37、view this specification establishes the requirements of a mobile, land based, trailer mounted, self contained, diesel powered, electric power plant that supplies electrical power to aircraft during ground maintenance operations. the unit shall be capable of providing multiple outputs of 115 vac, thr

38、ee phase, 400 hz; 28 vdc; and 270 vdc. 2 2.0 applicable documents 2.1 general if a conflict exists between this specification and any other document specified herein, this specification takes precedence. in those instances within this specification, where commercial and military specifications and s

58、shall perform a self-test when startup is initiated. once the diagnostic system determines the unit is functioning properly, the unit will then be permitted to complete the start-up cycle. the order in which parameters are checked shall be such that false fault indications are avoided. faults detect

59、ed during the start-up self-test shall cause the activation of a prominent fault indicator and a fault record to be created and stored in memory. pressing the start-reset switch will cause the self-test to be repeated. the unit will not be permitted to start without a successful self-test. 3.2.1.1.2
