DS6-60型计算机联锁系统硬件系统构成HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI天津铁道职业技术学院联锁与轨旁信号设备维护DS6-60型计算机联锁系统硬件系统构成DS6-60计算机联锁系统由控显子系统、联锁子系统、输入输出子系统、电务维修子系统和电源子系统五个部分组成。DS6-60型计算机联锁系统结构组成如图DS6-60型计算机联锁系统硬件系统构成TheDS6-60CBIconsistsoffiveparts:thecontrol&displaysubsystem,theinterlockingsubsystem,theI/Osubsystem,theS&Cmaintenancesubsystem,andthepowersubsystem.ThestructureoftheDS6-60CBIisshowninFigureHardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI(一)控显子系统控显子系统是用于站场图形实时显示和车站值班员进行操作的设备。控显子系统由控显主机、显示器、鼠标及音箱组成。控显主机设在机械室,显示器、鼠标及音箱设在运转室控显子系统接口配线图DS6-60型计算机联锁系统硬件系统构成1.Control&DisplaySubsystemThecontroldisplaysubsystemisusedforthereal-timedisplayofstationgraphicsandtheoperationofthestationattendant.Thecontrol&displaysubsystemconsistsofacontrol&displayhost,amonitor,amouse,andaspeaker.Themaincontrolunitislocatedinthemachineryroom,andthemonitor,mouse,andspeakersarelocatedinthetrainoperationoffice.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI(二)联锁子系统联锁机通过光纤与输入子系统连接,接收输入子系统采集的现场信号设备状态;通过光纤与控显机连接,接收控显机下发的控制台操作命令,根据按钮命令进行联锁运算,产生输出命令;通过光纤与输出子系统连接,发送输出命令到输出子系统,由输出子系统驱动继电器动作,实现对道岔和信号机的控制。联锁子系统由联锁I系机笼、联锁II系机笼组成。联锁双系的工作方式为并行主从系统,根据开机顺序,首先投入运行的为主系,后投入的为从系。在运行中,从系与主系保持同步,如果其中一系发生故障,按故障程度不同降级为待机或退出运行,另一系自动升为主系,维持系统控制功能。标准配置联锁逻辑部机笼前视图DS6-60型计算机联锁系统硬件系统构成

2.InterlockingSubsystemTheinterlockingcomputerconnectedtotheinputsubsystemviaopticalfibertoreceivethestatusoftheon-sitesignalequipmentcollectedbytheinputsubsystem.Connectedtothecontrol&displaycomputerviaopticalfiber,itreceivesthecontrolconsoleoperationcommandsfromthecontrol&displaycomputer,performsinterlockingcalculationsaccordingtothebuttoncommands,andgeneratesoutputcommands;connectedtotheoutputsubsystemviaopticalfiber,itsendsoutputcommandstotheoutputsubsystem,whichdrivestherelaystorealizethecontrolofturnoutsandsignal.TheinterlockingsubsystemconsistsofaninterlockingSeriesIcageandaninterlockingSeriesIIcage.Theinterlockingtwinsystemsoperateasaparallelmaster-slavesystem,withthemastersystembeingputintooperationfirstandtheslavesystembeingputintooperationsecondaccordingtothestart-upsequence.Inoperation,theslavesystemissynchronizedwiththemastersystemandifoneofthesystemsfaultsoccurs,itisdegradedtostandbyorwithdrawnfromoperationdependingonthedegreeoffault,andtheothersystemisautomaticallyupgradedtomastertomaintainthesystemcontrolfunction.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI1.联锁逻辑部底板(CIL--N2220)联锁子系统的总线背板,联锁部所有可插拔板控制板,都通过CIL-N2220联锁逻辑部总线底板连接起来。2.联锁逻辑部前插电源板(CIL--F2010)逻辑部机笼内的前插电源板内部设置了24VDC/5VDC转换电路,将系统提供的+24V电源转换成+5V,提供给逻辑部的各个电路插板。3.联锁逻辑部CPU板(CIL--F2230)联锁逻辑部CPU板是一个具有二取二结构的故障—安全处理单元,主要实现联锁运算功能、二取二比较功能、与外围板卡通信功能。联锁逻辑部CPU板包含有两个独立的CPU单元,通过设在两个CPU单元间DPRAM实现两个CPU单元的数据交换和比较。两个CPU单元同时运行联锁程序,利用外部提供的同步时钟源提供的中断,使两个CPU能够保持同步;两者的运算结果通过DPRAM做比较,比较一致时输出数据,完成二取二安全控制功能。4.联锁逻辑部双系通信接口板(CIL--F2241)联锁逻辑部双系通信板完成联锁双系间通信的功能,它将一个系CPU模块通信数据转发给另一系CPU模块。该板采用前、后插板设计,前插板完成VME总线接口及逻辑功能,后插板完成光纤收发驱动电路及光纤连接功能。DS6-60型计算机联锁系统硬件系统构成1.BottomBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--N2220)TheCIL-N2220interlockinglogicsectionbuslinebottomboardisthebuslinebottomboardfortheinterlockingsubsystem.AllpluggableboardsintheinterlockingsectionareconnectedviatheCIL-N2220interlockinglogicsectionbuslinebottomboard.2.FrontPlugPowerStripofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2010)A24VDC/5VDCconvertercircuitisprovidedinsidethefrontplugpowerstripinthelogicsectioncomputercagetoconvertthesystemsupplied+24Vpowerto+5Vforeachcircuitboardinthelogicsection.3.CPUBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2230)TheCPUboardoftheinterlockinglogicsectionisafault-safeprocessingunitwitha2-vote-2structure,whichperformsinterlockingcomputingfunctions,2-vote-2comparisonfunctions,andcommunicationfunctionswithperipheralboards.TheCPUboardoftheinterlockinglogicsectioncontainstwoindependentCPUunitsandtheexchangeandcomparisonofdatabetweenthetwoCPUunitsareachievedbymeansofaDPRAMlocatedbetweenthetwoCPUunits.TwoCPUunitsoperatinginterlockingprogramssimultaneously,usinginterruptsprovidedbyanexternallyprovidedsynchronousclocksourcetoenablethetwoCPUstoremainsynchronized.TheresultsoftwooperationsarecomparedbyDPRAMandthedataisoutputwhenthecomparisonisconsistent,completingthe2-vote-2safetycontrolfunction.4.DualCommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2241)ThedualcommunicationboardofinterlockinglogicsectionperformsthefunctionofcommunicatingbetweentheinterlockingdualsystemsbyforwardingcommunicationdatafromonesystemCPUmoduletotheother.Theboardisdesignedwithbothfrontandbackplugs,withthefrontplugcompletingtheVMEbuslineinterfaceandlogicfunctions,andthebackplugcompletingtheopticalfibertransceiverdrivercircuitandopticalfiberconnectionfunctions.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI5.联锁逻辑部ARCNET通信接口板(CIL--F2242)联锁子系统与MMI子系统通信通过ARCNET通信实现。联锁逻辑部ARCNET通信采用前、后插设计,前插板完成VME总线接口及本板核心逻辑功能,后插板完成光纤收发驱动电路及光纤连接功能。6.联锁逻辑部I/O通信接口板(CIL--F2244)联锁子系统与本地I/O层或远程I/O层通信由逻辑部I/O通信模块实现,I/O通信模块设计为智能模块,完成应用数据包的发送和接收,减轻CPU的工作负担。7.联锁逻辑部以太网通信接口板(CIL--F2246)CIL-F2246联锁逻辑部以太网通信板完成以太网通信的功能,从而实现DS6-60计算机联锁系统与外部设备间的连接。该板采用前、后插板设计,前插板完成VME总线接口及本板核心功能,后插板仅包括网络隔离器件以及以太网外部物理接口。8.联锁逻辑部CAN通信接口板(CIL--F2243)CAN通信板是联锁系统对外的一个接口,使系统能够和其他具有CAN接口的智能设备进行数据交换。该板采用前、后插板设计,前插板完成VME总线接口、数据交换逻辑功能和各种状态指示;后插板作为CAN通信端子板,完成端口电气隔离和收发驱动电路。即前插板完成所有的逻辑功能,后插板仅仅作为收发端子板完成收发接口电路。DS6-60型计算机联锁系统硬件系统构成5.ARCNETCommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2242)TheinterlockingsubsystemcommunicateswiththeMMIsubsystemviaARCNETcommunication.TheARCNETcommunicationoftheinterlockinglogicsectionisdesignedwithafrontandbackplug,thefrontplugcompletestheVMEbuslineinterfaceandthecorelogicfunctionsoftheboard,thebackplugcompletestheopticalfibertransceiverdrivercircuitandtheopticalfiberconnectionfunctions.6.I/OCommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2244)CommunicationbetweentheinterlockingsubsystemandthelocalI/OlayerortheremoteI/OlayerisimplementedbytheI/Ocommunicationmoduleofthelogicsection.TheI/Ocommunicationmoduleisdesignedasanintelligentmodule,whichcompletesthesendingandreceivingofapplicationdatapacketsandreducestheworkloadoftheCPU.7.EthernetCommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2246)TheCIL-F2246InterlockingLogicsectionEthernetcommunicationboardperformsthefunctionofEthernetcommunicationtoconnecttheDS6-60CBItoexternaldevices.Theboardisdesignedasafrontandbackboard,thefrontboardcompletestheVMEbusinterfaceandthecorefunctionsoftheboard,thebackboardonlycontainsthenetworkisolationdevicesandtheexternalphysicalinterfaceforEthernet.8.CANCommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2243)TheCANcommunicationboardistheexternalinterfaceoftheinterlockingsystemandenablesthesystemtoexchangedatawithotherintelligentdevicesthathaveaCANinterface.ThefrontboardprovidestheVMEbuslineinterface,dataexchangelogicfunctionsandvariousstatusindications;thebackboardactsasaCANcommunicationterminalboard,providingelectricalisolationoftheportsandtransceiverdrivercircuitry.Inotherwords,thefrontboardperformsallthelogicfunctionsandthebackboardonlyactsasatransceiverterminalboardforthetransceiverinterfacecircuit.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI9.联锁逻辑部RS422/485通信接口板(CIL--F2245)联锁子系统与外部RS422/485模块间的通信由本RS422/485通信板实现,RS422/485通信模块设计为智能模块,完成数据的发送和接收。该板采用前、后插板设计。前插板是RS422/485通信接口板,完成VME总线接口、本板核心逻辑功能和状态指示灯;后插板RS422/485通信端子板,完成通信收发驱动电路及端子引线功能。(三)输入输出子系统1.输出子系统输出子系统由I系输出机笼、II系输出机笼和输出浪涌防护单元机笼组成。输出机笼由输出底板、I/O部电源板、I/O部CPU板、若干块输出接口板、与输出接口板数量相同的输出端子板组成。其中输出板和输出端子板的数量由站场规模决定,单机笼最多可插入10块输出板。所有模板集中装配到6U高标准机笼内,并通过机笼后端无源底板连接而成,与输出机笼连接的电缆全部由机笼后端的输出端子板引出。DS6-60型计算机联锁系统硬件系统构成9.RS422/485CommunicationInterfaceBoardofInterlockingLogicSection(CIL--F2245)ThecommunicationbetweentheinterlockingsubsystemandtheexternalRS422/485moduleiscarriedoutbytheRS422/485communicationboard,whichisdesignedasanintelligentmoduleforsendingandreceivingdata.Theboardisdesignedwithafrontandbackboard.ThefrontboardistheRS422/485communicationinterfaceboard,whichcompletestheVMEbusinterface,thecorelogicfunctionsoftheboardandthestatusindicators.ThebackpanelRS422/485communicationterminalboardcompletesthecommunicationtransceiverdrivecircuitandterminalleadfunctions.

3.I/OSubsystem1.OutputSubsystemTheoutputsubsystemconsistsofaSeriesIoutputcomputercage,aSeriesIIoutputcomputercageandanoutputsurgeprotectionunitcomputercage.Theoutputcageconsistsofanoutputbottomboard,apowerstripfortheI/Osection,aCPUboardfortheI/Osection,anumberofoutputinterfaceboardsandthesamenumberofoutputterminalboardsastheoutputinterfaceboards.Thenumberofoutputboardsandoutputterminalboardsisdeterminedbythescaleofthestationandamaximumof10outputboardscanbeinsertedintoasinglecomputercage.Alltemplatesareassembledcentrallyina6Uhighstandardcomputercageandconnectedviaapassivebottomboardatthebackofthecomputercage.Thecablestotheoutputcomputercageareallroutedthroughtheoutputterminalblockatthebackofthecomputercage.ThefrontandbackviewsofthecomputercageareshowninFigureHardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI(1)输出机笼配置说明如下:①机笼为标准6U机笼,与19英寸机柜配装,机笼采用总线式结构,各种电路板通过底板总线连接通信,完成信息的采集。②机笼正面左起依次插入I/O部CPU板、10块输出板和I/O部电源板,机笼后面右起依次插入I/O部通信接口板和10块输出端子板。③机笼输出底板接口电源插座、逻辑电源插座,将接口电源和逻辑电源引入输出机笼。图中JX2为接口电源插座,JX3为逻辑电源插座。④输出板将继电器控制命令的5V信号,通过输出电路板的动、静转换,转变为24V信号输出到继电器线圈;每块输出板上有16路输出。电路板的前端设有发光管指示灯,指示每一路电路的工作状态。⑤每一块输出端子板对应其相应位置的输出板。其中:a.T1、T2插座对应01-16路输出;b.当端子板作为I系输出机笼端子板时,T1端子对应输出浪涌防护机笼的浪涌防护板,T2端子对应II系输出机笼端子板的T1端子;c.当端子板作为II系输出机笼端子板时,T1对应I系输出机笼端子板的T2端子,T2端子对应接口架输出信号。DS6-60型计算机联锁系统硬件系统构成(1)Configurationoftheoutputcomputercageisdescribedasfollows:①Thecomputercageisastandard6Ucage,fittedwitha19"cabinet.Thecomputercagehasabustypestructure,withvariouscircuitboardscommunicatingthroughthebottomboardbuslineconnectiontocompletetheinformationcollection.②InserttheI/OCPUboard,the10outputboardsandtheI/Opowerstripinorderfromtheleftatthefrontofthecomputercage,andtheI/Ocommunicationinterfaceboardandthe10outputterminalboardsinorderfromtherightatthebackofthecomputercage.③Thecomputercageoutputbottomboardinterfacepowersocketandlogicpowersocketbringtheinterfacepowerandlogicpowertotheoutputcomputercage.InthediagramJX2istheinterfacepowersocketandJX3isthelogicpowersocket.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI④Theoutputboardtransformsthe5Vsignalfromtherelaycontrolcommandintoa24Vsignaltotherelaycoilthroughthedynamicandstaticconversionoftheoutputboard;thereare16outputsoneachoutputboard.Thefrontofthecircuitboardisequippedwithlight-emittingtubeindicatorstoindicatetheoperatingstatusofeachcircuit.⑤Eachoutputterminalboardcorrespondstotheoutputboardatitscorrespondingposition.Including:a.SocketsT1,T2correspondingtooutputs01-16;b.WhentheterminalboardisusedastheSeriesIoutputcomputercageterminalboard,terminalT1correspondstothesurgeprotectionboardoftheoutputsurgeprotectioncomputercageandterminalT2correspondstoterminalT1oftheSeriesIIoutputcomputercageterminalboard.c.WhentheterminalboardisusedastheSeriesIIoutputcomputercageterminalboard,T1correspondstotheT2terminaloftheSeriesIoutputcomputercageterminalboardandtheT2terminalcorrespondstotheinterfacerackoutputsignal.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI(2)I/O部输出机笼底板I/O部输出机笼底板是为I/O部CPU板、各输出板以及通信板提供总线接口和电源接口。(3)I/O部电源板I/O部机笼内的前插电源板设置了24VDC/5VDC转换电路,将系统统一提供的24V电源转换成+5V,提供给I/O部的各个电路插板。对输出子系统而言,还需提供+5V电源以满足现场逻辑控制需要。(4)I/O部CPUI/O部CPU板实现I/O控制的核心运算,该模块通过VME总线底板实现对本机笼内其它的从设备的访问和控制。其主要功能包括输出板各通道输出信号的控制、各输出板故障实时检测和输出机笼与联锁系的数据通信。(5)I/O部数字量输出接口板I/O部数字量输出接口板是实现继电器的安全驱动。(6)I/O部通信接口板为了方便维护和调试,以及运行时设备状态显示,在CIL-B3444I/O部通信接口板的前面板上设置电源指示灯、信号指示灯。DS6-60型计算机联锁系统硬件系统构成(2)I/OSectionOutputComputerCageBottomBoardTheI/OsectionoutputcomputercagebottomboardprovidesthebuslineinterfaceandpowersupplyinterfacefortheI/OsectionCPUboard,eachoutputboardandthecommunicationboard.(3)I/OSectionPowerstripThefrontpowerstripintheI/Ocomputercageisequippedwitha24VDC/5VDCconvertercircuit,whichconvertsthe24Vpowersuppliedbythesystemto+5VandsuppliesittoeachcircuitboardintheI/Osection.(4)I/OSectionCPUTheCPUboardintheI/OsectioncarriesoutthecoreoperationsforI/OcontrolandthemoduleprovidesaccessandcontrolofotherslavedevicesinthecomputercageviatheVMEbuslinebottomboard.Itsmainfunctionsincludethecontroloftheoutputsignalofeachchanneloftheoutputboard,thereal-timedetectionoffaultsineachoutputboardandthedatacommunicationbetweentheoutputcomputercageandtheinterlockingsystem.(5)DigitalOutputInterfaceBoardofI/OSectionThedigitaloutputinterfaceboardintheI/Osectionisthesafedrivefortherelays.(6)CommunicationInterfaceBoardofI/OSectionInordertofacilitatemaintenanceandadjustment,aswellastodisplaythestatusoftheequipmentduringoperation,powerandsignalindicatorsareprovidedonthefrontboardoftheCIL-B3444I/Osectioncommunicationinterfaceboard.HardwareSystemCompositionofDS6-60CBI2.输入子系统输入子系统由输入I系机笼、输入II系机笼组成,机笼数量由站场规模决定。输入机笼由输入底板、I/O部电源板、I/O部CPU板、若干块输入接口板、与输入接口板数量相同的输入端子板组成。其中输入板和输入端子板的数量由站场规模所决定,单机笼最多可插入10块输入板。所有模板集中装配到6U高标准机笼内,并通过机笼后端无源底板连接而成,与输入机笼连接的电缆全部由机笼后端的输入端子板引出(1)输入机笼配置如下:①机笼为标准6U机笼,与19英寸机柜配装,机笼采用总线式结构,各种电路板通过底板总线连接通信,完成信息的采集。②机笼正面左起依次插入I/O部CPU板、10块输入板和I/O部电源板,机笼后面右起依次插入I/O部通信接口板和10块输入端子板。③机笼输入底板设有接口电源插座、逻辑电源插座,将接口电源和逻辑电源引入输入机笼。图中JX2为接口电源插座,JX3为逻辑电源插座。④本系统设计使用光电隔离输入板。输入板将继电器接点输入的24V信号转变为5V信号输入计算机;每块输入板上有64路输入,电路板的前端设有发光管指示灯,指示每一路电路的工作状态。⑤每一块输入端子板对应其相应位置的输入板DS6-60型计算机联锁系统硬件系统构成2.InputSubsystemTheinputsubsystemcons ThemainfunctionsoftheS&Cmaintenancesubsystemincludethemonitoringofsystemhardwareandsoftwareoperationstatus,aswellasthememory,query,reproductionandprintingofon-siteoperationsandsignalequipmentmovements,providingagoodoperatinginterfaceformaintenancepersonnelandbeinganimportantdeviceforthemaintenanceofthewholesystem.
