Show the students the picture on Page 59 of Unit 6, ask them to look at the picture and discuss: 1. Where are they? 2.

4、What are they doing?II. Introduce the key themes to the students.III. Ask the students to listen to the tape and match the key words with the pictures in Activity , Warming up on Page 60. Present the key sentences on the slide and explain their meanings.IV. Ask the students to look at the pictures a

5、bout clothing in Activity , and then match the words with the related pictures.Listening& Speaking practice(1)I. Ask the students to try reading aloud the words in the word box on Page 61. Then ask them to read them after the tape. II. Show the picture of a shopping list. Tell the students they are

6、going to listen to a short dialogue about a shopping list. Give them some advice on listening for the key words on the shopping list.III. Play the tape twice and ask the students to practice it after the tape. Present the key words on the shopping list.IV. Present the basic sentences on the blackboa

7、rd: I want to buy a T-shirt and a school bag. Dad needs some shampoo. Lets make a shopping list. V. Ask the students to listen to the dialogue again.
