UrbanrailwheelsetsetStructuralcognitionandinspectionofhigh-speedtrainKeynotespeaker:RuofeiWang高速列车构造认知与检查主讲人:王若飞城轨轮对Thewheelsetsetisusedtoguidethevehicletomovealongtherailwhilealsobearingtheloadbetweenthevehicleandtherail.Therefore,thewheelsetcorrespondencehasenoughstrengthtoensurethesafeoperationofthevehicle.Onthepremiseofensuringstrengthandservicelife,theweightofwheelsetsetshouldbereduced,anditshouldhaveacertaindegreeofelasticity,soastoreducethemovementforceandwearbetweenwheelsetandrail.wheelsetsetiscomposedofanaxleandtwowheelsets,whichareassembledbyinterferencefit.Thetwowheelsetsarepressedtobothendsoftheaxleontheaxlejackingmachine.12wheelsetset轮对的作用是引导车辆沿钢轨运动,同时还承受着车辆与钢轨之间的载荷。因此,轮对应具有足够的强度,以保证车辆的安全运行。在保证强度和使用寿命的前提下,应减轻轮对的重量,并使其具有一定的弹性,以减少车轮与钢轨之间的动作用力和磨耗。轮对是由一根车轴和两个车轮组成,组装时采用过盈配合,在轮轴顶压机上将两个车轮压装至车轴的两端。轮对ThewheelsetsetsofbullettrainsThewheelsetsetofthetrailerTherearetwowheelsetsetsoneachbogiewheelsetsetsaretherunningpartsofthebogiethatbearallstaticanddynamicloadsandtransmitbrakingforceandtraction(movingwheelsetsets).Accordingtowhetherthegearboxisinstalled,itcanbedividedintotwokinds:movingwheelsetpairsanddraggingwheelsetpairs.wheelsetset轮对每个转向架上有2个轮对轮对是转向架上的走行部件,承受所有的静态和动态载荷,传递制动力和牵引力(动车轮对)。按是否安装齿轮箱区分为动车轮对和拖车轮对两种。动车轮对拖车轮对trainriagewheelsetAtpresent,thewheelsetsusedinurbanrailvehiclesinChinaareintegralsteelrollingwheelsetandnewtypecaststeelwheelset,referredtoasintegralwheelset.Theintegralwheelsetincludestread,rim,rim,spokeplate,hub,spokeplatehole,hubhole.1rim;2tread;3rim;4wheelsets;5hubhole;6spokeplates;7Spokeplatehole.车轮1轮缘;2踏面;3轮辋;4轮毂;5轮毂孔;6辐板;7辐板孔。目前我国城轨车辆上使用的车轮为整体辗钢轮和新型铸钢轮,简称为整体轮。整体车轮包括踏面、轮缘、轮辋、辐板、轮毂、辐板孔、轮毂孔。Thecontactsurfacebetweenthewheelsetandtherailiscalledthetread,mainlyconicaltreadandweartypetread.Conicaltreadhasacertainslope,thesectionisstraight,socalledconicaltread.Conicaltreadinastraightlinecanbeachievedintheoperationofthewheelsettoautomatically,whenoperatingcurve,duetotheeffectofcentrifugalforcemakesthewheelsettofavourrail,becauseoftheexistenceofconicaltreadontheouterrailrollingwheelsetwithlargerrollingroundrolling,tosmallerontherailrollingroundrolling,therebyreducingthewheelsetslidingontherail,wheelsettopasscurve;Thewheelsettreadhasaslope,therollingdiameterofthewheelsetandrailcontactisconstantlychangingwhenrunning,causingthewheelsetandrailcontactpointisalsoconstantlychangingposition,sothatthetreadwearismoreuniform.车轮与钢轨的接触面称为踏面,主要有锥形踏面和磨耗型踏面。锥形踏面具有一定斜度,切面为直线,所以称为锥形踏面。锥形踏面在直线运行中可以实现轮对自动对中,在曲线运行时,由于离心力的作用使轮对偏向外轨,由于踏面锥形的存在,使外轨上滚动的车轮以较大的滚动圆滚动,在内轨上以较小的滚动圆滚动,从而减少了车轮在钢轨上的滑动,使轮对顺利通过曲线;车轮踏面有斜度,运行时车轮与钢轨接触的滚动直径在不断地变化,致使轮轨的接触点也在不停地变换位置,从而使踏面磨耗更为均匀。trainriage

Itcanobviouslyreducethewearoftread,prolongtheservicelifeofwheelsetset,reducetheworkloadofwheelsetchangingandwheelsetspinning,anditseconomicbenefitisveryobvious.Theabrasivetreadcanreducethewheelset-railcontactstressandimprovethelateralstabilityandanti-derailmentsafetyofthevehicle.Theinitialshapeofataperedtreadwheelsetthatwillwearoffquicklyinoperation.Whenthewearintoacertainshape,wheelsetandrailwearbecomeslow,treadshapewillberelativelystable.Ifthenewlymadewheelsettreadismadeintoarelativelystableshapesimilartothatafterabrasion,thatis,theabrasiontread.12车轮锥形踏面车轮的初始形状,运行中将被很快磨耗。当磨耗成一定形状后,车轮与钢轨的磨耗都变得缓慢,踏面形状将处于相对稳定。如果新造轮踏面制成类似磨耗后相对稳定的形状,即磨耗形踏面。可明显地减少踏面的磨耗量,延长轮对的使用寿命,减少换轮、旋轮的工作量,其经济效益是十分明显的。磨耗形踏面可减小轮轨接触应力,提高车辆运行的横向稳定性和抗脱轨安全性。Abrasivetreadandrimshapetrainriage
