2、ding S-600 water and steam sampling devices.本手册适用于 S-600 水汽取样装置在现场的日常维护。This manual is suitable for maintenance of S-600 water and steam sampling devices.2 装置的维护2 Maintenance of devices2.1 若出现某路样水温度偏高2.1 I f the temperature of one sampling water on high side2.1.1 检查排污门是否关严或是否泄漏。2.1.1 Check the blow-

3、off doors whether closed strictly or leak.2.1.2 检查恒压装置安全阀是否打开。2.1.2 Check the safety valves of constant pressure device whether open or not.2.1.3 检查冷却水是否中断,盘管是否结垢。2.1.3 Check the cooling water whether cut off or not, and whether there is impurity in coil.2.1.4 检查盘管是否泄漏。2.1.4 Check the coil whether l

4、eak or not.2.2 若出现某路高压排污管温度较高,此时检查人员可用手轻握该路样水的 排污管,并将其与其它样水的排污管温度相比较,若温度异常可断定排污阀未关严或排污阀已经损坏,维护方法参照高压阀的维护方法进行维护。2.2 If the temperature of one high blow-off pipe is higher than others, the inspector could hold this pipe and compare with others on temperature, and by experience he could judge the blow-

5、off is unclosed fully or bad. Then the maintenance way could regard the ways of high pressure valves.2.3 装置维护时注意事项:2.3 Matters needing attention on maintenance:2.3.1 高压阀维护时,必须关闭样水进口阀门。2.3.1 The water sampling inner valves should be closed when maintain the high pressure valves.2.3.2 冷却器维护以及更换冷却器盘管时,

6、关闭样水门,关闭冷却水进出球 阀。2.3.2 Close the water sampling doors and in-and out cooling water ball valves when maintain and change the cooling coil.2.3.3 清洗恒压装置、保护装置时关闭样水进口阀门。2.3.3 Close the sampling water inner valves while wash the constant pressure devices and protecting devices.2.3.4 更换水样过滤器滤芯时,关闭仪表样水进口节流阀

7、。2.3.4 Close the inner throttle of water sampling meter as change the filter element.3 主要零部件的维护3 Maintenance of main parts3.1 高压阀( 316NB-GM )3.1 High pressure valve s( 316NB-GM ) 运行人员按照操作指南对高压阀进行正确操作,可确保高压阀可靠运行, 高压阀维护主要维护事项如下:Be sure on safety running under operating as manual, and the main maintena

8、nce factors as follows:3.1.1 高压阀出现内漏3.1.1 Inner leak of high pressure valve 关闭样水总门,待阀门温度下降至室温后,松开阀根处的压紧螺母,取 下阀杆组件及密封体,观察阀杆顶端的硬质合金球和密封体,如硬质合金球 出现汽蚀,此时向下按住合金球并转动改变密封面即可。如密封体出现损伤, 则更换新的密封体即可。Switch off the main valve, when the temperature of the valve goes down to the room temperature, release the pres

9、sed nut at the root of the valve, take off the spindle components and sealed body, observe the hard alloying pellet and sealed body on the top of spindle, if the hard alloying pellet come to cavitations , press down the pellet and turn to change the sealed surface. If the sealed body was broken, the

10、n change for a new one.3.1.2 高压阀出现外漏3.1.2 Outer leak of high pressure valve 阀芯与阀体的大螺母处出现渗水或汽蚀现象,关闭样水总门,待阀门温 度下降至室温后,退出阀杆,用扳手重新拧紧大螺母,如果上述操作不解决 问题,则松开阀门定位座与阀体之间的大螺母,观察密封面处的损坏情况,如发现损伤请将研磨膏涂在阀体的密封面上,然后放上定位座对配合 面进行适当的研磨,时间在 20 分钟左右,重新装上,即可消除外漏现象。when the week or cavitations appears at the large nuts whic

11、h connects the valve core and valve body, switch of the main valve,after the temperature of the valve cooling down to the room temperature, release the spindle, screw down the large nut by spanner. If the above operation could not solve the problem, then release the large nut between valve position

12、seat and valve body, observe the damage, if any damge is found, paint the abrasive paste on the surface of the valve, then reload the position seat and conduct somerubbing on the matching surface. Wait for 20 minutes, then reload it and the leaking problem would be solved.3.2 筒形冷却器( TZ01A14、 TZ01B)3

13、.2 Tube-shaped cooler ( TZ01A14、TZ01B) 检修人员在发现冷却器的硬密封处出现渗漏时,可松开硬密封利用金相砂 纸对硬密封的密封面进行适当的研磨,主要将积垢磨去,然后装好即可消除 漏点。If find the hard sealing of cooler leaks, the maintainer could loosen the hard sealing and furbish the hard sealing surface with metallographic phase send-paper. After clean those, full insta

14、ll.冷却器的上下法兰之间出现泄漏主要就是上下法兰之间的密封垫圈损坏, 只要对其进行更换即可。If the up-and-down flanges of cooler leak, the problem is because the sealing washer between them, just change other one.3.3 高温高压返冲洗过滤器( TZ34C)3.3 High temperature and pressure recoiling wash filter( TZ34C)高温高压返冲式自清洗过滤器滤芯采用弹簧压紧式装配,耐高温耐汽蚀能 力较高,装配拆卸方便,由于具

15、有返冲功能,实现“免维护” 。The filter element of recoiling self-washing filter of high temperature and pressure adopt a spring compressed style assemble, and it bear high temperature and corrosion, could be easy disassembling and free maintenance.滤芯采用不锈钢材料制造,滤孔呈锥形状,外大内小,最小直径50um由于长时间使用,有可能出现堵塞、结垢现象,一般 15天左右,请进行

16、返冲清 洗一次,即可将堵塞在滤孔中的污垢彻底清洗,大大方便了运行检修人员。The filter is madeout of stainless steel material and being taper style, outer bigger than inner , the minimum diameter is 50um. Because of the long time using, it would blockage and deposit, so it need berecoil cleaning in 15 days and the problem could be solved

17、.3.4 恒压装置( TZ02B)3.4 Constant pressure device(TZ02B)TZ02B 型恒压装置采用弹簧膜片减压原理,样水出口压力波动范围仅为 进口压力波动范围的 1%,从而保证样水压力恒定,使仪表样水流量稳定,当 样水压力大于 0.5Mpa 时,恒压装置自动关闭。TZ02B is used the principle of de stress spring diaphragm so the outer pressure rate of inflation is 1% of inner rate. Under this environment could be s

18、ure constant pressure, and keep the meter sampling water flow steady. As water pressure over 0.5Mpa, the constant pressure devices close automatically.恒压装置的正确使用:Correct using of constant pressure device: 通过调节恒压装置,可将恒压装置出口样水流量控制在 0-2600ml/min 之 间,恒压装置全部旋进,出口流量最大,恒压装置全部旋出,出口流量最小。 当恒压装置工作时间较长,尤其在炉水测点上,

19、恒压装置有可能因部分堵塞, 流量变小,此时可关闭样水一次门、二次门,拆下恒压装置,拆开上阀体, 取出阀芯,细心除去通水孔里的铁屑泥砂,清洗后把恒压装置放平后安装好, 再重新装上,即可消除堵塞现象。The outer sampling water flow rate could under the control of 0-2600ml/min by adjusting the constant pressure device. Out flow rate become biggest one when all devices precess, and become smallest one w

20、hen all devices backout. The constant pressure device would blockage in some parts and small the flow rate because of long time working, especially on measuring point of boiling water. It could be solved by closing first and second door, taking apart the device and upper valve body, getting out the

21、valve core, and get away the impurity of limbers carefully. Then full install them.安全阀的调节:Adjusting of safety valves: 由于样水水质不干净或用户需根据自己要求重新设置安全阀开启压力,此 时可调节恒压装置上的安全阀。Because of the unclear sampling water, customers need to reset the starting pressure of safety valves and adjust the safety valves ofco

22、nstant pressure device.调节方法:Adjusting ways: 首先打开安全阀上螺帽,再用螺丝刀调节安全阀阀体内螺丝,重新设定安 全阀开启压力。First open the screw cap of safety valves, then adjust the screw by screw driver and reset the starting pressure of safety valves. 3.5 保护装置( TZ19D )3.5 Safety devices ( TZ19D )3.5.1 TZ19D呆护装置主要是实施断水保护切断样水,当出现以下中任何异常

23、状态时,保护装置会自动动作对装置部件以及仪表进行保护。3.5.1 The main function of TZ19Dis protecting of sampling water. When comes one of follows situation, the protecting devices would on running:a) 冷却水断水,a) cut-off cooling water,b) 样水超温,b) temperature excursion of sampling water,3.5.2 保护装置日常检修步骤:3.5.2 Steps of protecting dev

24、ices examine:a)首先检查保护装置接线处是否松开,用万用表检查是否有DC24V言号。a) check the wiring of protecting device loose or not first, checkif there is DC24V sign by universal meter.b) 如果电信号方面正常,检修人员可打开保护装置,观察是否机械卡死或密封处有脏物沉积,排除故障后,重新装置即可。b) if there is no abnormal electrical signal, maintainer could openthe protecting device

25、 and observe if there is something wring withthe device or impurity in sealed place. Clear up all errors andreinstall them.3.6 限流阀( TZ31B)3.6 Current-limiting valve( TZ31B)TZ30B限流阀可将手工取样样水流量稳定在500-700 ml/min。由于采用间隙稳压,当样水中污物较多或较大时,易堵塞限流阀,此时检修人员可将 限流阀阀芯拆下,进行适当清洗,即可解决问题。TZ30B current limiting valve mak

26、e the flow rate of manpower sampling water between 500-700 ml/min. It adopts space stabilivolt.It could be easy blockage when there is much impurity. And the maintainer could take part the core of the current limiting valve and clean it then make back of them.3.7 水样过滤器( TZ03D)3.7 Water sampling filt

27、er( TZ03D)TZ03D低压过滤器滤芯采用纯棉绕制而成,最小微孔10um,最大不超过150卩m具有耐酸碱、滤速快,纯度高等特点,可反复清洗。结构上采用侧 进上出方式,更换滤芯时从过滤器下面旋开端盖,卸下滤芯即可,极大方便 了运行及维护人员,当滤芯颜色转为棕黑色被污染时,必须及时卸下滤芯进 行清洗或酸洗。滤芯经多次清洗后,需进行更换,一般要求 3 个月更换一次 滤芯。The core of TZ03D low pressure filer is make from purified cottonminimummicro pore is 10um, and isn over than 150
