前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T27793—2011《抄取法无石棉纤维垫片材料》。与GB/T27793—2011相比,除
结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)更改了范围(见第1章,2011年版的第1章);
b)更改了要素分类(见4.1,2011年版的3.1);
c)更改了标记(见4.2,2011年版的3.2);
d)删除了卷材的长度尺寸偏差(见2011年版的4.3.2);
e)删除了厚度尺寸偏差中“如果用户有特殊要求时,按用户要求执行”(见2011年版的4.3.3);
f)更改了物理机械性能指标(见5.4,2011年版的4.4);
g)更改了外观检查(见6.3,2011年版的5.3);
h)更改了尺寸的测定方法(见6.4.2,2011年版的5.4.2);
i)更改了测厚仪的要求(见6.14.1.8,2011年版的5.14.1.8);
j)增加了氮气泄漏率试验方法(见6.15);
k)更改了型式检验(见7.1.2,2011年版的6.1.2);
l)更改了组批原则(见7.2,2011年版的6.2);
m)更改了抽样方法(见7.3,2011年版的6.3)。

1范围
本文件规定了抄取法无石棉纤维垫片材料的分类和标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包
装、运输和贮存。
本文件适用于以不含石棉纤维为主要增强材料,添加其他不含石棉的填料及粘接剂,经混料、制
浆、抄取而制成的用于制作垫片的板材或卷材。
