硕士论文c a df o r m u i a so f r f i cc o m p o n e n t so nat w o - l a y e rs u b s t r a t ew i t hl o s sb y s y n t h e t i ca s y m p t o t e 摘要 本文通过“合成渐近”法得到有耗衬底射频集成电路中几种基本元器件的c a d 公式。硅基射频集成电路采用硅衬底，其中上层介质( s i o ：) 很薄，下层介质( s i ) 有 耗并接地，本文中硅衬底采用高阻硅。通过“自展”，可以从简单结构的c a d 公式推 出较复杂结构的c a d 公式，如本文中可以从简单的贴片电容公式出发最终推出较复杂 的螺旋电感公式。 采用“合成渐近”法，本文首先推导出两层有耗介质上的微带线单位长度电容的 c a d 公式，从而可以计算出微带线特征阻抗和传播常数；然后用同样的办法得到了两 层有耗介质上的贴片电容c a d 公式，；最后我们得到两层有耗介质上正方形螺旋电感 对地电容和电导公式，从而得到其等效电路及其s 参数。 虽然每个公式中只有少数几个系数，但是本文中所有公式的平均误差都小于2 。 由于这些公式都是推导出来的而不是血线拟合得到的，所以公式的适用范围比较广， 可以覆盖公式中绝大多数参数的变化范围。更重要的是由“合成渐近”法得到的c a d 公式简单，准确，物理意义清晰，这对实际射频集成电路的分析和设计非常有用。 关键词：c a d ，射频集成电路，“合成渐近”法，“自展” 硕士论文c a df o r m u l a so fr f i cc o m p o n e n t s0 1 1at w o -
