本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件是GB/T44821《平流层飞艇通用技术要求》的第2部分。GB/T44821已经发布了以下
部分:
—第1部分:环境控制系统;
—第2部分:推进系统。
请注意本文件的某些内容可能涉及专利。本文件的发布机构不承担识别专利的责任。
本文件由全国航空器标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC435)提出并归口。
本文件起草单位:中国科学院空天信息创新研究院、中国特种飞行器研究所、西北工业大学、上海

引言
GB/T44821《平流层飞艇通用技术要求》的制定是为了建立平流层飞艇研制、生产、使用的统一
标准,促进平流层飞艇领域健康快速发展,从而更好地满足和服务我国临近空间经济建设和安全需求。
GB/T44821拟由两个部分构成。
—第1部分:环境控制系统。目的在于针对平流层飞艇环境控制系统提出通用的技术要求、验证
试验以及标识、包装、运输和贮存要求,为平流层飞艇环境控制系统的设计与制造提供依据。
—第2部分:推进系统。目的在于针对平流层飞艇推进系统提出通用的技术要求、验证试验以及
标识、包装、运输和贮存要求,为平流层飞艇推进系统的设计与制造提供依据。

1范围
本文件规定了采用纯电方式驱动的平流层飞艇推进系统的组成、功能、性能、接口、环境适应性、
安全性、可靠性、维修性、测试性、保障性等技术要求以及相应的验证试验要求。
本文件适用于采用纯电方式驱动的平流层飞艇推进系统的设计与制造,其他采用纯电方式的飞艇、
高空气球和太阳能飞机的推进系统参照使用。

下列文件中的内容通过文中的规范性引用而构成本文件必不可少的条款。其中,注日期的引用文
