1编制依据及适用范围

xx至x高速公路x标段《两阶段施工图设计文件》。

1.1.2项目部对当地环境及现场踏勘资料。

x新隧道地形、地貌和地质条件以及当地资源条件。

对现场实地踏勘调查了解的有关情况以及近年来铁路、高速公路等类

似工程施工经验、施工工法、科技成果。

适用于xx至x高速公路x标合同段x新隧道正洞及横通道(包括正

洞和人行横洞的开挖、初期支护、衬砌、防排水、水沟电缆槽、路面及预

留预埋工程)施工,左线里程ZK38+790〜ZK39+691(全长901m),右线起

止里程K38+790〜K39+698(全长908m)0

2工程概况

工程自然条件

x新隧道位于巧家县境内,为分离式隧遒,拟建隧道呈曲线展布,隧

道进口段轴线方向约357°,出口段轴线方向约323°;左线隧道起讫桩

号ZK38+790〜ZK39+691,总长901m,隧道最大埋深约230.98m,位于

ZK39+180处;右线隧道起讫桩号K38+790〜K39+698,总长908m,隧道

最大埋深约236.66m,位于K39+190处,属于中长隧道。

巧家县地处云贵低纬高原,金沙江河谷深切割地带,海拔高差大,地

形地貌复杂,构成了典型的山区气候特点,属南亚热带到寒温带均有分布

的高原立体气候,具有“一山分四季,十里不同天”(℃七(七七;降水

量分布特点是:雨季(5—10月)多年平均为736.5mm,占全年降水量的

89.5乐干季(11—4月)多年平均降水为86.2mm,占全年降水量的10.5%,

最大一日降水量达109.9mm;多年蒸发量达2529.3mm;光照条件:多

年平均日照时数2134.2小时,3月最多,为249.1小时,9月最少,

为120.1小时。

x新隧道所在地区属高中山地貌,地形起伏较大。隧道范围内o线高

程870.37m〜895.53m,最大高差约25.16m。山体自然坡度30°〜45°,

植被较发育。进、出口处于山前斜坡地带,山坡处于基本稳定状态。隧址

区进出口均没有道路,通行条件较差。

隧址区地表水主要为双河和金沙江水体,位于线位下方,对拟建隧道

无影响。地下水主要为基岩裂隙水,主要分布在玄武岩风化裂隙中,节理

裂隙发育,连通性一般,赋水条件一般,浅部强风化岩风化裂隙发育,岩

体破碎,含少量裂隙水,主要靠大气降水补给,冲沟等低法部位以地下径

流形式排泄;斜坡部位以沿裂隙渗流形式或受地形切割排出地表。地下

水主要靠大气降水及地表水入渗补给,由于区内地下水动态受降水影响,

变化较大,雨季施工时隧道涌水量可能有较大的增幅。

X新隧道属中长隧道,左线里程ZK38+790-ZK39+691(全长901m),右

线起止里程K38+790-K39+698(全长908m),隧道单幅合计1809m,其中洞

身IV级围岩占66%,V级围岩占34双隧道左右线进出口均为端墙式洞门。

隧道进口段置于坡积碎石土,围岩主要为强风化灰岩,岩体中风化裂

隙极发育,多呈张开〜微张,岩体破碎,围岩整体强度及稳定性差。隧道

出口段仰坡岩土体由坡积碎石土、强〜中强风化玄武岩组成。强风化玄武

岩,岩体中风化裂隙极发育,多呈张开〜微张,岩体破碎。洞身段崩坡残

积层及强风化玄武岩:围岩级别为V级,围岩稳定性差;强风化〜中风化

玄武岩:围岩级别为W级,围岩稳定性较差。

K38+790(ZK38+790)〜K39+167(ZK39+167)属于连拱隧道;K39+167

(ZK39+167)〜K39+500(ZK39+496)属于超小净距隧道;K39+500

(ZK39+496)〜K39+698(ZK39+691)属于小净距隧道;隧道设计人行横

通道2处。

2.3不良地质作用及特殊性岩(土)

根据钻探及地质调绘、物探资料,隧址区地形起伏较大,上覆少量的

第四系,下伏强风化玄武岩,岩体破碎。

(1)公路等级:双向四车道高速公路;

(2)设计速度:80km/h;

(3)隧道建筑限界:0.75+0.5+2X3.75+0.75+0.75=10.25m;建筑限界

高度5.0m;

(4)紧急停车带建筑限界:

限界高度为5m,宽度13.25m=0.75m(左侧检修道宽度度0.5m(左侧

路缘带宽度)+2X3.75m(行车道宽度)+0.75(右侧路缘带宽度)+3.0m(紧

急停车带宽度)+0.75m(右侧检修道宽度);

(5)车行横通道建筑限界:高度为5m,宽度为4.5m;

(6)人行横通道建筑限界:高度为2.5m,宽度为2.0m;

(7)隧道路面横坡:单向坡2%(直线段),超高不大于±4%;

(8)隧道内最大纵坡:±3%;最小纵坡:±0.3%;

(9)设计荷载:公路一I级;

(10)隧道防水:二次衬砌硅抗渗等级不小于P6。
