平井)2.2 井口位置2.2.1 地理位置:甘肃省镇原县中原乡中原村丘渠组,HH73P18井井口位于红河73井井口32°855方向5232.0m处。2.2.2 构造位置:鄂尔多斯盆地天环坳陷南端。2.3 坐标:井口及A靶点、B靶点坐标,见表1。表1 HH73P18井口、A靶点和B靶点坐标XY井口: 3934440.33 3641625

9、完钻原则导眼钻穿长91目的层砂岩(垂深:2496.542499.04m),留足45m口袋完钻(斜深);水平段钻达设计B靶点,目的层水平段长1000m。2.9 完井方式裸眼完井(预置管柱)2.10 地层压力与温度预测根据镇泾油田邻井红河105井DST资料,压力系数取0.91,预测本井钻遇长813目的层地层压力为21.66MPa,预测本井为常压井。2.11 井控及硫化氢风险提示根据周围井资料,本井压力系数取0.9,介于0.9至1.07之间,地层压力系数分级为常压井,但在钻井过程中要注意防范井底压力突然大幅增加所带来的风险。镇泾油田HH37P3井在实钻过程中,延长组长8油层有H2S产出,含量为30m

10、g/m3(20PPm)150mg/m3(100PPm)之间,井控风险分类为危害井,因此在钻至延长组后施工单位实时监测H2S,发现有H2S溢出,立即启动防H2S应急预案。本井为评价井,通过分析邻井、邻区数据,及本区内有钻井的情况,预测本井、本层属于流体常压、中-高风险、危害井。2.12 地理及环境资料(1)气象资料该地区气温年较差和日较差较大,最高温度可达37.2,最低温度可降到-20.8,年平均气温712,年平均降水量为4001000mm,且大都集中于79月份。春夏多吹东南风,秋冬多吹西北风,风力一般为二至三级,最大七至八级。(2)地形地物区内人口众多,为农业大县。属黄土塬复杂地形,海拔105

14、22491.5439.4-1049.80长9长912526.5435.0-1084.80浅灰色粉、细砂岩与深灰、灰黑色泥岩互层。长922544.0417.5(未穿)-1102.30注:表中垂深、A靶点、B靶点均从地面起算,且均采用井口海拔1441.74m(为实测数据)3.钻井主要设备ZJ-50钻机及相应的配套设备。4.井身结构设计根据本井钻井地质设计及井身结构设计方法(SY/T5431-2008)进行本井井身结构和套管程序设计。一开采用374.7mm钻头钻至361m,下273mm套管封固第四系黄土层,其下深还要考虑到后期测井需要。表层套管推荐采用常规固井工艺,要求水泥浆返至地面,保证固井质量。

15、二开采用241.3mm钻头钻至A点,下177.8mm技术套管固井,为三开水平段安全施工提供有利条件,降低水平段施工风险。固井按生产套管固井实施,采用一次注水泥双凝水泥浆体系全井封固固井工艺,尾浆返至油层顶界以上200.0m,低密度水泥浆返至井口。三开水平段采用152.4mm钻头钻至设计B靶点,裸眼完井。井身结构与套管程序设计见表3和图1。表3井身结构和套管程序设计表 开数井眼尺寸×井深套管尺寸×下深水泥返高一开374.7mm × 361m 273mm ×360m地面二开导眼241.3mm ×2727.55m水泥回填至井深2470.08m(有效水
