11/11全自动调色机系统安装说明书： Automatic Dispenser System Install Manual本全自动油漆调色机由四部分组成：This automatic paint color machine has four parts1. 调色机主体 此部分为调色机配色部分，内部有不锈钢罐体，旋转组件，清洗组件等大部分部件1. Main body of mix color machine. It is a part of distribution color, there are stainless steel can, spinning parts, cleaning parts, etc in its inside.2. 升降台 此部分为放置漆桶的部件，用户可手动提升升降台，确保浆料注入漆桶内2. Lift platform. It is a part of lying paint container. User can elevate sliding shelf manual to make sure colorant is poured into paint bucket.3. 左右辊道 此部分为漆桶配色完成后可在其上滑动，使操作人员节省体力3. Left and right roll conveyor. It is a part of gliding on it after distributing color for paint can, saving physical strength of user.4. 前护罩 此部分放置于升降台及辊道前部，确保外形美观5. Front hood shield. It is a part of lying in front of sliding shelf and roll conveyor to make sure it is a beautiful figure.调色机主体 ma左辊道护罩升降台右辊道升降台安装用U形支耳左辊道安装用凸台前护板右辊道安装用凸台上盖扳后护板后护板拆卸用扣手电源线及电脑连接线穿线口水泵入水软管及排水软管穿口调色机主体：Main body of automatic dispenser 左辊道：Left roll conveyor护罩：Hood shield 升降台：Sliding shelf 右辊道：Right roll conveyor上盖板：Front cover 前护板：Front protection 左辊道安装用凸台：右辊道安装用凸台 升降台安装用U形支耳 后护板后护板拆卸用扣手 电源线及电脑连接线穿线口 水泵入水软管及排水软管穿口安装方式：Installation1. 用扳手将木箱四周螺栓拆下，将四周护板拆下1. Remove all bolts around wood box with spanner, as well as shelf around.2. 将包装箱内除调色机主体所有其他部分拆出拿下2. Remove all matters except colorant dispenser of the packing box.3. 将调色机与木制底托分离后推放到合适位置，升起脚杯上调色螺母，使滚轮稍微脱离地面即可3. Separate the dispenser from wooden floor stand and push it on a suitable place, raise the colorant bolt on support legs until the roller not keep touch from the floor.4. 将升降台部件放在调色机前部，打开调色机后护板，从调色机内部将升降气缸供液管（位于底部安装盘靠前部贴有白色标签的蓝色塑料软管）穿过前护板底部圆孔引出，与气缸后部接头固定。将附件中两颗螺栓取出，安装到升降台U形支耳下部，将升降台前部伸出物对准调色机主体下部升降台U形支耳插入，直到台面接触到调色机前护板，拧动螺栓直到将升降台固定住。调节脚杯使台面水平4. Place sliding shelf in front of the colorant dispenser, open rear shelf rail of the machine, ensure the supply pump on elevated cylinder completely over the hole of the front shelf rail and mounted with rear cylinder. Fit the two bolts, picking from the accessory M8, onto the below part of U-shape of the sliding shelf, insert sliding shelf front extend into the below U-shape of dispenser body until the shelf touch the front shelf rail of colorant dispenser. Screw M8 to fix the sliding shelf, regulate support leg to level countertop. 5. 将左右辊道前部M6蝶形螺母卸下，分清左右辊道架（可参考下图），将后部螺栓对准调色机主体前伸的辊道安装用凸台上的孔，用先前卸下的M6蝶形螺母将两者固定住。调节调节脚杯使辊道水平5. Remove the butterfly nut from the front both on the left/right roller track, make clear which roller shelf is left/right (See the following diagram), make the rear bolt aim at the hole of the roller of the colorant dispenser, fix which with the above removed M6 butterfly bolt. Regulate the support leg to level roller. 右辊道架 right roller shelf6. 将护罩安放到辊道及升降台前部，将脚踏开关放在护罩中部缺口处6. Place hood shield in the front of the roller and front sliding shelf, put the pedal switch into the middle gap of the hood shield.7. 将调色机水泵引水管及升降排水管（捆扎在一起的不锈钢缠绕管和蓝色软管）从后护板开口处引出，插入到井水桶内，将废液管（透明管）从调色机内部引出到废液水桶内7. Insert the water pump pilot tube of dispenser and sliding drain pipe (stainless twist pipe and blue soft pipe are packed) into the drum contained well water via the opening of the rear shelf to ensure the waste water from the inner dispenser via waster water pipe (transparent pipe) into the drum contained waste water. 8. 将调色机电源线及电脑连接线穿过后护板开口连接到电控箱后部电源插座及电控串行插口8. Connect power cable of colorant dispenser and computer wire to power supply socket of electronic control box rear and cluster faucet of electronic controls via the opening of the rear shelf.9. 至此安装工作完成10. Installation is finished.第一次使用前准备工作：Preparation when use for the first time1. 将电源线插入插座，打开电源插座旁的带灯船形开关。将电脑与调色机用电脑连接线连接1. Insert power supply wire into socket, turn on the boat-shaped switch with light beside power supply socket. Connect computer to colorant dispenser with computer connecting wire.2. 将软件安装程序拷入电脑内，选定安装程序，双击此程序，按照提示将操作软件安装到控制电脑中2. Copy the software mounted process into computer, select mounted process , and double-click the process install the operation software into controlling computer according to hints.3. 在程序内用维护功能将需加注色浆的罐转到加注位置，打开塑料透明盖，向内部灌入色浆。请注意第一次向墨罐内加注色浆时，先倒入约色浆，用手扳动形开关到如下状态3. Switch the canister that needs to be filled colorant to the right place with maintenance function in process, open plastic transparent lid into which fill colorant. Please take care that when fill colorant into canister for the first time, please pour about 200 ml colorant at first and pull the L-shape switch with hand like the following diagram. 4. 在此状态下用手提压活塞杆多次，将阀体内部气体尽量排出。而后将墨阀上前部M4不锈钢螺钉拧下，等气体从小孔排尽到色浆流出来后再将螺钉拧上（注意拧螺钉时动作缓慢，防止色浆溢出过多），这样可以保证墨阀内部无气体残存，保证精度。而后将该加注的油墨加注到不锈钢墨罐中，不要沾染到搅拌轴上。注意每做完一个色浆罐的加注都要将活塞压到最底部，同时形开关确保为上图状态。4. In this condition, you should lift and press the plunger handle some times by hand to let the air out from the valve body. And then stainless steel bolt would be got out from the upper-fore side M4 of the valve. After the air get out and colorant effuse from the ventage, you should fasten the screw. (Please pay attention to screwing slowly to avoid color syrup escaped more.) In this way it can make sure that no air remains in the valve interiorly, and guarantee accuracy. The next step is to add colorant into the stainless steel can, and pay attention to not soiling the beater. Remember to press the piston into the bottom of the can after adding colorant, moreover, L sharp switch should be same as above-picture.5. 在电脑中将色浆罐内加注的色浆名称准确的录入到电脑操作软件的系统设置中色浆罐次序设置中。5. Please enter the exact colorant name into system setting of the computer operational software, which arranges the sequence of the can.6. 将水泵引水管端头取下，向内灌满水，灌水时轻轻晃动引水管，使内部气体溢出。确保内部无气泡后将过滤器插入软管后将软管插入到净水桶。同时踩动升降台上升下降脚踏开关待水泵正常运转，此方式可将内部液压管路空气排净，确保升降及清洗动作无误。6. First take off the draw water tube from the filter, and then you need rotate gently the draw water tube to let the air run over when the water is filled into it. After you ensure that the draw water tube has no air bubble inside, inserting it into the filter and the other end should be put into the clean bucket. Meanwhile, step the service brake to let sliding shelf up and down until the pump works well. By this way the air can be completely discharged from the tube to insure the accurate action of ascending, falling and cleaning. 7. 打开操作界面，选择调色机维护下拉菜单内参数设置界面，设定各项参数后点击下传。注意设定切换大小孔参数为，拉起速度不要超过，挤压大孔速度不要超过。7. Open the operation page layout and choose the maintenance menu of colorant dispenser to setup every parameter and click the download. Please pay attention that the switch parameter of big and small pores is 0; the pulling speed is no more than 2500 and the extrusion speed of big pore is no more than 3000.8. 至此调色机可正常配墨了。注意配墨前多将墨罐内液体搅拌均匀。8. Now you can use the colorant dispenser to dispense colorant. But before dispensing, beat the liquid equality in the can.使用注意事项：Matters needing attention:1. 每周检查清洗升降是否灵活，如有卡涩，加注润滑油或润滑脂。2. 除专业操作人员外，注意不要让没经过专业培训的人员打开调色机箱盖触动内部的活塞杆及形开关。否则会导致内部元件损坏。3. 如遇紧急情况按下急停按钮后注意先让调色机归零。1. Every week check the sliding shelf flexible or not. If it doesnt work smoothly, you should add lubricant for it. 2. Except for professional operation personnel, the colorant dispenser cant be open, the plunger handle and L sharp switch cant be touched to avoid damaging interior accessories.3. Press the emergency switch for emergency and after that pay attention to make colorant dispenser are zeroed first.开关功能介绍：The introduction of switch functions本调色机共有三处须人工操作的开关，其位置及功能介绍如下：This colorant dispenser has three operational switches that need to drive by hand. The positions and functions are as follows:机器正面右手处有一红色蘑菇头开关，此为急停开关，为紧急状态下人工按下的开关，按下此开关后，所有动作都会停止。当故障排除后得将此开关逆时针转动一下，解除锁定状态There is a red mushroom cloud switch on the right of the colorant dispenser. This is the emergency switch for emergency, which can let the machine stop by pressing. After the trouble solved, turn the switch anticlockwise and the lock will be unfasten.1. 机器电控箱后部电源插座旁边有一带灯船形开关，此为电源上电开关，当此开关向下按动并且其上的灯亮时，系统才可运行。1.On the rearward of the machine and near by the electrical outlet there is a switch that looks like floating light.
