1、河南省大学毕业生现实思考与对策研究12020 年 4 月 19 日河南省大学毕业生的现实思考及研究对策摘 要自高校扩招以来,高校本科、专科生逐年增加,河南省毕业人数也逐年递增,从近几年能够看出, 毕业人数 29 万, 33 万, 36.8 万,增幅达到 60,随着高校毕业生就业制度改革和就业形式的变化,就业难问题日益突出。一方面中国是一个人才穷国,而另一方面现有的毕业生就业难,如何解决这个矛盾是全社会共同关心的话题。本论文对国内外高校毕业生就业模式、就业政策进行了评价,介绍了萨伊的就业自动均衡论、凯恩斯的就业理论、菲利普斯的就业理论等西方的就业理论、同时引入了与大学毕业生就业相关的工作搜寻理论

2、和公平理论。在研究过程中首次运用 SWOT 理论对河南省高校毕业生就业情况进行了分析,经过分析发现影响大学生就业的一些因素。最后,经过对我省毕业生就业形势、就业方向、河南省用人单位用人情况、大学生择业观念等内外因素进行的调查分析,提出了解决大学毕业生就业问题的基本思路及对策: (1)发展经济是提高毕业生就业率的根本途径; (2)政府上全方位得调整; (3) 改变教育方式,培养与社会相适应的人才;( 4)加强就业指导,改变就业观念。在课题研究中例举了河南省近几年的毕业生情况,内容涉及文档仅供参考,不当之处,请联系改正。用人情况、专业需求、学历层次、录用途径等几个方面,获取资料,调研结果显示:当前
