13、召下建立起来的。全场地总占地面积323 亩，总投资 2.62 亿元，日处理污水10 万吨，回用水5 万吨。项目分两期建设。一期工程日处理城市污水10 万立方米，中水回用 5 万立方米，二期工程占地 111.97 亩，总服务面积 2096 公顷。二级处理采用以氧化沟为主的生物处理工艺，回用水采用絮凝、高密度沉淀池、 气水反冲洗滤池的回用水处理工艺，二级污水处理量10 万 m3/d ，回用水 5 万 m3/d 。项目总投资 16532.78 万元。运行的第三污水处理厂主要接纳河东西两岸和纺织城地区 2509 公顷范围内的工业废水和生活污水，服务人口 29 万人，它对提高西安市污水处理率、改善东郊地

14、区污水排放标准起到了重要作用。现三污水处理厂一期工程污水处理采用ORBAL氧化沟工艺，污泥采用机械浓缩、离心脱水处理，回用水采用混凝、沉淀、过滤工艺。预计工程建成后将从根本上解决西安市东郊水质污染问题， 改善浐河流域的生态环境，对西安市的城市水域环境改善、促进当地社会和经济的可持续发展起到积极的作用。第三污水处理厂污水排放执行的是城镇污水排放一级 B 标准。回用水经过混凝沉淀和砂滤等工序处理送往电厂作为冷却水使用。存在问题 ：西安市第三污水厂的一期工程建设规模为二级生物处理10 万 m3/d，回用水处理5 万 m3/d。 2008 年以来，随着收水区域排水管网的完善，污水厂进水量迅速增加。尤其

15、是2008 年四月以来，进厂水量每天均维持在1113 万 m3/d 之间，雨季时一般在 1315 万 m3/d之间，并且进厂水质超出原设计进厂水水质最高达23 倍。超出设计流量的污水未经处理直接溢流入浐河， 严重影响了浐河景观水质。加快进行第三污水厂二期扩建工程建设，对浐灞区、纺织城区的发展和提高该地区的污水处理能力、进一步改善该地区的水环境质量是十分重要和必要的，也是非常迫切的。进水水质 ： COD=390 mg/L; BOD=200 mg/L; SS=250 mg/L ;NH3-N=20 mg/L; TP=4 mg/L出水水质：COD=60 mg/L; BOD=20 mg/L; SS=20

39、al and Chinese traditional virtue回用水水质：COD=50 mg/L; BOD=10 mg/L; SS=5 mg/L ;TN=8 mg/L; TP=1.0 mg/L但是据工作认为进水指标远大于设计指标，有时甚至达到两倍以上。3.2、第三污水处理厂工艺流程图3.3 主要处理构筑物工艺设计参数3.3.1 粗格栅粗格栅间 采用的是两组反捞式粗格栅，粗格栅安装于 溢流井 的出口处， 溢流井作用为：为了不是处理工艺超负荷运行而破坏处理最优化状态， 当水量过大， 超过的处理负荷时， 污水就从溢流井的侧面一流出去进入排水管道直接排入河流。 两个反捞式粗格栅都用采用液位差实现自

40、动控制， H=0.02m ，当反捞扒停止时的液面与当前液面为 0.02m 时，反捞扒自动开启将粗渣捞起，送入螺旋输送装置运入渣斗，连续运行 3-5 分钟。粗格栅参数 ：长： 1.5m,宽： 1.0m，栅缝： 20mm，安装倾角：75）。粗格栅前有速闭闸门，目的是为污水处理设备检修。污水从溢流井出口经排水管道流入河道。粗格栅后接四台污水提升泵房 ，每台泵都为2080m3/h,扬程 h=12 15m，功率P=110kw 其中三台定速，一台变速为具有一定的调节缓冲而设。提升泵房的作用是使污水具有一定的势能，以便在以后的工艺能实现重力自流。采用的是两组反捞式粗格栅，两个都ull strictly ru
