杨式大杆精粹Essence of Yang-style Long Cudgel 功力篇 技巧篇 功防解析篇Chapter of Mastery of Ability , Chapter of Technique, Chapter of Attacking and Defending Analysis 大杆子练习功法由杨式太极拳澄甫宗师的入室弟子太极大师崔毅士先生亲授。此功法分功力篇、技巧篇,攻防解析篇。每一篇都各自成文,三篇整和就是杨式大杆功法综述。Yang-style Staff Play is taught personally by Taichi Master Mr. Cui Yishi, a disciple of Chengfu, the great master of Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan. This skill method is divided into Chapter of Mastery of Ability, Chapter of Technique, and Chapter of Attacking and Defending Analysis. And Summary of Yang-style Long Cudgel Skill Method is the integration of the three independent written chapters. 大杆又称大枪,是传统杨式太极拳系中内家功夫的重要训练手段。功力篇祥述了大杆基本功力练习法,以左右弓步为主要主线,技法内容包括:顺杆、抖杆、砸杆、崩杆等动作要素。主要领会主宰於腰,力发于脚的理论实践。习练大杆,体用兼备,可使全身之劲力、精神、气血合为一致。通过练习不仅增强练习者腿步支撑力,还提高了身体的协调性。是提高太极功力的必要手段。“Long Cudgel”, also called “Spear”, is the important method for exercising the inner skills of traditional Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan. The Chapter of Mastery of Ability goes into detail of methods of practice of long cudgel basic skill, taking the left and right bow steps as basis and including several elements of movements such as following the long cudgel, quivering the long cudgel, smashing the long cudgel, and breaking away the long cudgel. It makes the practitioners understand the theory and practice of “controlled by waist and produce power from feet”. Practicing the long cudgel can integrate your energy, spirit, and blood circulation. By exercising the practitioners can not only strengthen the holding power of the feet and legs, but also improve the body coordination. It is the necessary method of improving mastery of ability of Tai Chi. 简化二十四式太极拳Simplified 24-step Taichi Chuan 太极拳是武术百花园中一朵艳丽奇葩,是我国劳动人民在长期的生活和斗争中实践中,创造并发展起来的民族文化遗产之一,它具有较好的健身和医疗价值。Tai Chi Chuan is a beautiful flower in the flowery garden of the world of Chinese Wushu. It is one of the national cultural heritages created and developed during Chinese peoples long-term life and struggle, having value of fitness and medical care. 简化二十四式太极拳是按照由简到繁,由易到难的原则编排而成,易学易懂,易于掌握,深受广大太极拳爱好者的喜爱,如:天安门万人太极、长城及世纪坛万人太极,就是二十四式太极拳,它已成为广大人民群众热爱的一项体育活动。Simplified 24-step Tai Chi Chuan is arranged in accordance with the principle of from simple to complex and from easy to difficult. It is easy to learn and easy to understand and easy to grasp, which has really clicked with the mass Tai Chi Chuan fans. For example, Tiananmen Square Ten-thousand-people Tai Chi Chuan, and the Great Wall and the China Millennium Monument Ten-thousand-people Tai Chi Chuan, belong to the 24-step Tai Chi Chuan, which has become a sport loved by the broad masses of the people. 传统陈式太极拳八十三式(一路)Traditional 83-step Chen-style Tai Chi Chuan (Series I)陈式太极拳创始于明末清初,至今已有300多年的历史,是河南温县陈家沟陈王庭所创编。陈氏家庭世代相传,之后又繁衍成杨、吴、孙、武等风格各异的太极拳,逐渐形成太极拳学说。由于陈式太极拳融养生健身性、技击性和艺术性于一体,所以深受人们的喜爱,在科学昌盛的今天,陈式太极拳更显示了它强大的生命力。Chen-style Tai Chi Chuan originated in Late Ming and Early Qing Dynasty with a history of more than three hundred years and was created by Chen Wangting from the village of Chenjiagou at Wen county of Henan province. It runs in the family, and later is multiplied to different styles of Tai Chi Chuan, such as Yang-style, Wu-style, Sun-style, Wu-style, etc, and gradually is integrated into Tai Chi Chuan Theory. Due to the combination of fitness, attacking and artistic quality of Chen-style Tai Chi Chuan, it is deeply loved by the people, and in today of prosperous science, Chen-style Tai Chi Chuan has fully revealed its powerful vitality. 陈式太极拳十七代传人陈发科在老架的基础上不断创新,不断丰富了陈式太极的内容。黄菊芬老师所演练的就是陈发科晚年所创编的套路。这套拳柔多刚少,以掤、捋、挤、按四正劲的运用为主,以採、挒、肘、靠四隅劲的运用为辅,动作圆活柔顺、舒展大方、刚柔相济,快慢相间。初练时,动作力求徐缓,并着重缠丝劲的运用,要求以身法领导手法,力求“动则分、静则合”的不断变化的效果。要做到立身中正、虚实相间、开中寓合、合中寓开,一动全身无有不动,节节贯穿,相连不断,一气呵成,这正是陈式太极拳的独特之处。只有内、外兼修,方可神形兼备,在内是意气运动,在外是神气的鼓荡运动,即练意,又练气,这种意气运动正是太极拳的精华所在。Chen Fake, the seventeenth generational successor of Chen-style Tai Chi Chuan, continuously brings forth new ideas on the basis of its old forms and enriches its contents. Now the series of skills and tricks demonstrated by Huang Jufen are the ones which created by Chen Fake in his later years in life. This series tampers more mercy than force, focuses on the workings of four “ Zhengjin” , i.e. tearing, stroking, jostling and pressing, which assisted by four “Yujin” of stamping, twisting, elbowing and leaning , with the movements of gentleness and flexibility, smoothness and simplicity, tampering force with mercy, and moving in the same speed. If you are a new learner, movements of laxity is recommended, and with the emphasis of the use of Chan Su Jin, and the body postures leading the hands, which tries to achieve the continuous effect of “When moving, it divides. At rest, it reunites.” Keep your body stable and stand at attention, integrate false and true, separate and close. Once you move, you will move sufficiently for the whole body with continuous movements, which is the uniqueness of Chen-style Tai Chi Chuan. You should improve the inner and extern competence simultaneously, and then you can have both your spirit and physical existence with you. From the inner point of view, you are practicing your will and spirits, and from the extern point of view, you are spiritedly moving, with the combination of will and blood circulation, whereabouts the essence of Tai Chi Chuan resides. 传统陈式太极拳七十一式(二路)Traditional 71-step Chen-style Tai Chi Chuan (Series II) 陈式太极拳分一路(八十三式)和二路(七十一式)两趟架子。陈式太极拳二路又称炮锤”。其中“一路”是以掤、捋、挤、按四正劲为主,用力以缠丝劲为主,发劲为辅;而“二路”以採、挒、肘、靠四隅劲用为主,动作难度大,较复杂,刚多柔少。在套路中有“蹿、蹦、跳、跃、腾、挪、闪、战”的动作,有快、刚、跃的特点。这种特点表面上看和其它拳种似无区别,但本质上是不同的。“二路”的刚劲是内含的“刚劲”,如棉裹铁,动作力求坚刚、迅速,着重弹性的练习,由旋腰转脊,旋腕转膀和旋踝转膝形成一动全动贯穿整体的一系列的螺旋动作,而产生爆发力,刚柔相济,快慢相间。这套拳由于速度快、爆发力强、难度大,所以适合年青人和体力较强的人练习。Chen-style Tai Chi Chuan includes two sets of forms, i.e. series I (83 steps) and series II (71 steps), of which the series II is also called “Paochui”. Series I focuses on four “ Zhengjin” i.e. tearing, stroking, jostling and pressing, with Chan Su Jin as its key force, and the Taichi Fajin as its compliment. And the Series II focuses on four “Yujin” of stamping, twisting, elbowing and leaning, with more difficult and complex movements, more force than mercy. It adopts the movements of “jumping up, jumping, skipping, leaping, rising, shifting, lightening, and fighting” with the characteristics of swiftness, force and jumping. Superficially it seems to be the same with other Tai Chi Chuan forms, it has different characteristics essentially. The Gangjin in the Series II is embedded “Gangjin”, just like the iron covered with cotton, the practitioners try to move powerfully and swiftly and focus on the practice of elasticity. From “turn the waist and the back follows”, “turn the wrist and the shoulder follows” to “turn the ankle and the knee follows”, all of which should be formed a set of movements throughout the whole postures and cause the explosive force integrating force and mercy with the same speed. The characteristics of fast speed, strong explosive power, and difficulty suit the young learners and the people with good physical strength. 要练好“二路”,必须先练好“一路”。在一路拳架练到规范、连续、劲整后,再学“二路”会更容易些,效果也会更好。To practice Series II well, you should first practice series I well. When your movements are up to standard, continuous and Jinzheng for series I, you will feel easy when exercise series II, which will achieve better effect. 四十九式杨式太极拳49-step Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan 四十九式杨式太极拳表演比赛套路,是杨式太极拳第四代嫡传人杨振铎先生,依据其父杨澄甫式太极拳大架,在杨氏传统套路的基础上,为适应表演比赛所创编的。The skills and tricks of 49-step Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan is created by Mr. Yang Zhenduo, the 4th generational successor of Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan based on the structure of the traditional Yang-style skills and tricks, which is created in conformity with performance and contest. 四十九式杨式太极拳,它的风格独特,拳姿飘逸,舒展自如,形象优美,在太极拳论和杨澄甫式太极拳术十要理论的基础上,杨振铎先生继承和发展了杨式太极拳,以其精辟的20字诀,贯穿其中,深刻的展示了太极拳绵绵不断柔中寓钢的内涵。The 49-step Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan is unique in style, elegant in postures, natural in smoothness, and graceful in image. Based on the Tai Chi Chuan Theory and Yang Chengfus Ten Theory, Mr. Yang Zhenduo inherited and developed the Tai Chi Chuan. With the incisively use of 20 Chinese characters through, it reveals the connotation of successive force in mercy. 祁猿通背段门大枪Qiyuan Tongbei Duan-style Spear 通背段门大枪亦称段门旗枪。源于老十二杆,以撢、勾、抽、撤、敲、梆、拧、砸、撑、崩、拐、抹为主劲,行枪带棒。既有演绎枪法的整体套路,又有分路行枪实操的单趟子。Tongbei Duan-style Spear, also called Duan-style Flag Spear, originated from old twelve-form cudgel focusing on different postures of dusting, hooking, drawing out, hitting, rattling, wresting, smashing, supporting, collapsing, turning, and plastering, which can show the advantages of long cudgel and spear. There are the whole skills and tricks of deductive spear movement and the single step of separate-form cudgel practice. 通背段门枪的特点有三:1、枪是辅腰龙,上下左右,枪前枪后都能行。2、中平枪配合枪点与步眼,变换之中最难防。3、抱枪式,远近高低都得见。行枪法,五平三靠式不散,断门进枪心防敌变。Tongbei Duan-style Spear has three characteristics: 1. Takes the spear as the support of waist and move the waist around the spear in all directions. 2. “Zhongping” spear, acted in concert with spears movement and footsteps, is the most difficult posture to be defended during the process of movement variation. 3. Spear-holding style can enable you to face the opponent near and far, high and low. You can exercise in recumbent sandbag and stakes to grasp the different spear movements and strength, which can show the unique style of Tongmen Spear. It is good for you to tone up your body and enhance your masterly ability. 通背门白猿棍Tongbeimen White Ape Cudgel 白猿棍是通背门具有代表性的器械。其采长短兵刃之妙点,扬横扫盖劈之棍威,显白猿招法之独特。棍不离身,随身行,肘臂、腰间、靠后身,忽远忽近,忽长忽短。挽手加力,补手招,式连式,招联招,棍打三盘不断招。步法危撤吊换,腿法踢撩蹬踩,招法远近伸缩,身法闪展腾挪,棍联手足多变换,灵活灵动似白猿。White Ape Cudgel is the representative weapons of Tongbeimen. It adopts the advantages of long and short cold steel, shows the force of cudgel and displays the uniqueness of white ape postures. The cudgel will never leave you and move along with you at your arms, waist, and leaning backward, sudden far or near, sudden long or short. You can add power by chaining your hands, can replenish the hand postures, with form links, and trick with trick, three rounds of cudgel postures will not be repeated.
