1、第二讲：四级透视,恩波英语 2012.04,备考四级记住三句话,1.词汇是基础 2.阅读理解和听力是关键 各占35%，即249分。 3.写作是保证 占15%，即142分。,值得大学生关注的考试证书,1.全国计算机等级考试证书 2.大学英语四六级考试证书 3.大学英语四六级口语考试证书,四级机考简介,四、六级目前的考试方法以每年两次的全国统一考题的纸笔考试为主。这种考试方式的弊处在于组织工作难度大、保密要求高、难以杜绝作弊现象、考试限时限次、不利于实时测试学生的水平和能力。为了解决这一问题，一种新的考试形式四、六级机考诞生了，新的四、六级考试叫做IBT（internet-based test),

2、俗称“我变态”考试。从2008年开始，全国共有50所高校参与了机考。2009年全国将有1000所高校参与四、六级机考试点。四、六级机考以测试听力为主，强调听力是核心和关键，在以听力为纲的前提下，测试说读写译。以听力为基础的考题占了70%。,四级机考简介,考生先听或看三段录音或者视频（一般2段音频和1段视频），内容以访谈和新闻为主。一般选自CNN，VOA，BBC等。1. main idea and important details，占25%，采用选择题型。2 .listening-base integrated listening dictation，占10%, grammar and str

39、1、80%以上的听力问题放在第二个人说话的内容上，注意第二个人的说话内容。 2、短对话、长对话或短文听力选项中有一个词或短语是你原文中听到的，那么答案很可能就是那个选项，有的时候是同义词替换。 3、听力重点要放在真题上。 4、注意If I were you, I would.虚拟语气句式，短对话以及翻译中常考。听力选项一定要选和第一个说话者相反的选项。,四级听力方法（一）,5、当听到第二个说话者说well时，表明第二个说话者对第一个说话者持否定态度，要选一个相反观点的选项。 6、注意单词读音的正确，对听错的听力部分要跟读，这是一种很好的训练方法。 7、当第二个说话者说you bet时表示肯定，

40、当第二个说话者一开始就用问句的语序的时候，往往表示否定，不赞成，或者表示他不清楚说话的内容。 8、请注意hang in和get along with两个短语。 9、复合式听写最后三个空一定要写句子，不能只写孤立的单词，至少可得0.5分。,很实用的听力方法,我们以前预读的时候，一般是横读，从左读到右。现在先竖读，再横读。四级听力的短对话是由两个人读的，一个男的，一个女的。竖读的时候注意主语，如果题目类似如下： (a) He. (b) He. (c) She. (d) He . 那在具体听题目的时候，我们就更应该注意男的说的话。这个方法很有用，因为在考听力的时候，我们很有可能会分心。特别是短对话的

41、题目，只读一遍，如果漏过的话，将直接导致失分。而先竖读一下的话，可以让我们知道听的重点，这样可以把如果分心所造成的损失降到最小。,听不懂如何办,第一招：相关保留原则 当选项中有两项表达意思相近时，那么正确答案必在这两项之中！这时只需稍微听一听对话，即可知答案，如果出现了双重相关，便可直接确认正确选项，只需听完对话加之认证一下即可！ 典型例题： 4. A) Visiting the Browning. B) Writing a postcard. C) Looking for a postcard. D) Filling in a form. 例题分析：B、C两项均含有 a postcard ，

D) The man should buy a computer right away. 例题分析：B、C异项，B项的意思是她现在没有电脑，C项的意思则是她现在有电脑。B、D异项，B是说女方无电脑，而D是说男方无电脑，男女也是一种反意关系。所以根据双重异项原则可确定正确答案为B项！ 本题
