•Regardlessofthecareexercisedinthedesignandmanufactureof

equipmentorintheselectionandratingsofcomponents,thereare

hazardsthatcanbeencounteredifsuchequipmentisimproperly

operated.

•Itissometimespossibletomisadjusttheequipmentandthusproduce

unsatisfactoryorunsafeoperation.Alwaysusethemanufacturers

instructionsasaguideforfunctionaladjustments.Personnelwho

haveaccesstotheseadjustmentsshouldbefamiliarwiththe

equipmentmanufacturersinstructionsandthemachineryusedwith

theelectricalequipment.

•Onlythoseoperationaladjustmentsactuallyrequiredbytheoperator

TheSCADAPackVisionconfigurationsoftwareisusedtoconfigurethe

SCADAPackVisionoperatorinterfacetodisplaydatareadfromthePLC

andtoallowoperator-entereddatatobewrittentothePLC.

SCADAPackVision-10has32-characters,twolinesx16characters,LCD

thatdisplaysthedataonaseriesofscreens.Sevenfunctionbuttonsare

availabletonavigatethroughthesescreens,enterdataorcontrolpower

totheunit.

SCADAPackVision-50has80-characters,fourlinesx20characters,LCD

foamrubbergasket,twomountingscrews,twoplasticclampsandfour

hexnuts.
