本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件规定了质量相关技术要求,食品安全相关要求见有关法律法规、政策和食品安全标准等

文件。

1范围

本文件规定了包装米饭加工生产线(简称“生产线”)的外观质量、机械电气安全、性能等要求,

描述了相应的试验方法,规定了检验规则、标志、包装、运输与贮存的内容,给出了便于技术规定的基

本配置及工作条件,并界定了相关的术语和定义。

本文件适用于生产常温保质期不少于180天包装米饭的生产线的设计、生产、安装、检验、验收和

贸易。
