ReviewBroadcast PPT2,review the key contents in the last lesson.T: Good morning, boys and girls. Nice to meet you!S: Nice to meet you, too!T: Lets play a game before the class.Ask two students to the platform to make dialogues according to the time showed by ppt.(Design thinking: review the key contents last lesson and lead students learn in an active mood.)Step 2. Topic introducingBroadcast PPT3。T: Today Li Ming arrived Canada Jennys house and he wants to live there. How does Jenny do?S: say randomly. Some say bring him to play outside, and some say bring him home firstlyT: Whats this? Point the picture by figures and lead students to discuss.Ask: the house is made of many rooms and the different room has the different function and name. tell the students we will learn Jennys home in this lesson. Step 3. Presentation1. PPT4-PPT15 is the first part of book.T: OK. Lets go to Jennys home.(1) Show the students PPT4,lead them to read several times until they can read skillfully.Ask the question: How many rooms in Jennys house?What can we do in the living room/ kitchen/ bedroom/ bathroom/ study?Point out the word “room” in bathroom, bedroom, classroom, living room.(Design thinking: teach students by answering the questions, which will improve the ability of reading.)(2) Show the students PPT5-15,explain the knowledge points in turn.This part is mainly aiming at expression of different rooms and the usage of sentences “there be”.(Design thinking: explain the knowledge points in turn and divide the whole sentence structure into several parts. Link to example sentences and examples to promote the grasp new knowledge points.)When explaining the knowledge points, the teacher can ask students to stand up to give some examples.Step 4. Lets do it! (PPT16-20)There are two topic in this part.First one: lead students to say out the correct name of room according the pictures showed in ppt. the topic aims at solidifying the expression of various rooms.Second one: lead every students to paint the maps for their own houses according to the practical condition, mark the correct name of every room and use the sentence “there be”to introduce their own home. Step 5. Quiz(PPT21)Broadcast the PPT and ask students to answer the questions. Explain the knowledge points of every answers.(Design thinking: to solidify knowledge points of this lesson.)Step 6.
