新疆石油勘察设计研究院简介(部分)特色技术(一)沙漠油气田开发建设地面工程配套技术形成了一套适应沙漠油田滚动开发生产的地面配套技术-沙漠模式。采用多通阀自动选井、分体式计量、恒流配水、橇装加热、大起伏地势油气混输回压控制、非金属复合管材全面应用等集输工艺。SCADA与DCS技术相结合的油田自动化控制、数据监控、采集及处理,实现油井、计量站无人值守,百万吨油田百人管理。1.Surfaceengineeringtechnologyforoil-gasfielddevelopmentandconstructionindesertsProvideasetofsurfacesupportingtechnologies–desertmode,adequatefordesertoilfield’srollingdevelopmentandproduction.Adoptseveralgatheringprocessessuchasautomaticwellselectionbymulti-portedvalve,splitmetering,constantflowwaterdistribution,skid-mountedheating,oil-gasmixedtransportationandbackpressurecontrolinlargereliefregion,comprehensiveapplicationofnon-metalliccompositepipes,etc.Asaresultofoilfieldautomationcontrolbasedonthedatamonitoring,acquisitionandprocessingsystemcombiningSCADAandDCStechnologies,itrealizedtheautomationofoilwellandmeteringstation,andisabletomanageamegatonoilfieldwithonlyahundredofpersons(二)稠油、特超稠油、油砂矿开发建设地面工程设计技术形成了一套成熟、实用的稠油、特稠油地面集输与处理及注蒸汽工艺配套技术-稠油模式,集中或短半径分散供热、多通阀选井集油配汽、单管注采集输、罐上罐称重式油井计量、掺蒸汽加热脱水处理、稠油污水处理及回用、旋流除砂等技术。超稠油SAGD高温密闭集输工艺技术、高干度过热地面注蒸汽配套技术初步形成,在先导试验区工业应用成功;高温超稠油密闭脱水技术、采出水密闭处理技术、掺柴油不加热输送技术已规模工业化运用。2.Surfaceengineeringtechnologyfordevelopmentandconstructionofheavyoil,extra-extraheavyoilandoilsandsProvideasetofmatureandpracticaltechnologiesforsurfacegatheringandprocessingofheavyoilandextraheavyoilandsupportingprocessforsteaminjection—heavyoilmode,andthetechnologiesforcentralizedordecentralizedshortradiusheating,wellselection,oilgatheringandsteamdistributionusingmulti-portedvalve,injection-productionandgatheringinsinglepipe,tank-in-tankweighingoil-wellmetering,thermaldehydrationbysteaminjection,heavyoilsewagetreatmentandrecycling,cyclonedesanding,etc.SAGDhightemperaturecustodygatheringprocesstechnologyandhigh-drynesssuperheatedsurfacesteaminjectionsupportingtechnologyforextraheavyoilhaveinitiallytakenshape,withtheindustrialapplicationinpilotexperimentareaquitesuccessful.Besides,hightemperaturecloseddewateringtechnologyforextraheavyoil,closedprocessingtechnologyforproducedwater,anddiesel-mixednon-heatingtransportationtechnologyhavebeenindustrialized.(三)超稠油输送及储存技术形成了超稠油管道密闭输送、水击超前保护技术,超稠油热处理、加剂、掺稀混合输送技术,超稠油高温管道敷设、安全防护技术以及超稠油的低温储存技术。建设了风城—克拉玛依的国内第一条长距离超稠油输送管道,达到了国内领先水平。3.ExtraheavyoiltransportationandstoragetechnologyTechnologieshavebeendevelopedforextraheavyoilcustodytransferthroughoilpipelineandadvancedsurgeprotection,extraheavyoilheattreatmentandtransportationwithflowimprover,transportationafterbeingmixedwiththinoilanddiluted,aswellashigh-temperaturepipelinelaying,safetyprotectionandlow-temperaturestorageforextraheavyoil.Thefirstlong-distanceextraheavyoiltransportationpipelineinthiscountry,namelyFengcheng-Karamaypipeline,hasbeenconstructed,whichhasreachedthedomesticleadinglevel.(四)油田采出水、污泥资源化技术先后设计国内外油田稠稀油采出水处理站近30座。形成了以“重核-催化强化絮凝净水技术”和“油田采出水离子调整旋流反应法处理技术”为核心的油田采出水综合处理技术,水处理及污泥处理工艺包十几个;形成了含油污泥从油泥池挖取—输送—分离—资源化利用一整套工艺技术;超稠油SAGD及火驱采出水处理技术初步形成。4.OilfieldproducedwatertreatmentandsludgerecyclingtechnologyNearly30treatmentstationsforoilfieldproducedwaterfromheavyandthinoilhavebeensuccessivelydesignedbothinChinaandabroad.Adozenofprocesspackagesforwaterandsludgetreatment,aswellascomprehensivetreatmenttechnologyforoilfieldproducedwaterwhichiscenteredon“HeavyNucleus-CatalyticIntensifying-flocculentWaterPurificationTechnology”and“ProducedWaterTreatmentTechnologyofIonAdjustmentandCycloneResponseinOilfields”havebeenbroughtup;theoilysludgeprocessingtechnologyfromexcavating,distribution,separationtoresourceutilizationhasbeendeveloped;extraheavyoilSAGDandtreatmenttechnologyforwaterproducedbyfirefloodinghaveinitiallytakenshape.(五)油田标准化、模块化、橇装化、集成化设计技术对“成熟、先进、适用”的地面配套技术进行标准化、模块化、橇装化、一体化集成,形成了“稀油计量配水一体化橇装装置”、“稠油集油配汽一体化橇装装置”等系列的一体化集成装置。采用三维设计软件完成了油气水井场、计量站、注水站、集气站、转油站、处理站等各类站场标准化系列图纸,同时配套完成了标准化设计概、预算指标,实现了新疆油气田所有新建产能项目的完整覆盖。5.Standardized,modularized,skid-mountedandintegrateddesigntechnologyThemature,advancedandapplicablesurfacesupportingtechnologyhasbeenstandardized,modularized,skid-mountedandintegratedtodevelopseriesofintegrateddevicessuchasintegratedskid-mounteddevicesforthinoilmetering&waterdistributionandheavyoilgathering&steamdistribution.Adoptthree-dimensionaldesignsoftwaretocompleteseriesofstandardizeddrawingsfordifferentstationssuchasoil-gas-waterwellsite,meteringstation,waterinjectionstation,gasgatheringstation,oiltransferstationandtreatmentstation,andalsocompleteestimateandbudgettargetssupportingstandardizeddesign,thusrealizingcompletecoverageofallnewcapacityprojectsinXinjiangoilfields.(六)煤层气开发地面工艺技术中油煤层气项目全面采取标准化、模块化、撬装化设计。采用自压密闭集输工艺,因地制宜实施“气水同输、节点分水”;增压采用“螺杆压缩机分散式增压+旋流过滤分离除尘”或“螺杆机喂气+往复机集中增压+旋流过滤分离除尘”技术,增压机组配套变频控制技术;处理采用“重力分离除尘+三甘醇脱水或分子筛脱水”两段工艺以及“动态露点控制”技术;逐步形成了煤层气集输与处理的技术包,并研发了煤层气橇装增压装置、橇装一体化CNG装置、脱水装置、除尘装置和选井装置。6.Coalbedmethane(CBM)gatheringandprocessingtechnologyStandardized,modularizedandskid-mounteddesignhasbeenemployedinallaspectsinCNPCCBMproject.Adoptdeadweightcustodygatheringprocesstocarryoutsynchronous“gas-watertransmissionandwaterdistributionatnodes”inthelightoflocalconditions;forthepurposeofboosting,adoptthetechnology“distributedboostingbyscrewcompressor+filteringseparationanddustremovalbycyclone”or“airfeedingbyscrewmachine+centralizedboostingbyreciprocatingmachine+filteringseparationanddustremovalbycyclone”,aswellasfrequencyconversioncontroltechnologysupportingboosterset;forthepurposeoftreatment,adopttwostageprocess"gravityseparationanddustremoval+triglycoldehydrationormolecularsievedehydration”and“dynamicdewpointcontrol”technology;graduallydevelopCBMgatheringandtreatmenttechnologypackage,CBMskid-mountedsuperchargingdevice,skid-mountedintegratedCNGdevice,dehydrationplant,dustcollector,andwellselectiondevice.(七)沙漠公路设计技术研究应用沙漠公路线型设计原则、路基横断面型式、边坡加固、防沙害影响、路面结构、风积沙压实、防沙工程设计等整套沙漠地区公路设计技术,设计了国内第一条贯穿塔克拉玛干南北全长470公里的沙漠公路,先后完成了横穿塔里木沙漠、古尔班通古特沙漠两大流动和半固定型沙漠公路,修建西气东输管道等工程伴行道路,及石彩公路等一系列沙漠和山区主干公路工程。7.DeserthighwaydesigntechniqueStudycompletesetofdeserthighwaydesigntechnique,includingprinciplesofapplyingdeserthighwaylinesdesign,subgradecross-sectionpattern,slopereinforcement,influenceofdesertprotection,pavementstructure,compactionofaeoliansandandsandpreventionengineeringdesign,etc.,soastocompletethedesignforthefirstdeserthighwayrunningthroughTaklimakanand470kminlength,andsuccessivelybuildtwodeserthighwaysofflowandsemi-fixedtypesrunningthroughTarimDesertandGurbantunggutDesert,aswellasaseriesofoilfieldtrunkhighwaysindesertsandmountains,e.g.constructionroadsaccompanyingWesttoEastGasPipelineandShicaiHighway.(八)油气田地面工程数字化技术形成了基于设计文件和施工数据的油气田地面工程数字化技术体系,利用地面工程建设前期的工程测量数据、设计各阶段各专业设计文件、施工数据等进行地理信息系统数据建设,综合利用外业航测数据处理、遥感影像数据处理、GPSRTK、GPSPPK等技术,实现“数字油田”地面工程数据正常化。建成了地面工程信息系统,为现场生产管理、地面工程设计和全局部署决策提供了可视化平台。8.Digitaloil-gasfieldsurfaceengineeringtechnologyFormacompletedcharacteristictechnologysystemfordigitizationofoilfieldsurfaceprojectsbasedondesigndocumentsandconstructiondata,carryoutgeographicinformationsystem(GIS)dataconstructionbymeansofengineeringmeasurementsduringearlystagesofsurfaceengineeringconstruction,designdocumentsofalldisciplinesateachdesignstage,constructiondata,etc.;makecomprehensiveuseofaerophotogrammetricdataprocessingtechnology,remotesensingimagedataprocessingtechnology,GPSRTK,GPSPPKandothertechnologiestodigitizeoil-gasfieldsurfaceengineeringanddevelopSISdataacquisition;establishedsurfaceengineeringinformationsystemwhichprovidesavisualplatformforon-siteproductionmanagement,surfaceengineeringandoveralldeploymentanddecision-making.(九)发电、输配电及热力、动力、热电联产工程设计技术热力、电力、动力等系统专业具有独立、成熟的点、线、网系统设计和系统规划能力,形成了“多种余热利用形式大中型天然气发电站、多种布置形式变电所、适合特殊气象条件的架空线路、电网调度通信”综合设计技术。设计开展的克拉玛依系统热电联产工程,在国内同类项目中,地形落差最大、供热温差最大、供热管径最大。9.Engineeringdesigntechnologyofpowergeneration,transmissionanddistribution,alongwithheat,powerandco-generationThesesystemdisciplinessuchasheat,electricpowerandpowerhaveindependentandmaturepoint-line-networksystemdesignandplanningability.Theintegrateddesigntechnologiesfor“large-and-medium-scalegaspowerplantswithmultiplerecuperationmodes,substationswithmultiplearrangementmodes,overheadlinesadaptabletospecialweatherandpowergriddispatchingandcommunication”havebeendeveloped.ThedesignedKaramaysystematicco-generationprojectisfeaturedbythelargesttopographicelevationdifference,heatingtemperaturedifferenceandheatingpipesizeamongdomesticprojectsofthiskind.(十)油田中后期复合驱开发地面配套技术涵盖复合驱配注、原油处理、采出水处理、净化水配聚回用等环节,形成了以“低粘损配注技术”、“高含聚低温采出液处理技术”、“中高矿化度净化水配聚技术”为核心的整套地面工艺配套技术。10.OilfieldcombinationdrivegroundengineeringforthemidtolateperiodAseriesofgroundengineeringtechniqueshasbeendeveloped,coveringcombinationdriveinjectionallocation,crudeoiltreatment,producedwatertreatment,treatedwaterpreparingandpolymerizingandotherlinksforreuse,whichfocuseson“lowviscositylossinjectionallocation”,“highpolymerbearingandlowtemperatureproducedfluidprocessing”and“preparingandpolymerizingofmid-and-highmineralizationpurifiedwater”.(十一)机械工业设计技术贴合油气田地面建设工程特点,形成了:以螺旋缝预精焊为主的石油管道制造及管道防腐工业设计技术;“长输管道”、“大型原油储备库维抢修作业”、“油田生产”维抢修作业工业设计技术;石油管道标准化预制焊接工业设计技术;“钻具维修”、“井控设备维修”工业设计技术;“油井水泥干混”工业设计技术;自主研发了“现代化仓储物流”工业设计技术。主编行业标准一项。11.MachineryindustryengineeringtechnologyInlinewithcharacteristicsofgasfieldsurfaceconstructionworks,industrialengineeringtechnologyforoilpipelinefabricationandanticorrosionmainlyrepresentedbyfinepre-weldingwithspiraljoints,aswellasindustrialengineeringtechnologiesfor“long-distancepipeline”,“maintenanceandemergencyrepairoperationoflarge-scalecrudeoilstorage”,maintenanceandemergencyrepairin“oilfieldproduction”,standardizedfabricationandweldingofoilpipeline,“drillingtoolmaintenance”,“wellcontrolequipmentmaintenance”and“dryblendingofcementforoilwell”havebeendeveloped;independentR&Dofindustrialengineeringtechnologyfor“modernizedwarehousingandlogistics”hasbeenfinished.Andthecompanyhasservedasthemaindrafterofanindustrialstandard.勘察设计业务1.在稀油集输处理及注水方面,先后完成了彩南油田、石西油田、陆梁油田及希望油田等多个国内外油田地面建设工程的勘察设计工作。2000年以来,累计完成稠稀油产能2000余万吨,形成稀油特色技术14项,荣获省部级及以上优秀成果11项。1.Intermsofthinoilgatheringandtreatmentandwaterinjection,thesurveyanddesignforanumberofdomesticandforeignoilfieldsurfaceconstructionprojects,suchasCainanOilfield,ShixiOilfieldandLuliangOilfield,hasfinished.Over20milliontonsheavy&thinoilhavebeenproducedsince2000,and14specialtechnologiesinthinoilfieldhavebeendeveloped,obtaining11provincialandabovelevelawardsforoutstandingachievements2.在稠油、超稠油、油砂矿集输处理方面,我院完成了风城、九区、红浅及斋桑等国内外油田的多个涵盖普通稠油、超稠油、特超稠油、油砂矿集输处理工艺的工程项目。2000年以来,荣获省部级及以上优秀成果13项,形成了12项成熟的地面工程配套技术。2.Intermsofheavyoil,extraheavyoilandoilsandmineralgatheringandtreatment,severalprojectsinvolvingcommonheavyoil,extraheavyoil,extra-extraheavyoilandoilsandmineralgatheringandtreatmentforFengcheng,Block9,Hongqian,Zaysanandotherdomesticandforeignoilfields.Since2000,wehavewon13provincialandabovelevelawardsforoutstandingachievement,anddeveloped12maturegroundengineeringsupportingtechnologies.3.在天然气集输及处理方面,我院先后完成了呼图壁、盆5、玛河、克拉美丽及扎那诺尔等国内外气田工程项目的勘察设计,逐步形成了井口加热节流、注醇节流、高压集气-集中加热节流等多套集输工艺包和一体化装置。根据不同油藏的伴生气特点,形成了浅冷和深冷两种伴生气处理技术。2000年以来,完成天然气产能建设100亿方,荣获省部级及以上优秀成果奖10项。3.Intermsofnaturalgasgatheringandtreatment,wehavesuccessivelycompletedthesurveyanddesignforgasfieldengineeringprojectsinHutubi,Pen-5,Mahe,KelameiliandZananol,graduallydevelopedmanygatheringpackagesforgascollectionandintegrationdevicesforwellheadheatingandthrottling,alcoholinjectionthrottlingandhigh-pressurecentralizedheatingandthrottling.Accordingtothecharacteristicsofassociatedgaswithdifferentreservoirs,establishshallowcryogenicanddeepcryogenictreatmenttechnologiesforassociatedgas.10billioncubicmeternaturalgashasbeenproducedsince2000,winning10provincialandabovelevelawardsforoutstandingachievements.4.在油气储运工程方面,完成了西气东输二线、独—乌—鄯原油管道、鄯善原油储备库等多个中石油重大工程项目。2000年以来,先后设计了疆内外各类长输油气管道近7000km,城市燃气管网近800km,大型原油、成品油库8座、沥青库2座,总罐容超过500万方,天然气压缩液化利用站场上百座。设计的最大管径已达到1219mm、最大压力达到12MPa、最大站间距近300km。4.Intermsofoil-gasstorageandtransportation,wehavecompletedtheSecondWesttoEastGasPipeline,Du-Wu-ShanCrudeOilPipeline,ShanshanNationalCrudeOilReserveDepotandothermajorCNPCprojects.Since2000,atotalofapprox.7,000kmlong-distanceoil-gaspipelinesindifferenttypesinsideandoutsideXinjiang,approx.800kmurbangasnetwork,8largecrude&productoildepotsand2asphaltdepots(withtotaltankcapacityofover5millioncubicmeters),aswellashundredsofstationsutilizingnaturalgas(LNG,CNG)havebeenestablished.Maximumdesignedpipediameterhasreached1,219mm,maximumpressurereaches12Mpa,andmaximumstationspacingreachesnearly300km.5.在市政建设方面,2000年以来累计完成油气田地面建设、克拉玛依市城市总体规划、石油基地、石化工业园区等各类规划135余项;完成“塔里木油田土地利用规划”等规划咨询约20余项;累计完成百万平方米的市政建设、油气田地面工程建筑工程设计与相关结构设计工作。诸多项目荣获了自治区、集团公司等级别的优秀工程设计一、二、三等奖。5.Intermsofmunicipalconstruction,wehascompletedover135itemsofplanningandconsultationcoveringthesurfaceconstructionforgas-oilfield,overallurbanplanningofKaramay,aswellastheconstructionofpetroleumbaseandpetrochemicalindustrialpark;about20planningconsultingsuchasTarimOilfieldlanduseplanning,togetherwithdesigntaskofmillionsquaremetersincludingmunicipalconstruction,gas-oilfieldsurfaceengineeringandrelatedstructuresconstructionhavebeenfinished,winningmanytheFirst,SecondandThirdPrizesforengineeringdesignattheAutonomousRegionortheGrouplevel.6.在海外项目方面,我院服务范围覆盖了哈萨克斯坦、土库曼斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦、伊拉克、伊朗、苏丹、尼日尔、加拿大等十余个国家,完成包括油气处理、油气集输、油气储运、稠油热采、油田注水、油田气举、污水处理、发电、输变电等多个专业领域的技术服务百余项。6.Intermsofoverseasprojects,ourbusinessrangecoversmorethan10countriessuchasKazakhstan,Turkmenistan,Uzbekistan,Iraq,Iran,Sudan,NigerandCanada工程总承包业务工程总承包作为设计院的主营业务,已占全院总产值的85%以上。2010年以来,共承接涵盖油气田地面建设、LNG、CNG母站、管道建设、储库等领域的EPC项目30余项,合同额累计达100亿元,项目涉及“油田产能、系统配套、节能环保、老区开发、科研开发、市政工程”等方面。ProjectgeneralcontractingbusinessAsmainbusiness,theprojectgeneralcontractingbusinesshasoccupiedover85%ofthedesigninstitute'stotaloutputvalue.Since2010,wehaveundertaken30EPCprojectsinthefieldsofoilfieldsurfaceconstruction,primaryfilingstationsforLNGandCNG,pipelineconstructionandstorage,with10billionyuanofaccumulatedcontractamount.Theprojectswererelatedtooilfieldcapacity,systemmatching,energysavingandenvironmentalprotection,olddistrictdevelopment,scientificresearchdevelopmentandmunicipalproject.承担呼图壁地下储气库EPC工程
