真空吸尘器翻倒测试 (人体支撑式)修订日期修订单号修订内容摘要页次版次修订审核批准2011/03/30/系统文件新制定2A/0/批准:审核:编制:真空吸尘器翻倒测试 (人体支撑式)1.0 Purpose / 目的To evaluate the safety of the body supported type sample when tipovered with container filled to maximum capacity评估人体支撑式吸湿型样機在吸满水后在翻倒过程中是否符合UL1017安全要求2.0 Definition/概念:None無.3.0 Reference Documents/參考文獻:U.L.1017 CAN/CSA-C22.2 NO.243-01, dated 12-7-2001,CL5.12.6.2,5.12.6.4, 5.12.6.5 & 5.12.6.64.0 Equipment/設備:4.1 Leakage Current Tester. 泄漏电流測試儀.4.2 Leakage test switching box. 泄漏电流测试盒4.3 Frequency Converter. 变频电源4.4 Stop watch. 秒表4.5 Withstanding Voltage Tester耐压测试仪4.6 Test vessel测试容器5.0 General Instructions/說明:5.1 Tests may be conducted at any ambient temperature within a range of 10-40 (50-100). 測試可在1040(50100)之內的環境溫度下進行.5.2 Unless otherwise noted, all tests are to be conducted with appliance connected to a 120VAC, 60Hz power source. 除非另外標注,否則所有样機都将连接在120V/60Hz電源下进行測試.5.3 All equipment used must be calibrated on an annual basis. Calibration stickers with last calibration and calibration due date must be affixed to each instrument. 使用的所有設備都必須以一年為周期進行調校.載有最後調校日期和調校周的調校粘紙必須被粘固在每個儀表上.5.4 In this test, record leakage current according to the method noted in TAREGW1004. 本测试中,按照TAREGW1004所述记录测试前,中,后的泄漏电流.5.5 For this test, the sample and vessel must be isolated from ground. 测试过程中,测试容器要与地绝缘.6.0 Procedure/步驟:6.1 Obtain a representative sample of the appliance to be tested. 準備一台有代表性的樣機用於測試6.2 Obtain Test Results Form TTR1039 and completely fill in the information describing the sample and the equipment used prior to running the test. 用TTR1039測試結果的表格, 在測試運作前完整地填入樣機和使用的設備的情況.6.3 Connect the sample, Leakage Current Tester & Leakage testing switch box together per TAREGW1004. 按照TAREGW1004所述将样機,泄漏电流測試儀,泄漏电流测试盒等连接好电源.6.4 Defeat the float. 使浮子失效6.5 Operate the sample continuously picking up water until the container is filled to maximum capacity. Then de-energized (but not unplugged, with the Leakage test switching box SW1 open) and tip over the sample for 30 seconds. The tipover is to consist of placing the sample to rest on its side(approximately 90 degrees).Then return it to its upright position and energized it for 30 seconds drawing air only. This procedure of filling to capacity, tipping over, and upright is to be repeated for a total of four times, tipping in a different direction each time 运行样機直到吸满水,让SW1处于“OFF”位使样機不通电,把样機翻倒至其一侧(与其直立时呈近90)30秒,再恢复样機至直立位状态通电运行吸空气30秒。将这个吸满水,翻倒,直立吸气步骤共重复四次,每次翻倒位置要不同.6.6 Wipe up the enclosure of the sample carefully and perform dielectric voltage-withstand test on it per the method noted in TAREGW1007. 抺干样機外壳表面水迹,按照TAREGW1007做耐压测试.6.7 Disassemble the sample with great care and check for the evidence of wetting of uninsulated live parts. 小心拆开样機检查内部水迹状况6.8 Repeat6.5-6.7(four tips) except let the sample remain energized with the hose removed form the vessel when tipped and be tipped over for a period of 5 s. 重复6.5-6.7,但是翻倒时通电运行且翻倒时间改为5秒.6.9 As for a backpack-type supported sample, subject it to two additional tipovers. Repeat 6.5-6.7 and 6.8 respectively with only one tipover with the sample tipped 180 degrees. 对于背包式样機,要分别按照6.5-6.7和6.8各做一次翻倒,且翻倒角度改为1806.10 As a result of the test:测试后结果应符合以下要求:a) There is no wetting of any uninsulated live parts or film-coated wire. 未绝缘带电零部件没有明显水迹;b) The maximum leakage current dont exceed 5.0 MIU; 泄漏电流未超过5.0MIUc) There is no indication of a dielectric breakdown. 在耐压测试中未出现击穿现象.7.0 Results/結果:7.1 Use the corresponding Test Results Form TTR1039 to report all numerical results as the information described below. 使用TTR1039測試結果的表格, 除報告所有數字結果外, 還有下列描述的資料.7.2 Clearly and completely describe all parts that are part of this evaluation.
